A validated, highly sensitive, and selective HPLC method with MS–MS detection has been developed for quantitative determination
of azithromycin (AZI) in human Na2EDTA plasma. Roxithromycin (ROX) was used as internal standard. Human plasma containing AZI and internal standard was ultrafiltered
through Centrifree Micropartition devices and the concentration of AZI was determined by isocratic HPLC–MS–MS. Multiple reaction
monitoring mode (MRM) was used for MS–MS detection. The calibration plot was linear in the concentration range 2.55–551.43 ng mL−1. Inter-day and Intra-day precision and accuracy of the proposed method were characterized by R.S.D and percentage deviation,
respectively; both were less than 8%. Limit of quantification was 2.55 ng mL−1. The proposed method was used to determine the pharmacokinetic profile of AZI (250-mg tablets). 相似文献

A series of flavin–cyclodextrin conjugates has been prepared and tested in the enantioselective oxidations of prochiral aromatic and aliphatic sulfides with hydrogen peroxide. The newly prepared conjugates contain isoalloxazinium or alloxazinium moieties attached to the primary rim of α- and β-cyclodextrins at the C-6 positions. In addition, flavinium units were attached to the secondary rim of the β-cyclodextrin macrocycle. The relationship between the structural features and the catalytic performance of the conjugates, including those recently reported by us, was analyzed. The rate and enantioselectivity of the sulfoxidations catalyzed by flavin–cyclodextrin conjugates are influenced mainly by the size of the cyclodextrin cavity, the type of flavin unit (alloxazine or isoalloxazine), and by the relative orientation of the flavin and cyclodextrin moieties. 相似文献

Mesoporous molecular sieve SBA‐15 and conventional silica gel were grafted with 3‐[2‐(diethylamino)ethylamino]propyl groups and used as supports for the preparation of deposited palladium catalysts, which were subsequently evaluated in Stille cross‐coupling reaction of aryl bromides. The highest conversions were achieved with the metal‐saturated catalyst resulting from the modified SBA‐15. New chiral liquid crystalline materials containing a keto group and two lactate units attached to the mesogenic core have been synthesized and studied. All the new compounds show the paraelectric SmA, ferroelectric SmC* and antiferroelectric SmC*A phases each over rather broad temperature ranges. The properties of the phases were characterized by DSC, electro-optical and dielectric studies.
