A number of catecholates (complexes 1–3, 6) and o‐amidophenolates (complexes 4, 5) of triphenylantimony(V) was examined in the process of lipid peroxidation of liver homogenates and sperm of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedti B.), and human red blood cells. It was shown that the influence of complexes 1–6 on lipid peroxidation process in model systems depends on the nature of redox‐active ligand and varies from weak anti‐ and pro‐oxidant (catecholates 1, 6) to pronounced antioxidant (catecholates and o‐amidophenolates 2–5). It was found that the complexes 2–5 are the more effective inhibitors of lipid peroxidation than standard antioxidant ionol. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We study the adsorption of flexible polymer macromolecules on a percolation cluster, formed by a regular two-dimensional disordered lattice at critical concentration p(c) of attractive sites. The percolation cluster is characterized by a fractal dimension d(s) (p(c))=91/49. The conformational properties of polymer chains grafted to such a fractal substrate are studied by means of the pruned-enriched Rosenbluth method. We find estimates for the surface crossover exponent governing the scaling of the adsorption energy in the vicinity of transition point, φ(s)(p(c))=0.425±0.009, and for adsorption transition temperature, T(A)(p(c))=2.64±0.02. As expected, the adsorption is diminished when the fractal dimension of the substrate is smaller than that of a plain Euclidean surface. The universal size and shape characteristics of a typical spatial conformation which attains a polymer chain in the adsorbed state are analyzed as well.  相似文献

Dye adsorption plays a crucial role in dye-sensitized solar cells. Herein, we demonstrate an in situ liquid-phase analytical technique to quantify in real time adsorption of dye and coadsorbates on flat and mesoporous TiO(2) films. For the first time, a molar ratio of co-adsorbed Y123 and chenodeoxycholic acid has been measured.  相似文献

The preparation of aminomethyl functionalised silanes based on the α-lithiated amine, (1R,2R)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethylcyclohexane-1,2-diamine [(R,R)-TMCDA] is reported. This methodology can be applied for the synthesis of mono-aminomethyl substituted systems, but most remarkably also for di- and trifunctionalised compounds. The trapping of the lithiated amine is accompanied by transmetallation reactions resulting in the formation of (silylmethyl)silanes depending on the reaction temperature. The zinc(II) halide complexes of the mono-functionalised systems show the formation of exclusively one configuration of the stereogenic nitrogen atom, in which the spatially more demanding substituent exhibits the pseudo-equatorial position. The di- and trifunctionalised systems feature high sensitivity towards Si-C bond cleavage under re-formation of the (R,R)-TMCDA fragment.  相似文献

Trimeric diphenylanthracene macrocycles were synthesized via the zirconocene-mediated coupling of 9,10-bis-[4-trimethylsilyl(ethynyl)phenyl]anthracene. The macrocycles feature a strained architecture due to orientation of the anthracene units into the plane of the macrocycle. The demetalated cyclophane exhibits a considerably higher flexibility in solution, while the zirconocene-containing macrocycle is quite rigid.  相似文献

Thioflavin T (ThT) is a molecular-rotor-type fluorophore reputed for the selective binding to amyloid fibrils. Using induced circular dichroism, here we show that ThT binds in an orderly manner to α-helical poly-L-glutamic acid (PLGA) implying that neither stacked β-sheets nor π-π stacking interactions are necessary for the binding between the dye and proteins.  相似文献

Micro-liquid chromatography (microLC) in conjunction with multistage mass spectrometry (MSn) was introduced to study several major heartsease flavonoid glycosides. High-resolution microLC separation was achieved by using a monolithic poly(p-methylstyrene-co-1,2-bis(p-vinylphenyl)ethane) column under reversed-phase conditions. The MS/MS and MS3 analysis of the flavonoid components of interest provided data about their glycosylation type and position, nature of their aglycones, and the structure/linkage information of their glycan moieties. With our microLC-MSn approach, four flavonol O-glycosides, nine flavone-C-glycosides, and three flavone C,O-glycosides were characterized in heartsease methanol extract. All of these glycoconjugates were found to be the derivatives of six aglycones: apigenin, chrysoeriol, isorhamnetin, kaempferol, luteolin, and quercetin.  相似文献

Herein, we report the preparation of a new unsymmetrical, bis(thiophosphinoyl)‐substituted dilithio methandiide and its application for the synthesis of zirconium‐ and palladium‐carbene complexes. These complexes were found to exhibit remarkably shielded 13C NMR shifts, which are much more highfield‐shifted than those of “normal” carbene complexes. DFT calculations were performed to determine the origin of these observations and to distinguish the electronic structure of these and related carbene complexes compared with the classical Fischer and Schrock‐type complexes. Various methods show that these systems are best described as highly polarized Schrock‐type complexes, in which the metal–carbon bond possesses more electrostatic contributions than in the prototype Schrock systems, or even as “masked” methandiides. As such, geminal dianions represent a kind of “extreme” Schrock‐type ligands favoring the ionic resonance structure M+? CR2? as often used in textbooks to explain the nucleophilic nature of Schrock complexes.  相似文献
