Research of spatial resolution in external electro-optic probing

A new method, based on zero point of longitudinal electric field, was used to determine the spatial resolution of external electro-optic (EO) probing equipment. Considering the diffraction of Gauss beam, the result of external EO probing was simulated which was in accordance with the experiment. A spatial resolution <1 μm was demonstrated initially in our equipment using 650 nm laser diode as probe beam and semi-insulating GaP as probe tip.     

A study on the electrical conductivity of multi-walled carbon nanotube aqueous solution

The electrical conductivity was investigated for multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) dissolved in chloroform and toluene, respectively. The electrical conductivity remarkably increased with increase in the content of MWNTs, which is in accordance with Archie's equation . Furthermore, a hypothesis of the electronic transport process was proposed to explain the difference between the solution and the solid compound. In addition, the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity shows that log σ vs. 1/T exist in a good linear relationship. The activation energy of the electrical conductivity decreased with increase in concentration and an inflexion was observed at 60 °C in MWNT/toluene solution.     

用于波分复用系统的多峰干涉滤光片

介绍了用于波分复用系统的多峰干涉滤光片的设计原理,提出了滤光片透射峰位置的确定方法,讨论了影响滤光片半宽度和截止度的因素,给出了滤光片的膜厚容差分析结果,表明透射率监控标准偏差在<0.5%范围内,可以得到波形良好的多峰滤光片,最后给出了实验结果.     

一种不等带宽光学梳状滤波器

提出了一种新型—Michelson—三面镜FabryPerot型50GHz不等带宽光学梳状滤波器设计方案,分析和模拟表明:该器件将一路信道间隔为50GHz的输入信号分离成信道间隔为100GHz的奇偶两路输出信号,其中在3dB处,奇数信道带宽大于30GHz用于10Gb/s传输,偶数信道带宽大于60GHz用于40Gb/s传输对于将来的40Gb/s系统,该器件具有优势.     

U：CaF2晶体的分凝特性与光谱性质

应用TGT法生长了直径为75mm的U：CaF2晶体，宏观上透明完整.应用公式K0=Cs/Cl计算了U在CaF2晶体中的分凝系数等于0.53.应用溶质分布一般公式Cs=K0C0(1-g)K0-1，计算U的浓度分布与测量值，数值符合说明晶体生长过程接近平衡状态.分析不同条件下生长的U: CaF2晶体的晶胞参数和吸收光谱，结果表明生长气氛决定U的价态及电荷补偿机理：无PbF2存在的条件下，U为+4价，晶体呈绿色；PbF2的加入起到氟化去氧作用，U倾向于以离子半径最接近于Ca2+的U3+存在，晶体呈红色.从晶体生长开始到结束的部位，U3+:CaF2晶体吸收光谱的峰位不变，峰强呈现与U浓度相同的增加趋势.U3+:CaF2晶体外层厚约5mm处呈黄色，含有U3+和U2+的混合价态离子，其原理是石墨坩埚的还原作用通过单质铅，使部分的U3+进一步还原成了U2+. 关键词： 铀 氟化钙晶体 分凝系数 晶胞参数     

差分吸收光谱法测量大气痕量气体浓度误差分析及改善方法

差分吸收光谱技术(DOAS)中采用线性最小二乘拟合方法,用痕量气体标准差分吸收截面对测量得到的差分吸收光谱进行拟合,得出大气中痕量气体的浓度.计算结果的准确性不仅取决于光谱的测量精度,而且受标准差分吸收截面以及仪器函数和温度等诸多因素的影响.详细地分析了计算误差的产生原因,提出了用高浓度样品池得到标准吸收截面的方法,针对光谱固有结构,以及温度对标准吸收截面的影响,改进了浓度反演算法.大量的实验表明,综合运用上述方法,即便对低浓度的样气,相对测量误差也能降低到10%以下.     

与HBV X蛋白相互作用的细胞蛋白的筛选及其鉴定

参考GenBank核苷酸序列库中的HBV的核苷酸序列设计合成了一对对应于HBx基因的引物，从原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC)患者的血清中提取HBV基因组DNA作为模板，扩增HBx编码区并测定了核苷酸序列．将该编码区克隆到酵母双杂交系统的诱饵蛋白表达载体pGBKT7中，转入酵母细胞AH109，进行表型鉴定．然后通过Mating实验从已制备好用于酵母双杂交系统的肝cDNA表达文库中筛选与HBx相互作用的细胞蛋白，并用体外免疫共沉淀实验进一步验证．研究表明，分离得到的与HBx基因编码的蛋白相互作用的4种新的细胞蛋白，分别是醛缩酶B、C8α亚基、一种丝氨酸蛋白酶Hepsin和一种未知蛋白．     

High photosensitivity in cis-polyphenylacetylene films irradiated with 60Co γ-ray

This paper reports that ⁶⁰Co γ-ray irradiation can convert cis-polyphenylacetylene (cis-PPA) films prepared with rare-earth coordination catalysts to highly photosensitive materials. The dependence of the photosensitivity on irradiation dose, preparation methods, and microstructure of the PPA films has been investigated by means of a potential discharge technique. The photosensitivity was enhanced with increasing irradiation dose. The critical dose to produce a light response was 5 × 10³ Gy. The maximum surface potential discharge rate was 618 V/s, and the dark decay was approximately 2 V/s for cis-PPA films irradiated with ⁶⁰Co γ-ray (dose: 2 × 10⁵ Gy). The cis-transoidal-PPA and an electrophotographic photoreceptor device incorporating cis-PPA showed a higher irradiation effect. The structure and properties of ⁶⁰Co γ-ray irradiated rare-earth PPA films are similar to the unirradiated films.

对电子束有一定初始能量分散或角度分散时的自由电子激光小信号增益用较简便的方法进行了分析计算,并给出了一个渐近公式,结果与用计算机模拟解自由电子激光微分方程组得到的结果一致。     

The Iyengar Type Inequalities with Exact Estimations and the Chebyshev Central Algorithms of Integrals

In this paper, both low order and high order extensions of the Iyengar type inequality are obtained. Such extensions are the best possible in the same sense as that of the Iyengar inequality. hzrthermore, the Chebyshev central algorithms of integrals for some function classes and some related problems are also considered and investigated.
