An Interesting Approach to Bis-calix[5]arene Analogue from Calix[6]arene

Calix [n] arenas {n = 4, 6 or 8} are easily prepared from formaldehyde and para-substituted phenols via cyclic condensation under alkaline conditions in one step. Theoretical Studies on the Abstraction Reaction of Atomic O（^3p） with Si2H6

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.     

非理想状态下的塔板理论模型

 在过程中 ,将流动相看成是由许多连续的塔板组成 ,每一塔板的高度与固定相塔板的高度相同。初始浓度的溶质被认为全部集中在流动相的第一塔板中 ;溶质在流动相和固定相之间动态分布。由于动力学因素的影响 ,当流动相流过一个塔板距离时 ,溶质不能够迅速地从固定相释放到流动相中 ,因此溶质在流动相和固定相中的分布浓度受到两个因素即反映系统热力学性质的分配系数P和反映系统动力学性质的释放概率因子α的影响。这一过程被认为是非理想状态下的过程。     

新型Zhuo酚酮类糖苷化合物的合成

根据Zhuo酮的结构特点，对Zhuo酚酮类化合物与半乳糖的Kenigs-Knorr反应进 行了研究。探索出一种具有较高立体选择性的合成方法，从而制得四种具有β－构 型的单一端基异构体的Zhuo酚酮半乳糖苷新化合物。生成的新化合物不但保持了原 有的生理活性，而且降低了毒性、提高了药效，为人工合成Zhuo酚酮类增添新化合 物的同时，也扩展了此类化合物的应用领域。应用元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱 表征了它们的结构。

改进的微波辅助无溶剂法提取薄荷和陈皮中的挥发油组分

An improved solvent free microwave extraction, in which a kind of microwave absorption medium （carbonyl iron powder） was used, was applied to the extraction of essential oil from dried menthol mint and orange peel without addition of any solvent and pretreatment. It took much less time of extraction （30 min） than microwave-assisted hydrodistillation （90 min） and conventional hydrodistillation （180 min）. The kinds of chemical compositions in essential oil extracted by different methods were almost the same and such improved solvent free microwave extraction can be a feasible way in extraction of essential oil from dried plant materials.     

栝楼蛋白 2: 栝楼蛋白部分化学结构的初步测定

栝楼蛋白(Trichobitacin)是从栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowiiMaxim, Cucurbitaceae)中新发现的核糖体失活蛋白, 分子量为27,228; pI为9.6。应用基质辅助的激光解析飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)和快原子轰击质谱法(FAB-MS)分别测定胰蛋白酶酶解栝楼蛋白和天花粉蛋白(Trichosanthin)的混合肽质谱, 通过比较发现了一些分子量相同的肽。由于这两种蛋白质都来源于栝楼块根, 同源性比较强, 所以这些肽序列在两种蛋白质中基本一样; 再结合蛋白N-端自动顺序仪测定栝楼蛋白N-端的结果, 确定了栝楼蛋白N-端38个氨基酸的顺序, 栝楼蛋白经胰蛋白酶酶解后所得肽段用HPLC分离纯化, 再用蛋白质自动顺序仪, DABITC/PITC双偶合手工法和质谱法共确定了栝楼蛋白N-端, C-端等100多个氨基酸残基的序列。

壳聚糖-氨基酸体系中碳酸钙模拟生物矿化的研究

本文选取壳聚糖与氨基酸作为碳酸钙模拟生物矿化的有机基质,研究并比较了侧链带不同电荷的氨基酸对碳酸钙生物矿化的调制作用,发现侧链带负电荷的酸性氨基酸能改变壳聚糖体系中原有的晶种模板,使能量比较高的球霰石型碳酸钙得以生成,而单纯的壳聚糖体系中只能得到方解石型碳酸钙;在形貌上则改变了球霰石型碳酸钙原有的球状堆积,出现了两头小、中间大椭球状的特殊形貌。
