研究了利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定无尘产品中的痕量杂质元素氯含量的方法,检测下限0.06 ng/mL,精密度RSD<5%(n=7),回收率93.7%~110.0%。     

碳化树脂全孔结构分析

本文阐述了改良的MP法,对含中孔和微孔的碳化树脂,用改良的MP法计算其微孔分布;用模型法计算其中孔分布,两种方法分析的和表示其全部孔结构分析。     

Apparent molal volumes of phosphonium halides at 15, 25 and 35°C

The densities of aqueous solutions of the phosphonium halides, Bu _4-n Ph _n PX(n=0–4), some of which were synthesized from the phosphines, were measured at 15, 25 and 35°C. Partial molal volumes at infinite dilution, , and B _v coefficients for the apparent molal volumes were determined at each temperature. For the first four cations varies little with n. For all salts B _v are negative but become less negative with increasing n. The temperature dependence of B _v is positive for butyl-rich salts (n<2) but negative for phenyl-rich salts (n>1). Also it appears that is relatively large for phenyl-rich cations in comparison with that for butyl-rich cations.     

添加RE—USY分子筛后海泡石的水热热压成型研究

本文采用水热热压技术研究了海泡石中添加RE-USY分子筛的固化成型条件,同时以XRD、SEM、IR对固化体的结构变化以及表面酸性进行了测定.实验结果表明,在海泡石中添加Y型沸石分子筛容易制成具有一定强度的固化体.成型后,海泡石和分子筛的原有骨架结构保持不变.成型后的固化体含B酸和L酸中心,但B酸酸量较固化前减少,而L酸量增加.     

烷氧桥相连的四苯基双金属卟啉配合物的红外光谱研究

研究了烷氧桥相连的四苯基双卟啉及其Ｍｎ（Ⅱ），Ｆｅ（Ⅲ），Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）配合物的红外光谱（３６００～１５０ｃｍ＾－１），对一些主要吸收谱带进行了经验归属，金属敏感谱带出现１５５８．２（以Ｈ２Ｐ－Ｈ２Ｐ为例）、１４７７．２，１４０１．９，１３５０．５，１００１．７，９６５．９，８７７．３和７９８．８ｃｍ＾－１附近，金属和烷氧桥都敏感的谱带出现在１５９５．１（以Ｈ２Ｐ为例）、１４９１．１，８５１．１和７２     

Effects of adrenergic blockers or bicuculline on diazepam induced changes in rat pineal melatonin synthesis in vivo and in vitro.

The effect of propranolol (PPL), phenoxybenzamine (PBZ) or bicuculline (BCL) on the diazepam (DZP)-induced changes of pineal melatonin synthesis in male rats was examined in vivo and in vitro. Administration of PBZ did not affect the inhibitory action of DZP on pineal melatonin synthesis in vivo. A single injection of PPL inhibited the pineal melatonin synthesis similarly to the administration of DZP alone, but the two drugs together did not exhibit additive or synergistic effects on the melatonin synthesis. Significant decreases in the N-acetyltransferase (NAT) activity and the N-acetylserotonin (NAS) and melatonin contents were observed in the BCL-injected group, being greater than those in the DZP-treated group. Unexpectedly, however, the combination treatment of DZP and BCL causes an increase in the NAT activity and melatonin content compared with the BCL-alone group. Incubation with DZP at higher concentrations resulted in an increase of pineal NAT activity in vitro, but this increase was inhibited by preincubation with PPL, PBZ or BCL. DZP treatment thus appeared to have different effects on pineal NAT activity in vivo and in vitro. These results suggest that both a GABAergic mechanism and peripheral benzodiazepine (BZP) receptors in rat pineal gland may be involved in the modulation of melatonin synthesis by DZP.     

MALDI-TOF-MS法对重组人内皮抑素蛋白分子质量测定

肿瘤的生长依赖于血管的生成,新生血管不仅为肿瘤生长提供必需的营养物质,而且为肿瘤细胞扩散提供了重要的途径。1997年哈佛大学的O'Reilly等发现了一种内源性新血管生成抑制因子内皮抑素(Endoscatin),显示出特异抑制激活的血管内皮细胞增殖和肿瘤新血管生成的生物学活性,其抗肿瘤作用具有高效、低毒、无耐药性的优点。目前,内皮抑素的研究引起了国内外广泛的兴趣,在美国已进行以安全性为目的的I期临床实验,国内也有多家公司对内皮抑素进行了抗肿瘤研究并申报一类新药。内皮抑素有望成为医治肿瘤而又没有化疗和放疗的毒副作用的一种新的治疗方法,但是否能作为药物应用于临床,尚需对内皮抑素的结构特点及抑制肿瘤和内皮细胞的作用机制等方面进行许多深入的研究。     

IMMOBILIZATION OF POTENTIALLY BIOACTIVE MOIETIES ONTO POLYETHER WITH POLY(ETHYLENE GLYCOL)-SULFONATE SPACER

A new reactive graft copolymer, poly(tetramthylene glycol) - graft-w-propyl sodiumsulfonate-poly(ethylene glycol) (PTMG-g-PEG-CH_2CH_2CH_2SO_3~-Na~+), was synthesizedby the cationic polymerization of a-w-bifunctional PEG macromonomer (O?CH_2—PEG——CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 SO_3 Na) and THF. The obtained copolymer exhibits the expected structureas indicated by the result of characterization. Two amino acids (L-arginine, L-tyrosine)were covalently attached to the copolymer after converting the sulfonate group to sulfonylchloride. So the new reactive graft copolymer (PTMG-g-PEG-CH_2CH_2CH_2SO_3~-Na~+) isexpected to be very useful in attachment of potentially bioactive moieties to polymer viaa hydrophilic PEG spacer.     

配体的空间构型及疏水性对钌（Ⅱ）多吡啶配合物与DNA作用的影响

合成了4－氰基苯基咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲咯啉（CYIP）和2－羧基苯基咪唑并[5, 6-f]邻菲咯啉（COIP）两种新配体及它们的钌混配配合物[Ru(bpy)2CYIP](ClO4)2 ·H2O（Rul）（bpy=2,2′-联吡啶），[Ru(phen)2CYIP](ClO4)2·H2O(Ru2) (phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉），[Ru(bpy)2COIP](ClO4)2·3H2O(Ru3)和[Ru(phen)2COIP] (ClO4)2·H2O(Ru4)，并用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁和质谱对它们进行了表征。 通过循环伏安法研究了这些配合物的电化学性质。采用电子吸收光谱、稳态荧光、 圆二色谱和粘度测定研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。结果表明配合物 Rul和Ru2通过CYIP配体以插入的方式与DNA结合，而配合物Ru3和Ru4则通过COIP配 体以部分插入的方式与DNA结合。
