体效应振荡器特性观测与使用实验教学研究

探讨了体效应振荡器特性观测与使用实验中，编写实验原理要应用能带结构解释负阻特性并通过对偶极畴生长和运动过程的描述说明振荡原理，提出了实验教学方案，从教学效果上分析了开设此实验的意义及合理性。     

Writing Fiber Grating of Different Wavelength Using the Same Phase Mask

Chirped fiber grating was used in dispersion compensator. We tried to use the same phase mask to write fiber grating of different wavelength with two methods to reduce the price of the fiber grating.     

Mapping Properties of a Projection Related to the Helmholtz Equation

We study the continuity properties of a projection derived from a recent characterization of Herglotz Wave Functions in the plane. Herglotz Wave Functions are the entire solutions of the Helmholtz equation which have L²-Far-Field-Pattern. The behavior of this projection is reminiscent of the Disc Multiplier Operator on both L^p and mixed L^p-normed spaces. In particular a Kakeya type set plays a central role in our analysis. As a consequence we answer a question posed by Alvarez, Folch-Gabayet and Pérez-Esteva.

苯并 18 -冠 - 6 (B18- C- 6 )与 K2 [Cd(SCN) 4 ]反应 ,得到了 [K(B18- C- 6 ) ]SCN配合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶 X射线衍射进行了结构分析。该配合物为单斜晶系 ,空间群 P2 (1) / c,晶体学数据 :a=0 .996 0(3) nm,b=2 .5 0 97(7) nm,c=0 .8374 (2 ) nm,β=10 6 .5 19(5 )°,V=2 .0 0 6 7(10 ) nm3 ,Z=4 ,F(0 0 0 ) =86 4,R1=0 .0 4 2 9,w R2 =0 .0 5 75。结构分析表明 ,该配合物由一个 [K(B18- C- 6 ) ]配阳离子和一个 SCN阴离子组成 ,配合物的两个分子通过 K+ - π相互作用形成一维链状结构     

光参量啁啾脉冲放大增益特性研究

 通过对非线性三波耦合方程组进行数值求解，研究了光参量放大的增益特性及饱和放大特性。给出了泵浦光、信号光参数对参量增益的影响及其与晶体饱和长度的关系。且OPA具有传统CPA系统所不具有的优点，将有可能取代传统的CPA系统而作为超短超强激光系统的新型前端。     

The adsorption of toluene on V-Sb oxides. Theoretical aspects

Toluene adsorption reactions on the (1 1 0) surface of VSbO₄ have been analyzed following the changes in the electronic structure of the hydrocarbon molecule and metal cation sites of the oxide using the Just Another Extended Hückel Molecular Orbital Program (JAEHMOP) code. The bonding character of these interactions has also been studied in the same theoretical framework. The calculations indicate that the exothermic hydrocarbon parallel interaction on Sb-V sites results in the weakening of one of the C-H bonds of the methyl fragment. This leads to a H-abstraction that involves the participation of a Sb-cation. Both methyl and phenyl fragments decrease their electronic population and so does the V-cation site. Most of these electrons are transferred to other V atoms in the bulk solid. As a result the LUMO of the toluene-oxide system fully populates. The analysis reveals that methyl-Sb bonding interactions mainly involve C_2px and H_1s orbitals with Sb_5s orbital, while non-bonding phenyl-V interactions involve C_2px orbitals with V_3dx²−y² orbital. This last interaction facilitates the desorption of the benzyl species after H-abstraction.     

心理素质诊断模型的建立与应用

综合运用国内外多种测量量表对大学生的心理素质进行诊断与测试 ,并应用多元统计分析方法对其心理素质结构主因素进行定量分析 ,在此基础上建立了心理素质诊断模型 ,并运用该模型对实际问题进行了分析 .     

炉液倾动重心近似计算的数学分析

为给转炉设计提供依据,需要计算炉液倾动的重心.利用数学方法将实际问题进行简化,通过分析炉液倾动过程中变量间的相互关系,来确定每个倾动角度对应情况下的液面位置.利用数学中三重积分的有关应用,进一步得出转炉在每个倾动角度为α∈(0,π2)时的重心计算方法及相关结论,在理论上为工程计算重心的方法提供参考.     

An easy and fast way to determine the enantiomeric purity of substituted cyclanones

The determination of the enantiomeric purity of 2 or 3-substituted cyclanones, particularly cyclohexanones, is conveniently achieved by derivatisation into cyclic aminals with commercially available (R, R)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine. The derivatisation procedure is directly done into the NMR tube, instantaneously, and ¹³C NMR allows an accurate measure of the ee.     

金属颗粒-半导体膜Cu:CdS的制备及结构研究

利用磁控溅射产生金属Cu团簇，同时蒸发半导体介质CdS，将Cu团簇包埋在CdS介质中，制备出金属颗粒 半导体膜．团簇大小可通过改变溅射气压控制．用TEM研究了嵌埋团簇的结构．分析表明：CdS很好地包埋了Cu团簇，都呈多晶结构；团簇尺寸在5—20nm，Cu晶格发生了膨胀，膨胀量在7%左右 关键词：
