Kinetic study of copper(II) complexation with 9-ethyl-3-carbazolecarboxaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone and kinetic-spectrophotometric determination of copper(II)

The kinetics of complexation reaction of Cu(II) with 9-ethyl-3-carbazolecarboxaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone (ECCAT) has been examined spectrophotometrically. The ligand was synthesized for the first time. The complexation reaction was carried out in a DMF-water medium at 35°C. The complex has maximum absorbance at 393 nm. Kinetic and activation parameters of the complexation reaction were calculated by the Arrhenius and Eyring equations using the data obtained from investigating the effect of temperature on reaction rates under the specified conditions. We also proposed reaction rate equations. Based on the studied complexation reaction, a simple kinetic method for the spectrophotometric determination of copper(II) has been developed. The calibration graphs are linear in the concentration range 0.2–1.9 μg/mL. The species that caused interference were investigated. The text was submitted by the authors in English.     

树枝状十二酯的合成

以乙二胺和丙烯酸十二酯为原料，甲醇为溶剂，采用迈克尔加成反应合成了低代的树枝状十二酯。探讨了反应条件对树枝状十二酯收率的影响。乙二胺2mL(30mmol)，n(乙二胺)：n(丙烯酸十二酯)=1：6，甲醇占反应液总体积的50％，反应温度40℃，反应时间48h，产率54．9％。     

玉米芯水溶性多糖的分离纯化和抗凝血活性研究

从玉米芯中提取到水提水溶性粗多糖,通过乙醇分级、冻融、凝胶过滤层析,生物测定导向等手段,分离到一种能延长体外凝血时间,而且具有外源抗凝血功能的多糖CCⅢ.CCⅢ对活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)无显著影响,但可显著延长体外抗凝血时间(PT).将CCⅢ纯化,经糖组成分析、甲基化、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解和GC-MS分析,确定该多糖结构为:β-(1→4)Glc,(1→3)Xyl构成主链,Glc在6-O处有分枝.平均每10个糖残基有1个分枝,支链由β-(1→3)Xyl,(1→3)Glc构成.     

SYNTHESIS AND MESOMORPHIC PROPERTIES OF FISHBONE-LIKE LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYSILSESQUIOXANES——Ⅰ. FISHBONE-LIKE, β-DIKETONE-BASED LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYSILSESQUIOXANES AND THEIR COPPER COMPLEXES*

Two kinds of fishbone-like, β-diketone-based liquid crystalline polysilsesquioxanes(FBDKLCP'S), homopolymeric (H-FBDKLCP) and copolymeric (C-FBDKaLCP) have been first synthesized via the hydrosilylation reaction of a vinyl-terminated β-diketone with the homopolymeric ladderlike polyhydrosilsesquioxane (LPHSQ) and random copolymethylhydrosilsesquioxane (LRPMHSQ) respectively. These new kinds of FBDKLCP with M of 10~4 is thermotroic liquid crystalline polymer and its clearing temperatures T_i's and mesophase range △T's are much higher than those of the corresponding comb-like β-diketone liquid crystalline polysiloxane (DKLCP) by about 200℃. Similar results have been observed with the comparison of the two different structure Cu-coordinating compounds The significant increases in T_((?))'s and △T's of the FBDKLCP and Cu-FBDKLCP are mainly attributed to the great rigidity of the ladderlike polysilsesquioxane backbone.     

Synthesis,spectral and magnetic studies of novel μ-oxamido heterotinuclear complexes

Summary Three novel heterotrinuclear complexes have been prepared, [Cu₂(oxdn)₂Zn](ClO₄)₂ (1) and [Cu₂(oxdn)₂-M(H₂O)₂](ClO₄)₂ with M=Mn (2) and Co (3) [oxdn-oxamidobis (propionato)], and characterized by spectral data. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities of (2) and (3) has been studied in the 4–300K range, and the exchange integrals J=–20.90cm^–1 for (2) and J=–62.36cm^–1 for (3) calculated. These results are commensurate with antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.     

Toward the most versatile fluorophore: Direct functionalization of BODIPY dyes via regioselective C—H bond activation

BODIPY dyes are privileged fluorophores that are now widely used in highly diverse research fields. An overview of BODIPY dyes and a summarization of the different synthetic methodologies reported for direct C-H functionalization of the BODIPY framework have been provided.     

p—Si上电沉积Ni—W—P薄膜的结构与热稳定性

研究了ｐ－Ｓｉ上恒电流沉积Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金薄膜组成与结构的关系，讨论了镀层的组成、结构随沉积时间的变化．测定了非晶合金的晶体结构随热处理温度的改变以及ＤＴＡ曲线，结果表明，非晶Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金在晶化过程中形成两个纳米超微晶相，非晶Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ薄膜的热稳定性远高于通常使用的非晶Ｎｉ－Ｐ薄膜．

JEE—4x型真空镀膜仪功能扩展

报道了对ＪＥＥ－４ｘ型真空镀膜仪蒸发装置的改进以及建立蒸发材料回收装置的具体方法，并介绍了改进后该仪器在高分辨扫描电镜样品制备上的应用实例．实验证明，上述改进不但扩展了ＪＥＥ—４ｘ型真空镀膜仪的制样功能又节省了蒸发材料，集中了离子溅射法及常规高真空镀膜法的优点，完全满足ＳＥＭ样品的分析要求，该方法简单易操作．
