For the assignment of the configuration at C(8) and C(15) of the natural oviposition-deterring pheromone 1 in Rhagoletis cerasi L., the four possible stereoisomers of 1 are synthesized. By condensing the C6 building blocks (5R)- 4 and (5S)- 4 with the boron enolates of the C10 building blocks (4S)- 13 and (4R)- 13 , followed by decarboxylative dehydration, all stereoisomers of 16 are available (Scheme 5). Glucosylation of 16 followed by formation of the taurin amide gives, after deprotection, the four stereoisomers (8R,15S)- 1 , (8R,15R)- 1 , (8R,15S) -1 , and (8S,15S)- 1 (Scheme 6).  相似文献

The high-yielding synthesis and application of the first polymer supported reagent for the kinetic resolution (KR) of amines through enantioselective acetylation is described; this new supported chiral reagent allows the KR of primary amines with excellent selectivities at room temperature; moreover, this supported approach is highly efficient as the Merrifield-supported chiral scaffold can be quantitatively recovered and recycled.  相似文献

Abstract— Escherichia coli cells treated with sublethal doses of acridine plus near-UV light exhibit an effective split-dose recovery response that requires an incubation period of about 30–45 min. Studies of the metabolic requirements for split-dose recovery revealed the following: (a) DNA synthesis is not required for split-dose recovery; (b) inhibition of electron transport or protein synthesis reduces the efficiency of split-dose recovery by about one-half; (c) inhibition of phospholipid synthesis or cell wall synthesis completely eliminates the split-dose recovery response. These results suggest an involvement of membrane repair mechanisms in response to damage by acridine plus near-UV light. Additional evidence for such a process was provided by more direct assays for membrane recovery. It was found that cells treated with sublethal doses of acridine plus near-UV light are sensitive to low concentrations of detergents, and lose that sensitivity upon incubation. Likewise, treated cells are susceptible to lethal osmotic shock, but can recover from this susceptibility if incubated after treatment but prior to exposure to low osmotic conditions. Based on accumulating evidence, we propose that E. coli cells are capable of repairing membrane damage resulting from exposure to acridine plus near-UV light.  相似文献

Substituted 2-(Thiazol-4-yl)-phenols as Ligands and Potential Extractants for Copper (II) Substituted 2-(thiazol-4-yl)-phenols are obtained by the HANTZSCH synthesis. Their solubility in toluene is higher than in n-octane depending on the position, the chain length, and the polarity of the substituents. From alcoholic solutions complexes of the type CuL2n are precipitated. According to the substituents their structure is distorted octahedral (CuL22, CuL23) or distorted tetrahedral (CuL28, CuL29). The new complexes are nearly insoluble in toluene and aliphatic hydrocarbons, but CuL28 and CuL29 are soluble in chloroform. Therefore copper(II) may be extracted by HL8 and HL9 using chloroform as a diluent.  相似文献

Synthesis and Molekular Structures of N‐substituted Diethylgallium‐2‐pyridylmethylamides (2‐Pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amine ( 1a ) and (2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamine ( 1b ) form with triethylgallane the corresponding red adducts 2a and 2b via an additional nitrogen‐gallium bond. These oily compounds decompose during distillation. Heating under reflux in toluene leads to the elimination of ethane and the formation of the red oils of [(2‐pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]diethylgallane ( 3a ) and [(2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamido]diethylgallane ( 3b ). In order to investigate the thermal stability solvent‐free 3a is heated up to 400 °C. The elimination of ethane is observed again and the C‐C coupling product N, N′‐Bis(diethylgallyl)‐1, 2‐dipyridyl‐1, 2‐bis(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]ethan ( 4 ) is found in the residue. Substitution of the silyl substituents by another 2‐pyridylmethyl group and the reaction of this bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine with GaEt3 yield triethylgallane‐diethylgallium‐bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 5 ). The metalation product adds immediately another equivalent of triethylgallane regardless of the stoichiometry. The reaction of GaEt3 with 2‐pyridylmethanol gives quantitatively colorless 2‐pyridylmethanolato diethylgallane ( 6 ).  相似文献

In the presence of [Ru(terpyridine)(2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylate)], aliphatic and benzylic alcohols are oxidized to the corresponding aldehydes or ketones with high selectivity by using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. There is no need for the addition of co‐catalysts or organic solvents. By applying an optimized reaction protocol, high catalyst productivity (turnover number>10 000) and activity (turnover frequency up to 14 800 h?1) has been achieved.  相似文献

Potential surfaces for Li2O and Al2O have been calculated by an ab initio SCF-LCAO-MO method and by the semiempirical CNDO method. For both molecules the semiempirical methods incorrectly imply unreasonable structures with very acute apex angles and very long bond distances — rather more like diatomic Li2 or Al2 molecules with O-atoms attached to their bonds. Our ab initio treatment does correctly predict a symmetrical linear configuration for Li2O with bond distances in excellent agreement with experiment. This method also predicts a linear symmetrical structure for Al2O, in agreement with experimental gas phase measurements but in disagreement with matrix-isolation studies.  相似文献

Proton NMR. spectra of purine, adenine, guanine and methylsubstituted guanines have been measured in CF3COOH, FSO3H and FSO3H? SbF5? SO2 at 27° and low temperatures. These conditions permit to study multiple protonation of purines, using chemical shifts of CH, NH and OH protons. The spectra of mono-, di- and tri-cations are described and fully assigned.  相似文献

The separation of cis/trans isomers of β-carotene has been performed with a C30 stationary phase employing 1H NMR spectroscopy as an on-line detection technique. 1D as well as 2D NMR spectra have been recorded in the stopped-flow mode for the predominant chromatographic peaks. Structural assignment of the five identified isomers was performed via comparison of simulated 1D 1H NMR spectra on the basis of the structures of β-carotene cis/trans isomers with the experimental data, and also by the analysis of the proton-proton connectivities in the 2D NMR spectra of three isomers with the highest concentration. The chromatographic retention behaviour of the isomers agreed well with previously reported data. The advantage of the applied hyphenated coupling technique compared to conventional off-line techniques lies in the fact that chromatographic separation and NMR detection are performed in a closed system, so that reisomerization of the separated compounds is inhibited.
