Tris(iso‐propyl)stibine complexes of palladium and platinum of the type [MX2(SbiPr3)2] [M, X = Pd, Cl (1a), Pd, Br (1b), Pd, I (1c), Pt, Cl (2)] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectral data. The structure of 1a, established by X‐ray structural analysis, revealed that the palladium atom is in a square planar environment with mutually trans SbiPr3 ligands. In the present study, simultaneous adsorption of quinoline and pyridine onto adsorbents such as granular activated carbon (GAC) and bagasse fly ash (BFA) from pyridine–quinoline binary aqueous solution was studied at various temperatures (288–318 K). Gathered equilibrium adsorption data were further analysed using various multicomponent competitive isotherm models such as non-modified and modified competitive Langmuir isotherms, extended-Langmuir isotherm, extended-Freundlich model, Sheindorf–Rebuhn–Sheintuch (SRS) model, and non-modified and modified competitive Redlich–Peterson isotherm model. It was observed that increase in pyridine concentration decreased the total adsorption yield and the individual adsorption yield for both the quinoline and pyridine for both the adsorbents GAC and BFA at all the temperatures studied. Identical trend was observed during the equilibrium uptake of pyridine on to GAC and BFA with an increase in quinoline concentration. The extended-Freundlich model satisfactorily represented the binary adsorption equilibrium data of quinoline and pyridine onto GAC and BFA.  相似文献

A rapid reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic procedure is developed and validated for the simultaneous quantitation of aspirin, salicylic acid, and caffeine extracted from an effervescent tablet. The method uses a Hypersil C18 column (5 micro m, 15 cm x 4.6 mm) for an isocratic elution in a water-methanol-acetic acid mobile phase at a wavelength of 275 nm. The tablets' buffering effects and acid neutralizing capacity require an extraction solvent of methanol-formic acid. The range of linearity for aspirin is 0.5-1.25 mg/mL, caffeine 0.065-0.195 mg/mL, and salicylic acid 0.4-6.0% of aspirin. The overall recovery is 100.2%, 100.7%, and 99.2% for aspirin, caffeine, and salicylic acid, respectively. Under the conditions of the method, aspirin, caffeine, and salicylic acid are adequately resolved with proper peak symmetry in less than 7 min.  相似文献

Summary Cyclopentadienylruthenium(II) dialkyldithiophosphate and diphenyldithiophosphinate complexes, [RuCp(SSPR2)-(PR3)J (R = OEt, OPr-n, OPr-i, OBu-n, Ph; R = Ph or C6H4Me-p; n = 1 or 2) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and n.m.r. Methylpalladium(II) dithiolate complexes of the type [PdMe(SS)(ER3] (SS = S2 CNR2 (R = Me or Et), S2COEt, S2P(OR)2 (R = Et, nPr, iPr), S2PPh2; ER3 = PMePh2, PPh3, AsPh3) have been synthesized by the reaction of [Pd2Me2(μ-Cl)2(PMePh2)2] with sodium/potassium/ammonium salts of the dithio acid or by treatment of [PdMeCl(cod)] with ER3 followed by sodium/potassium/ammonium salts of the dithio ligand. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 31P) data.  相似文献

The reaction of [Pt2X2(-Cl)2(PR3)2] with NaSpy or NaSepy gave complexes of the type [PtX(Epy)(PR3)]n (X=Cl or Ar; E=S or Se; PR3=PEt3, PMe2Ph, PMePh2 or PPh3; n=1 or 2) which were characterized by elemental analysis and by 1H, 31P{1H}, 195Pt{1H} n.m.r. spectroscopy. When X=Cl a dynamic equilibrium between [Pt2Cl2(-Spy)2(PR3)2] and [PtCl(k-S,N-Spy)(PR3)] species exists in CHCl3 solution. The aryl derivatives, X=Ar, exist exclusively as dimers (n=2) with predominantly SN bridging. The [Pt(Spy)2 (PPh3)2] complex, prepared by reacting [PtCl2 (PPh3)2] with NaSpy, dissociates in CHCl3 to [Pt(k-S,N-Spy) (Spy)(PPh3)] and PPh3 at room temperature.  相似文献

In order to fabricate efficient and superior performance liquid crystal (LC) devices, the physical parameters of the LC mesogens can be duly altered by incorporating non-mesogenic materials like quantum dots (QDs), graphene and polymers. In the present work, the effect of adding core/shell QDs in two ferroelectric liquid crystals (FLCs), along with the change in their physical properties, has been investigated. A small concentration of QDs is dispersed into the two FLCs and temperature variations of vital parameters like spontaneous polarisation (Ps), rotational viscosity, response time, relative permittivity and relaxation strength have been measured for both the FLC materials. The contrast ratio, UV–near visible absorbance as well as photoluminescence (PL) of both the mesogens have also been determined and compared. A faster electro-optical response and the induced phenomenon of PL with a temperature-dependent low-frequency relaxation mode have been observed in Felix 17/100 after the addition of QDs. The present study also provides valuable information about the interaction between QDs and the two FLC systems depending upon polarisation–field (P–E) coupling. The same dopant can interact with FLCs in dissimilar fashion if the intrinsic properties of both the FLCs are different thereby producing different modifications in their respective physical parameters.  相似文献

To meet the growing demand for rapid heat dissipation in electronic devices to ensure their reliable performance with a high level of safety, many polymer composites with thermally conductive but electrically insulating 2D boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) are being developed. Here we present an efficient way to enhance the thermal conductivity (TC) of a polymer composite by means of “grafting‐from” polymerization of a poly(caprolactone) (PCL) onto BNNSs. The BNNSs, which were exfoliated from bulk BN by means of ultra‐sonication, were prepared by means of radical oxidation. These oxidized BNNSs (oxi‐BNNSs) were employed as initiators for subsequent ring‐opening polymerization of PCL, which successfully resulted in PCL chemically grafted onto BNNSs (PCL‐g‐BNNSs). The excellent dispersion of PCL‐g‐BNNSs in common solvents allowed us to readily fabricate a polymer composite that contained PCL‐g‐BNNSs embedded in a PCL matrix, and the composite showed TC values that were five and nine times greater in the out‐of‐plane and in‐plane mode, respectively, than those of pristine PCL.  相似文献
