均三溴偶氮胂褪色分光光度法测定食盐中碘

食用加碘食盐是消除碘缺乏病的主要有效手段，食盐中碘的测定方法很多，本文采用在硝酸介质中以溴化钾为催化剂，碘酸钾氧化均三溴偶氮胂使其褪色，建立了测定碘的方法。     

Spectrophotometric and Voltammetric Studies on the Interaction of Heparin with Phenosafranine

The interaction of phenosafranine （PSF） with a glycosaminoglycans of heparin （Hep） in aqueous solution has been characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectrophotometry and cyclic voltammetry in pH 1.5 Britton-Robinson （B-R） buffer solution. The addition of Hep caused decrease of the absorbance of PSF at 532 nm and the redox peak current of PSF. The study showed that an supramolecular complex of PSF-Hep was formed because of the electrostatic attraction of negatively charged Hep with the positively charged PSF, which resulted in the decrease of the equilibrium concentration of PSF in solutions, and the decrease of the absorbance or the peak current of PSF. The stoichiometry of the Hep/PSF complex was further calculated by voltammetric data with the result of 1：1 complex.     

加速溶剂萃取同步净化-同位素内标-气相色谱-高分辨质谱测定水产品中32种多氯联苯

建立了加速溶剂萃取同步净化-同位素内标-气相色谱-高分辨质谱同时测定水产品中32种多氯联苯含量的方法。通过在加速溶剂萃取仪中加入2 g无水硫酸钠、1 g弗罗里硅土、50 g中性氧化铝作为吸附剂实现同步净化的效果，萃取溶剂为二氯甲烷-正己烷（1:1，v/v），萃取温度为100℃，循环2次。萃取结束后分别用0.5 mL浓硫酸净化两次，净化液浓缩定容后，采用气相色谱-高分辨质谱测定，同位素内标法定量。32种多氯联苯在0.1~20 μg/L范围内平均相对响应因子（RRF）的相对标准偏差（RSD）值（n=7）均小于15%，定量限（S/N=10）为0.3~1.9 ng/kg。在草鱼和海鲈鱼空白基质中做加标回收试验，添加水平为5、20和50 ng/kg，得到的平均回收率为71.9%~119.0%（n=6），RSD为3.5%~19.6%。该方法背景干扰低，灵敏度高，重现性好，回收率稳定，适用于水产品中多氯联苯的检测。

Synthesis and properties of one-dimensional Ni(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ)Cu(Ⅱ) complexes linked by hydrogen bond

Four dithiooxalato (Dto) bridged one-dimensional Ni(ll) and Ni(ll)Cu(ll) complexes (Me6[14]dieneN4)Ni2(Dto)2) (1), (Me6[14]dieneN4)CuNi(Dto)2 (2), (Me6[14]aneN4)Ni2(Dto)2 (3), and (Me6[14]aneN4)CuNi(Dto)2(4), were synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and ESR spectra. The crystal structure of complex 3 was determined. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 2.2425(4) nm, b = 1.0088(2) nm, c=1.4665(3) nm, β= 125.32(3)° ;Z=4; R = 0.076, Rw = 0.079. In the complex, Ni(1) coordinates four sulphur atoms of two Dto ligands in plane square environment. Ni(2) lies in the center of mac-rocyclic ligand. For Dto ligand, two sulphur atoms coordinate Ni(1), and O(1) coordinates Ni(2) and forms weak coordination bond. O(2) is linked to N(2) of macrocyclic ligand through hydrogen bond.

STUDIES ON IMMOBILIZED GLUCOSE OXIDASE BY DIETHYLAMINOETHYL CELLULOSE COMPLEXES

The properties of immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) by the complexes of diethylaminoethyl cellulose(DEAEC) with different polymers, such as polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA), polyacrylic acid (PAA), polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA), polyvinylaleohol (PVA), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and styrene-maleic acid copolymer (PSMA) were investigated. The activity of immobilized GOD was obviously influenced by the component of the DEAEC complexes. The relative activity of the immobilized GOD reached to maximum and over 90% of the native GOD. when the DEAEC-PMAA DEAEC-PAA complexes were used as a carrier with the molar ratio of DEAEC and polyacid of about one. Michaelis constants (Km) of the immobilized enzymes of DEAEC-GOD-PMAA and DEAEC-GOD-PAA were determined to be 1.25 and 1.00, respectively. Moreover, the immobilized GOD has a good storage stability and cyclic life.     

Synthesis and magnetic properties of μ-phenolato copper (Ⅱ) binuclear complexes with different exogenous bridges

The syntheses and magnetic properties are reported for a series of copper(Ⅱ) complexes prepared from a pentadentate binucleating ligand 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol di(benzoyl-hydrazone) (H3L). These complexes incorporate different exogenous ions (X-) into a bridging position to form copper(Ⅱ) binuclear complexes of the formula [Cu2(H2L)X]2+, where X-= Br-(1), Cl-(2), HO-(3), C2H5O-(4) and C3H3N2- (5). The complexes have been characterized with variable temperature magnetic susceptibility (4.2-300 K) and the observed data were fit to those from a modified Bleaney-Bowers equation by least-squares method, giving the exchange integral 2J = -6.2 cm-1 for 1, -76.4 cm-1 for 2, -241.9 cm-1 for 3, -231.1 cm-1 for 4 and -343.8 cm-1 for 5. This suggested that there is an antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(Ⅱ) ions and the sequence of the effect of some exogenous bridging ligands on magnetic coupling is corresponding to that in spectrochemical series.     

手性β-氨基醇的合成及其催化二乙基锌与醛的不对称加成反应

以烯烃为原料通过Sharpless不对称双羟化等多步反应合成7种手性β-氨基醇, 并将该类化合物用于催化二乙基锌和醛的不对称加成反应. 分别考察了影响对映选择性的催化剂结构、催化剂用量、溶剂、反应温度等各种因素. 当催化剂用量为5%、甲苯溶剂、在－10 ℃下、以(1S,2R)-(＋)-2-氨基-1,2-二苯基乙醇(1b)作催化剂时, 所得仲醇的对映体过量最高为85% ee, 产率高达100%.
