Reflectance spectroscopy and strategies for spectral analysis over the visible range from 380 to 780 nm were used to provide diagnostic information on iron (Fe) and phosphorus (P) status of Brassica chinensis L. var parachinensis (Bailey) grown under hydroponics conditions. Leaf reflectance (R) spectra were collected and normalized inner reflectance (NR(I)) spectra were calculated. The regression coefficients (B-matrix) and variable importance for projection (VIP) in partial least squares regression were used to determine important wavelengths that correlate with total chlorophyll (Chl) content. No single wavelength that showed good correlation with Chl content was found. Therefore, NR(I) was transformed into CIELAB color values, which simplified the whole visible spectrum into three values. Our results showed that upon Fe deprivation, plants entered into a deficiency state very rapidly, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis. The direct effect of Fe on leaf Chl content allowed CIELAB color values to be used for pre-visual detection of Fe deficiency 2 days before the appearance of visually distinguishable morphological changes. On the other hand, P-deprived plants showed a marked decline in cellular P levels but remained above critical threshold concentrations after 7 days. The Chl content was not affected by the leaf P content and CIELAB color values showed no difference with control plants. 相似文献

A rapid, selective and sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 16 nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in human plasma was carried out using Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE), followed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and quadrupole mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization operated in the negative ion mode. The recoveries of NSAIDs from human plasma by SPE were greater than 76.7%. The use of a short column packed with small particles enabled rapid and simultaneous determination within 7 min. The detection limits for the NSAIDs were 0.01–0.9 μg/ml using the selected ion monitoring mode. 相似文献

Normalized Laplacian matrices of graphs have recently been studied in the context of quantum mechanics as density matrices of quantum systems. Of particular interest is the relationship between quantum physical properties of the density matrix and the graph theoretical properties of the underlying graph. One important aspect of density matrices is their entanglement properties, which are responsible for many nonintuitive physical phenomena. The entanglement property of normalized Laplacian matrices is in general not invariant under graph isomorphism. In recent papers, graphs were identified whose entanglement and separability properties are invariant under isomorphism. The purpose of this note is to completely characterize the set of graphs whose separability is invariant under graph isomorphism. Complex formation between gaseous Li+ ions and sulfur-containing neutral ligands, such as H2S, Me2Sn (n = 1-5; Me = CH3) and various isomers of hexasulfur (S6), has been studied by ab initio MO calculations at the G3X(MP2) level of theory. Generally, the formation of LiS(n) heterocycles and clusters is preferred in these reactions. The binding energies of the cation in the 29 complexes investigated range from -88 kJ mol(-1) for [H2SLi]+ to -189 kJ mol(-1) for the most stable isomer of [Me2S5Li]+ which contains three-coordinate Li+. Of the various S6 ligands (chair, boat, prism, branched ring, and triplet chain structures), two isomeric complexes containing the S5==S ligand have the highest binding energies (-163+/-1 kJ mol(-1)). However, the global minimum structure of [LiS6]+ is of C(3v) symmetry with the six-membered S(6) homocycle in the well-known chair conformation and three Li--S bonds with a length of 256 pm (binding energy: -134 kJ mol(-1)). Relatively unstable isomers of S6 are stabilized by complex formation with Li+. The interaction between the cation and the S6 ligands is mainly attributed to ion-dipole attraction with a little charge transfer, except in cations containing the six sulfur atoms in the form of separated neutral S2, S3, or S4 units, as in [Li(S3)2]+ and [Li(S2)(S4)]+. In the two most stable isomers of the [LiS6]+ complexes, the number of S--S bonds is at maximum and the coordination number of Li+ is either 3 or 4. A topological analysis of all investigated complexes revealed that the Li--S bonds of lengths below 280 pm are characterized by a maximum electron-density path and closed-shell interaction. 相似文献

Abstract— We investigated the ability of the different wavelength regions of UV radiation, UVA(320–400 nm), UVB(290–320 nm) and UVC(200–290 nm), to induce hemolysis. Sheep erythrocytes were exposed to radiation from either a UVA1 (>340 nm) sunlamp, a UVB sunlamp, or a UVC germicidal lamp. The doses used for the three wavelength regions were approximately equilethal to the survival of L5178Y murine lymphoma cells. Following exposure, negligible hemolysis was observed in the UVB- and UVC-irradiated erythrocytes, whereas a decrease in the relative cell number (RCN), indicative of hemolysis, was observed in the UVA 1-exposed samples. The decrease in RCN was dependent on dose(0–1625 kj/m2), time(0–78 h postirradiation) and cell density (106-107 cells/mL). Hemolysis decreased with increasing concentration of glutathione, hemoglobin or cell number, while the presence of pyruvate drastically enhanced it. Because scanning spectroscopy(200–700 nm) showed that hemoproteins and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotides were oxidized, cytoplasmic oxidative stress was implicated in the lytic mechanism. Further evidence of oxidation was obtained from electron micrographs, which revealed the formation of Heinz bodies near the plasma membrane. The data demonstrate that exposure of erythrocytes to UVA1, but not UVB or UVC, radiation causes oxidation of cytoplasmic components, which results in cytoskeletal damage and hemolysis. 相似文献
