A readily activated iron alkyl precatalyst effectively catalyzes the highly enantioselective hydroboration of N-alkyl imines. Employing a chiral bis(oxazolinylmethylidene)isoindoline pincer ligand, the asymmetric reduction of various acyclic N-alkyl imines provided the corresponding α-chiral amines in excellent yields and with up to >99 % ee. The applicability of this base metal catalytic system was further demonstrated with the synthesis of the pharmaceuticals Fendiline and Tecalcet.  相似文献

Silicon based deposits were prepared by TEA CO2 pulsed laser ablation (PLA) of SiO and SiO2 targets in the atmosphere of selected gases (N2, He, Ne, Ar, Kr). These deposits possess high specific area of several hundreds m2 per gram. Owing to the high specific area, some chemical groups and hydrogen related radical were detected by means of FTIR and EPR analyses and theoretical calculations: silyl (E′ center) Si, silylen Si:, silanon SiO, POL (peroxy linkage) SiOOSi and/or NBOHC (non-bridging oxygen hole center) SiO, POR (peroxy radical) SiOO and dioxysilirane Si(O)2. In SiO2 deposits the concentration of silyl Si resp. POR SiOO was determined to be 5.8 × 1018/g resp. 6.2 × 1019/g. In SiO deposits the ratio [Si:]:[Si] = (3.1-5.7) × 1019/g: (5.3-9.8) × 1019/g was measured. Estimated concentration of [Si] in deposits was increased nearly five times in comparison with SiO target. After exposure of the SiO deposits to H2 EPR doublet with hyperfine splitting of 7.7 mT was observed. The best agreement between calculated theoretical and experimental values was found for the model [(HO)3SiO]2HSi. FTIR measurements and calculations of the silanol theoretical model clusters enabled us to discuss the chemical surroundings of the silanol and to determine the defects in the deposits.  相似文献

1-Hydrosilatrane, a safe and easy-to-handle reducing reagent that can be inexpensively accessed, has been shown to reduce prochiral ketones asymmetrically in the presence of chiral 1,2-aminoalcohols with ees ranging from 8% to 86%. The best result was achieved using ephedrine as the source of chirality, which is readily commercially available. The additive can be recovered through extraction and reused without any erosion of enantioselectivity.  相似文献

The authors prove that the Lie group G generating a Grassmannizable group 3-web GGW is the group of parameters of the group of similarity transformations of an (r−1)-dimensional affine space . The transitive action of the group G on itself is an r-parameter subgroup B(r) of the group A(r 2+r) of affine transformations z I =a J I x J +b I ,I,J=1,…,r, which is the direct product of the one-dimensional group of homotheties z 1=kx 1 and r−1 one-dimensional groups of affine transformations where all r groups have the same homothety coefficient k. Conversely, the Lie group B(r) described above generates a Grassmannizable group 3-web GGW. The Lie group G is solvable but not nilpotent.   相似文献

Dolník, Electrophoresis 2006, 27, 126-141) through spring 2007. It includes topics related to CE of proteins, such as sample pretreatment, wall coatings, improving separation, various forms of detection, and special electrophoretic techniques including ACE, CIEF, capillary ITP, and CEC. The paper describes applications of CE to analysis of proteins in real-world samples including human body fluids, food and agricultural samples, protein pharmaceuticals and recombinant protein preparations.  相似文献

Modern progress in photopharmocology calls for new generation of compounds joining bioactivity, photoswitchable properties and high selectivity of response to light wavelength. Introduced here, phosphonate–fullerene hybrids are the first representatives of such compounds. Phosphonate–fullerene hybrids were synthesized on a base of fullerene C60 and organophosphates with the function of photoswitchable cholinesterase activity—phosphorylated thiazolotriazole and aminomalonate compounds and studied with FTIR, UV–VIS spectroscopy and IPC-micro neurotoxin amperometric analysis. As a result of spectroscopic and bioactivity characterization, it was not only demonstrated butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibition increase in phosphonate–fullerene hybrids compared with pure phosphonates but also pronounced response of inhibition degree to laser irradiation of hybrids. It was found opposite behavior of hybrids as a result of laser irradiation—BuChE inhibition drop-off for thiazolotriazole–fullerene and pronounced growth for aminomalonate–fullerene. The other remarkable peculiarity of presented phosphonate–fullerene hybrids is high selectivity of inhibition change degree to laser wavelength (266 or 325 nm).  相似文献

Four boron-dipyrrine (BODIPY) based dyes with π-extended substituents in 8-position of dipyrrin ligand have been synthesized and characterized. Photophysical properties of the obtained compounds have been investigated in different individual solvents. Deposits of solvent polarity and viscosity were evaluated. BODIPY with 8-biphenyl substituent was found to be the fluorescent molecular rotor in contrast to more extended substituents. The complex nature of solvent-solute interactions leads to the poor applicability of standard multiparameter approaches to BODIPY solvatochromic properties. Fluorescence intensity was found to increase in case of solvent polarity growth, it is not typical for BODIPY. Taking that into account the BODIPY with π-extended substituents could be used for fluorescence viscosity measurements, and as the fluorescent media polarity indicators in analytical chemistry and biochemistry.  相似文献

The reactions of Lawesson's reagent 1a and its 4-ethoxy homologue 1b with triethyl- and triphenyl(alkoxy)plumbanes 2a,b and -(alkylthio)plumbanes 4a,b were studied.
