农业供应链金融能有效缓解企业的融资约束？——涉农企业参与精准扶贫的实证研究

农业供应链金融为涉农企业融资难问题提供了新思路。本文以上市涉农上市企业2016~2018年的财务数据为样本,探讨了农业供应链金融对缓解企业融资约束的影响,以及涉农企业参与精准扶贫对缓解融资约束的调节作用。研究发现:涉农企业普遍面临融资约束问题,而农业供应链金融显著缓解了涉农企业的融资约束,且对参与精准扶贫企业的融资约束缓解更为显著。本文揭示了:农业供应链金融能有效缓解涉农企业的融资约束问题,再次证明了农业供应链金融缓解涉农企业融资约束的重要性和必要性,拓展了供应链金融研究的领域,同时对企业参与精准扶贫,响应新时期涉农企业社会责任的具体要求,形成政府、企业等共同承担社会责任的多元化减贫治理机制,助力乡村振兴提供相应借鉴。     

Invariability of Trivial Extensions of Tilted Algebras Under Stable Equivalences

As a sequel to [8], we investigate here the behaviour of thetrivial extensions of tilted algebras under stable equivalence.It will be shown that if a finite-dimensional symmetric algebra is stably equivalent to the trivial extension of a tilted algebraB, then is the trivial extension of some tilted algebra A whichhas the same type as B.     

The Braided product of Ockham algebras

In this paper we introduce an algebraic concept of the product of Ockham algebras called the Braided product. We show that ifL _i MS(i=1, 2, ,n) then the Braided product ofL _i(i=1, 2, ,n) exists if and only ifL ₁, ,L _n have isomorphic skeletons.     

Distribution of δD in 25-cm Surface Snow Along Trans-Antarctic Route (Ⅱ)——The “1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition” Glaciological Research

On the way of the "1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition", the first author of this paper, the Chinese member of the expedition, collected 104 snow samples in 25-cm surface snow along a 5986-km route on Antarctic ice sheet from west to east. The geographical distribution of δD across the Antarctica by the longest route is obtained from stable isotope analysis for the first time. After discussing regional differences of physical geographic conditions, maritime-continental influence, altitudes and latitudes at sampling sites, the distribution of δD is considered to have a close relation to latitudes, but the topographic effect is prominent in some particular regions. The mean annual temperature at sampling site and its relationship with δD in surface snow covering Antarctica from west to east are discussed also. The δD-temperature gradient from the south end of Antarctic Peninsula to Vostok obtained in this paper is very close to that in Terre Adelie Land obtained by predecessors. The snow-dri     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.     

SYNTHESIS AND MAGNETISM OF BINUCLEAR COPPER(Ⅱ) COMPLEXES CONTAINING SALUCYLAMIDATOCUPRATE(Ⅱ)

New binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes, [Cu(samen)Cu(NO_2-phen)]·H_2O and [Cu(sampn)-Cu(NO_2-phen)]·2H_2O have been synthesized, where samen~(4-), sampn~(4-) and NO_2-phen denote N, N′-ethylenedisalicylamidate anion, N, N′-1, 2-propanedisalicylamidate anion and 5-nitro-1, 10-phenanthroline respectively. 3ased on IR, elemental analyses and electronic spectra, the complexes are proposed to have a phenoxy-bridged structure and to consist of the Cu(Ⅱ)ion in distorted planar environment. The complexes have been characterized with varlable-temperature magnetic susceptibility (4—300 K) and the observed data were fit to those from a modified Bleaney-Bowers equation by least-squares method, giving the exchange integral J=-63.0 cm~(-1) (samen) and J=-46.5cm~(-1) (sampn). This indicates the existence of antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction among the metal ions.

Atomic-absorption spectrometric determination of cobalt,nickel, and copper in geological materials with matrix masking and chelation-extraction

An atomic-absorption spectrometric method is reported for the determination of cobalt, nickel, and copper in a variety of geological materials including iron- and manganese-rich, and calcareous samples. The sample is decomposed with HP-HNO₃ and the residue is dissolved in hydrochloric acid. Ammonium fluoride is added to mask iron and 'aluminum. After adjustment to pH 6, cobalt, nickel, and copper are chelated with sodium diethyl-dithiocarbamate and extracted into methyl isobutyl ketone. The sample is set aside for 24 h before analysis to remove interferences from manganese. For a 0.200-g sample, the limits of determination are 5–1000 ppm for Co, Ni, and Cu. As much as 50% Fe, 25% Mn or Ca, 20% Al and 10% Na, K, or Mg in the sample either individually or in various combinations do not interfere. Results obtained on five U.S. Geological Survey rock standards are in general agreement with values reported in the literature.     

KINETIC STUDY OF THE POLYCONDENSATION OF 9-AMINO-NONANOIC ACID

9-Amino-nonaneic acid was polycondensed in boiling paraffin hydrocarbon medium, the water formed during the reaction was immediately carried away by the vapor of the medium. By using this technique, polycondensation ran very rapidly, and within 15 min. the extent of reaction (p) reached more than 95%, and after 3 hrs., p surpassed 99%. The number average molecular weight was higher than 40,000. These have never been reached as reported in literature.Because p can be pushed to over 99%, it is possible to study the complete course of polycondensation reactions. It was found that the reaction followed second order from the beginning up to p around 99%. Beyond this, the system became so viscous that a viscosity factor should be considered. This caused the reaction to be changed to third order.     

Interfacial polymerisation of anilinium at Langmuir monolayers

Anilinium is strongly adsorbed at monolayers of the phospholipid L-alpha-dimyristoylphosphatidic acid (DMPA) and hexadecanesulfonic acid (HDSA) at the air-water interface, and undergoes chemical polymerisation under conditions where bulk polymerisation does not occur.
