有限步扩散反应置限分形聚集

综合考虑扩散粒子浓度n、粒子扩散限制范围Δ、扩散粒子与种粒子或团簇相遇时，反应概率P及粒子扩散步数W的影响，提出了有限步扩散反应置限聚集的分形生长模型，模拟得到一系列典型的聚集生长图形，计算了相应的分形维数.结果表明，在粒子浓度n较小时，呈离散团簇状生长；而在粒子浓度较大时，则随反应概率P或粒子扩散步数W的增大，从离散团簇状生长转变为连续枝叉状生长. 关键词：

碳糊电极阳极溶出法测定中药甘草中桑色素

用碳糊电极阳极溶出法测定桑色素的含量。在0.15mol·L-1NH4Cl 氨水缓冲溶液的介质中富集120s,桑色素在+0.10V(vs.SCE)左右出现阳极溶出峰。其峰电流的大小与桑色素的浓度呈线性关系。线性范围为4.00×10-6～1.40×10-5mol·L-1,相关系数为0.9996,检出限可达1.00×10-6mol·L-1,回收率为99.87%～102.01%。此法不用汞电极,灵敏度高,操作方便、快捷,成功地用于甘草提取物中桑色素的测定。     

共軛高分子的研究——Ⅴ.苯腈在三氟化硼-苯甲醚絡合物作用下的聚合

近年来,对于各类主链具有共軛体系的高分子的研究进展十分迅速,但是对腈类聚合的研究,只是在最近才引起注意。1961年,等着重报导乙腈在二氯化鋅作用下的聚合,指出这是一种新型的络合物聚合。1962年,岡村等报导乙腈的輻射聚合。这些作者认为聚腈可能具有线型結构(?),因此聚腈是一类新型的共轭高分子。但是腈类的其他聚合方法以及聚合机理的研究进行尚很少,因而有必要作进一步的探索。本文报导腈类的一种新型聚合体系,郎苯腈在三氟化硼-苯甲醚络合物作用下的高温聚合,并对苯腈三聚化与聚合间的相互关系等问题进行初步探讨。

在这篇文章中, 作者研究涉及凹凸非线性项的Kirchhoff型问题-(a + b ∫R3|▽u|²dx) Δu + λV (x)u = μf(x)|u|^q?2u + |u|^p?2u, x ∈ R³,u ∈ H¹(R³),其中a,b > 0 是常数, λ, μ > 0 是参数, 1 < q < 2, 4 < p < 6 且 V 是一个非负连续位势. 在f(x) 和 V 的合适条件下,此问题正解的存在性和集中性能够通过Nehari 流形和Ekeland 变分原理得到.     

“限时服务规则”下的复线船闸多目标调度优化

针对现有船舶过闸排队规则的欠缺,基于“限时服务规则”,构建复线船闸多目标双层优化调度模型:上层模型用于获得两个闸室安全区域的船舶排布可行方案;下层模型用于获得不同船舶排布可行方案的优化闸次数。下层模型分两个阶段完成:对符合“限时服务规则”的船舶,构建以闸次最少为目标的0-1规划模型,获得此类船舶安排的闸次;对其余船舶按照“先到先服务规则”,构建以闸次最少、闸室利用率最大为目标的多目标决策模型,获得不同船舶排布可行方案应该安排的频次。以位于江苏省干线航道上的某复线船闸某日24小时内过闸船舶的数据为例,计算结果表明:采用本文优化模型获得的优化方案与“经验编排方式”相比,两座船闸各节约2个闸次,两个船闸的平均闸室利用率分别提高了3.66和4.72个百分点。     

Local error estimates for radial basis function interpolation of scattered data

Introducing a suitable variational formulation for the localerror of scattered data interpolation by radial basis functions(r), the error can be bounded by a term depending on the Fouriertransform of the interpolated function f and a certain ‘Krigingfunction’, which allows a formulation as an integral involvingthe Fourier transform of . The explicit construction of locallywell-behaving admissible coefficient vectors makes the Krigingfunction bounded by some power of the local density h of datapoints. This leads to error estimates for interpolation of functionsf whose Fourier transform f is ‘dominated’ by thenonnegative Fourier transform of (x) = (||x||) in the sense . Approximation orders are arbitrarily high for interpolationwith Hardy multiquadrics, inverse multiquadrics and Gaussiankernels. This was also proven in recent papers by Madych andNelson, using a reproducing kernel Hilbert space approach andrequiring the same hypothesis as above on f, which limits thepractical applicability of the results. This work uses a differentand simpler analytic technique and allows to handle the casesof interpolation with (r) = r^s for s R, s > 1, s 2N, and(r) = r^s log r for s 2N, which are shown to have accuracy O(h^s/2)     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.
