An unexpected ring-contraction from benzo[b]pyrazino[1,2-d][1,4]thiazine-1,4-diones (6) to benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-diones (7) has been developed. The preliminary mechanistic studies showed the transformation contained two independent steps: the first step is the formation of a Michael adduct upon the addition of the protic solvent, in the presence of base, to the C-2-C-3 double bond of compound 6, and the second step is a ring-contraction induced by oxygen via the migration of sulfur atom from C-2 to C-3 position. The development of small-molecule G-quadruplex DNA probes has attracted significant attention in recent years. However, G-quadruplexes can display a wide variety of topologies, which process different structures and functions. Therefore, selective discrimination one G-quadruplex structure over another is promising. Herein, we reported the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of a long-chain fatty amine functionalized triphenylamine-quinolinium conjugate 1b. Significant enhancement of the fluorescence intensity (over 180 fold) was observed when 1b bound with HRAS G-quadruplex DNA, while much weaker enhancements were presented in the presence of other G-quadruplexes (45–90-fold) and single/double-stranded DNAs (less than 20-fold), indicating 1b had an excellent selectivity to HRAS. The details of the interactions were investigated by UV–Vis, FID and CD analysis. The results show 1b could interact and stabilize HRAS structure mainly by π-π stacking binding mode. The introduced amine chain of the structure core was found to be better in the terms of inducing selectivity toward G-quadruplex structure. Reactions between 5‐ferrocenylisophthalic dichloride and 1,2‐bis(o‐aminophenoxy)ethane yield 1:1‐ and 2:2‐cyclization products with amide linkages, which are marked as L1 and L2 , respectively. The crystal structure of the 2:2‐macrocycle L2 is determined by X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Interestingly, L2 affords a folded conformation due to the intermolecular π–π interaction between two isophthaloyl groups, so as to stabilize the marcocylic conformation. The electrochemical anion sensing studies of L1 and L2 show that they have a good ability to recognize H2PO4–, and the 2:2‐cyclization products ( L2 ) with two ferrocene groups, more anion binding sites, and larger cavities, give better electrochemical anion recognition results than L1 . 相似文献

Nitrogen‐rich double salt ammonium 3,4‐diamino‐1,2,4‐triazoliumstyphnate (NH4 · DATr · TNR) ( 2 ) with good thermal stability was successfully synthesized by reacting 3,4‐diamino‐1,2,4‐triazolium chloride aqueous solution with styphnic acid methanol solution under the reaction medium of aqueous ammonia. The title double salt was characterized by elemental analysis (EA), Fourier transformation infrared spectrum (FT‐IR), and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P21/n. Its density is 1.780 g · cm–3. Compound 2 is thermal stable below 200 °C by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) test. Missing data mechanism often depends on the values of the responses, which leads to nonignorable nonresponses. In such a situation, inference based on approaches that ignore the missing data mechanism could not be valid. A crucial step is to model the nature of missingness. We specify a parametric model for missingness mechanism, and then propose a conditional score function approach for estimation. This approach imputes the score function by taking the conditional expectation of the score function for the missing data given the available information. Inference procedure is then followed by replacing unknown terms with the related nonparametric estimators based on the observed data. The proposed score function does not suffer from the non-identifiability problem, and the proposed estimator is shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal. We also construct a confidence region for the parameter of interest using empirical likelihood method. Simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed inference procedure performs well in many settings. We apply the proposed method to a data set from research in a growth hormone and exercise intervention study. 相似文献
