EQCM技术对电子传递促进机制的研究

本文报道了腺嘌呤存在时对超氧化物歧化酶在金丝电极上电化学行为的影响。并从电化学石英晶体微天平技术的测量结果，初步讨论了腺嘌呤对促进超氧化物歧化酶电子传递过程的作用机制。     

毛细管电泳及其在朊病毒检测中的应用

本文简单介绍了毛细管电泳(CE)的发展前景,较详细地综述了毛细管电泳在朊病毒(PrPSc)检测方面的应用.CE作为1990年代末期发展最快的分析化学领域,已经在可传播性海绵状脑病(TSEs)的诊断检测方面显示了特有的优越性,成为目前唯一可以检测血中PrPSc的方法,为实现TSEs的生前诊断提供了新的思路.     

二苯并18－冠－6辅助钡离子在1，2－二氯乙烷／水微界面转移的伏安研究

应用液／液界面微电极对二苯并１８－冠－６（ＤＢ１８－Ｃ－６）辅助推动Ｂａ~（２＋）在１，２－二氯乙烷／水（ＤＣＥ／Ｗ）界面转移的电化学过程进行了详细探讨，证明该过程遵循ＴＩＣ机理，是受扩散控制的可逆过程。通过转移电流和反应物浓度之间的线性关系，测定了Ｂａ~（２＋）以及用其它方法难以测定的ＤＢ１８－Ｃ－６。     

一种基于二进小波变换的自适应滤波方法

根据信号和噪声经小波变换后在不同尺度上有不同的特征，将相邻尺度二进小波变换值的相关量进行归一化处理并与小波变换值比较来判断信号与噪声，以噪声在各尺度的方差作为终止迭代的标准，提出了一种基于二进小波变换小波域选择噪声的自适应滤波方法。研究了模拟信号的去噪过程、半峰宽和信噪比对去噪结果的影响，并对模拟含噪信号和含噪毛细管电泳信号去噪前后的结果进行了比较。实验结果表明：由于该方法具有良好的自适应性和显著的滤波效果，必将得到广泛的应用。     

Syntheses, structures, and surface aromaticity of the new carbaalane [(AlH)(6)(AlNMe(3))(2)(CCH(2)R)(6)] (R = Ph, CH(2)SiMe(3)) and a stepwise functionalization of the inner and outer sphere of the cluster

The reaction of the acetylene RC triple bond CH (R = Ph, CH(2)SiMe(3)) with an excess of AlH(3).NMe(3) in boiling toluene leads to the carbaalane [(AlH)(6)(AlNMe(3))(2)(CCH(2)R)(6)] (R = Ph 1, CH(2)SiMe(3) 2) in good yield. Treatment of 2 with BCl(3) under varying conditions gives the chlorinated products [(AlCl)(6)(AlNMe(3))(2)(CCH(2)CH(2)SiMe(3))(6)] 3 and [(AlCl)(6)(AlNMe(3))(2)(CCH(2)CH(2)SiMe(2)Cl)(6)] 4, respectively. The latter clearly demonstrates that the cluster can be stepwise functionalized within the inner and outer sphere. The X-ray single-crystal structures of 1, 2, and 4 have been determined. All compounds have in common that the central core consists of a cluster having eight aluminum and six carbon atoms. The bonding properties in this cluster are described as a new manifestation of three-dimensional surface aromaticity. Each Al(4)C fragment of the cube is formed by four bonds with three electron pairs, thus leading to a strong delocalization of the electrons. A phenomenological modeling using a three-dimensional Hückel scheme with fitted parameters to reproduce the energies from ab initio calculations revealed that the orbital scheme localized at one Al(4)C fragment possesses an orbital sextet with a large HOMO-LUMO gap. This is in line with the criteria of aromaticity. The idea of aromaticity was sustained also by qualitative valence bond reasons enumerating the different resonance structures by means of graph theoretical methods.     

Formation of ring calcium oxalate patterns induced by domains in DPPC Langmuir-Blodgett films

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.     

Isolation and purification of honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae officinalis by high-speed counter-current chromatography

High-speed counter-current chromatography was used to isolate and purify honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.), a plant used in the traditional Chinese medicine. A crude sample, 150 mg, was successfully separated with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:0.4:1:0.4, v/v), and the fractions were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The separation produced 80 and 45 mg of honokiol and magnolol with purities of 99.2 and 98.2%, respectively, in 2.5 h.     

N,N′-苄基-1,2二胺合铜的合成和晶体结构及与DNA的相互作用(英文)

A ligand,(N,N′-dibenzylethane-1,2-diamine)(L),and its complex with copper acetate was synthesized and characterized by some spectral analyses.The copper ! ion is six-coordinated and exhibites octahedral coordination geometry,the coordination atoms are four nitrogen atoms from two(L) ligands and two carboxyl oxygen atoms from two acetic acid groups,respectively.After studying the interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA through UV and fluorescence spectra,we can find that there is a strong binding and a large affinity berween the complex and calf thymus DNA.CCDC: 649416.     

8-羟基喹啉-硅胶介质的合成及其在海水中痕量铅检测的应用

详细研究了以大孔硅胶为基质,一步合成8羟-基喹啉(8-HQ)型金属螯合色谱填料的方法,采用正交试验对合成方法进行了优化。与传统合成方法所得的填料进行了比较,从理化指标等方面来看,新的合成方法为佳。将该法用作微柱流动注射(FIA)在线分离、富集和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析流程中的固定相,对大洋海水中的痕量铅进行了在线分析,得到了较满意的结果。     

Three New Anthraquinones from Polygonum cillinerve

Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-（2＂-O-coumarate）glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） radicals （the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L）, and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro.
