Perfluoro oxymethylene vinyl ethers have been formed by a multi-step synthesis. The key intermediates are low molecular weight perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluoroformates CF3O(CF2O)nCOF (I) n=1-6 obtained from the photo-oxidation of perfluoro propene (HFP) in perfluorohexane. Under certain conditions the light-mediated fluorination of PFPE fluoroformates (I) gives PFPE hypofluorites CF3O(CF2O)nCF2OF (II), which can be added to sym dichlorodifluoroethene to form the dichloro adduct CF3O(CF2O)nCF2OCFClCF2Cl (III) which, after dechlorination, gives the desired vinyl ethers CF3O(CF2O)nCF2OCFCF2 (IV). Every reaction step has to be properly controlled as far as the reaction variables are concerned. A mechanistic scheme is presented that is consistent with the observed experimental data.  相似文献

Infection of host cells by SARS-CoV-2 begins with recognition by the virus S (spike) protein of cell surface heparan sulfate (HS), tethering the virus to the extracellular matrix environment, and causing the subunit S1-RBD to undergo a conformational change into the ‘open’ conformation. These two events promote the binding of S1-RBD to the angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor, a preliminary step toward viral-cell membrane fusion. Combining ligand-based NMR spectroscopy with molecular dynamics, oligosaccharide analogues were used to explore the interactions between S1-RBD of SARS CoV-2 and HS, revealing several low-specificity binding modes and previously unidentified potential sites for the binding of extended HS polysaccharide chains. The evidence for multiple binding modes also suggest that highly specific inhibitors will not be optimal against protein S but, rather, diverse HS-based structures, characterized by high affinity and including multi-valent compounds, may be required.  相似文献

The chromane core is widely represented in nature being part of a wide array of secondary metabolites of plant, fungal, and bacterial origin. In this paper an improved method for the chemical synthesis of differently substituted chromanes is described. Substituted 2H-1-benzopyrans have been synthesized in good to excellent yields (52–81%) by treatment of 3,3-dimethylallyl and propenylbenzene ethers of differently substituted phenols with phenylselenyl chloride.  相似文献

The acidity of 5-benzylbarbituric acid and a series of 5-substituted benzylbarbituric acids has been determined in 50% ethanol/water and they were found to be more acidic than barbituric acid. The pKas of these derivatives obey Hammett's equation indicating that their acidity is affected by substituents in the same manner as the benzoic acid ionization constants. Plasma treatments in Radio Frequency Glow Discharges fed with NH3−H2 mixtures have been performed for modifying polyethylene surfaces. Treatment kinetics and the role of species present in the glow have been investigated. Actinometric Optical Emission Spectroscopy has been utilized as a plasma diagnostic technique. Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis has been utilized for studying surface composition of treated substrates, which have been examined both astreated and after derivatization of amine-functionalities with 4-trifluoromethylbenzaldehyde vapors. It has been found that experimental plasma parameters and plasma density of active species can be controlled to achieve selective grafting of-NH2 among all other nitrogen-containing groups.  相似文献

The one-pot reaction between the novel proton transfer compound (pydaH2)2+(phendc)2−, LH2, and Cu(II) afforded the compounds (pydaH)2[Cu(phendc)2]·10H2O, 1, and (pydaH)2[Cu(phendc)(phendcH)]2·5H2O, 2, where pyda=2,6-diaminopyridine, and phendcH2=1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarboxylic acid. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 1 and 2 revealed that these are two novel self-assembled 3D Cu(II) complex-organo-networks, in which (pydaH)+ ions and [Cu(phendc)2]2− or complex units are held together by ion pairing, H-bonding, and π–π interactions. Magnetic measurements over the temperature range 1.8–310 K revealed no significant magnetic coupling between Cu(II) centers in 1 or 2.  相似文献

A very stable chelating resin was prepared by adsorption of (o-[3,6-disulfo-2-hidroxy-1-naphthylazo]-benzenearsonic acid) (thorin) on a macroporous resin Amberlite XAD-7. The optimal conditions for preparing it were obtained through the study of the adsorption properties of the resin and the thermodynamic quantities of the adsorption processes. Likewise, the behavior of the loaded resin with the rare earth elements (REE) were studied (pH of retention, sorption kinetics, etc). The conditions to prepare a thin film with this system were also evaluated. The loaded resin was successfully used for the separation and preconcentration of Sm(III), Eu(III) and Gd(III) prior to their determination by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry. The preconcentration factor obtained was 500 and the concentrations at low detection limit were 13.8, 17 and 15.7 microg l(-1) for Sm, Eu and Gd, respectively.  相似文献

Two species of edible clams Venerupis aurea laeta and Cerastoderma edule glaucum from Ganzirri Lake (Sicily, Italy) were investigated to determine OCP and PCB residues by GC-MS. Thirty-five samples were examined for two years in order to perform: a) their actual contamination; b) the daily dietary exposure of seafood consumers to the pollutants in question. In all the clams analysed in this study, PCB and OCP (4,4′-DDE) residues are always below the limits fixed by law. It seems that there is some seasonality of concentrations observed. In fact the more high concentrations of residues are detected in the hot months, for both species and years. Given the consumption of clams and the values obtained in this study for the two species analysed, it is possible estimate that the average daily dietary intake of NDL-PCB and of 4,4′-DDE for adults is really low.  相似文献

O-Protonated S-(-)-1-phenyl-1-methoxyethane (IS) has been generated in the gas phase by CH3(2)Cl+ methylation of S-(-)-1-phenylethanol (1S). Detailed information on the reorganization dynamics of the intimate ion-dipole pair (IIS), arising from IS by C-O bond dissociation, is inferred from the kinetic study of the intramolecular inversion of configuration of IS vs its dissociation to alpha-methylbenzyl cation (III) and CH(3)OH. The behavior of IIS in the gas phase is compared to that observed in aqueous solutions, where the loss of optical activity of IS is prevented by exchange of the leaving CH3OH with the solvent shell. Hindered inversion of IS in solution is attributed to the operation of attractive interactions between the moving CH3OH moiety and the solvent cage which inhibit internal return in the intimate ion-dipole pair IIS. Similar interactions do not operate in the solvolysis of 18O-labeled 1S in aqueous acids, whose loss of optical activity efficiently competes with exchange of the leaving H2(18)O with the solvent shell.  相似文献
