A new monomer, 4,4′‐bis(4‐phenoxybenzoyl)diphenyl(BPOBDP), was synthesized via a two‐step synthetic procedure. A series of novel poly(ether sulfone ether ketone ketone)/poly(ether ketone diphenyl ketone ether ketone ketone) copolymers were prepared by electrophilic Friedel–Crafts solution copolycondensation of isophthaloyl chloride (IPC) with a mixture of 4,4′‐diphenoxydiphenylsulfone (DPODPS) and 4,4′‐bis(4‐phenoxybenzoyl)diphenyl (BPOBDP), in the presence of anhydrous aluminum chloride and N‐methylpyrrolidone (NMP) in 1,2‐dichloroethane (DCE). The copolymers with 10–50 mol% DPODPS are semicrystalline and have remarkably increased Tgs over commercially available PEEK and PEKK. The copolymers with 40–50 mol% DPODPS had not only high Tgs of 170–172°C, but also moderate Tms of 326–333°C, which are extremely suitable for melt processing. These copolymers have tensile strengths of 96.5–108.1 MPa, Young's moduli of 1.98–3.05 GPa, and elongations at break of 13–26% and exhibit excellent thermal stability and good resistance to acidity, alkali, and common organic solvents. The highly porous Mn2O3‐Ag nanofibers were fabricated by a facile two‐step procedure (electrospinning and calcination). The structure and composition of the Mn2O3‐Ag nanofibers were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX and SAED. The as‐prepared Mn2O3‐Ag nanofibers were then employed as the immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase (GOD) to construct an amperometric glucose biosensor. The biosensor shows fast response to glucose, high sensitivity (40.60 µA mM?1 cm?2), low detection limit (1.73 µM at S/N=3), low Km,app value and excellent selectivity. These results indicate that the novel Mn2O3‐Ag nanfibers‐GOD composite has great potential application in oxygen‐reduction based glucose biosensing.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the anti-fatigue activity in male Kunming mice of extracts of stem bark from Acanthopanax senticosus (ASSE) using a forced swimming test. Mice were divided into four groups (three ASSE administered groups and the control group). The control group were gavaged with distilled water and ASSE administered groups were gavaged with ASSE (100, 200 and 400 mg/kg). After four weeks, a forced swimming test was performed and the biochemical parameters related to fatigue were examined. The results suggested that ASSE could extend the swimming time to exhaustion of the mice, as well as increase the tissue glycogen contents, while decreasing the blood lactate and serum urea nitrogen contents. This indicated that ASSE had anti-fatigue activity and could elevate the exercise tolerance.  相似文献

BiSbO(4) nanoplates with a large BET specific area has been prepared successfully via a facile hydrothermal reaction from Sb(2)O(3) and Bi(NO(3))(3). The effects of reaction conditions and the precursors on the final products were investigated. It is proposed that the redox reaction between Sb(2)O(3) and Bi(NO(3))(3) plays a pivotal role in the formation of nanocrystalline BiSbO(4). The hydrothermally prepared nanocrystalline BiSbO(4) was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N(2)-sorption BET surface area, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The DRS result clarifies that BiSbO(4), originally believed to be a visible light responsive photocatalyst, is indeed UV light responsive with a band gap of 3.5 eV. The existence of Bi containing an impurity may be responsible for the visible light response of BiSbO(4) prepared via a conventional solid state reaction. BiSbO(4) nanoplates prepared via the hydrothermal method showed superior photocatalytic performance for the degradation of benzene and 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) as compared to BiSbO(4) prepared via a solid state reaction and Degussa P25. BiSbO(4(Hy)) nanoplates can be a promising photocatalyst in the treatment of environmental pollution.  相似文献

A highly efficient synthesis of L-ristosamine and L-epi-daunosamine glycosides via BF(3)·OEt(2) promoted tandem hydroamination/glycosylation of 3,4-di-O-acetyl-6-deoxy-L-glucal and L-galactal has been developed. The new method proceeds in a completely stereocontrolled manner within a short reaction time. Preparation of a library of L-ristosamine and L-epi-daunosamine glycosides with potential biochemical applications, by varying each component, exemplified the generality of the reaction.  相似文献

Two new copillar[5]arenes were prepared. They are arranged in two completely different motifs, a cyclic dimer containing two monomers with two different conformations that are mirror images of each other and linear supramolecular polymers in the solid state. Not only has it been shown that to form this kind of dimer is a unique feature associated with pillar[5]arene macrocycles but also it was demonstrated that weak van der Waals forces can be used to control the self-organization of monomers during their supramolecular polymerization process.  相似文献
