Maximal margin based frameworks have emerged as a powerful tool for supervised learning. The extension of these ideas to the unsupervised case, however, is problematic since the underlying optimization entails a discrete component. In this paper, we first study the computational complexity of maximal hard margin clustering and show that the hard margin clustering problem can be precisely solved in O(n d+2) time where n is the number of the data points and d is the dimensionality of the input data. However, since it is well known that many datasets commonly ‘express’ themselves primarily in far fewer dimensions, our interest is in evaluating if a careful use of dimensionality reduction can lead to practical and effective algorithms. We build upon these observations and propose a new algorithm that gradually increases the number of features used in the separation model in each iteration, and analyze the convergence properties of this scheme. We report on promising numerical experiments based on a ‘truncated’ version of this approach. Our experiments indicate that for a variety of datasets, good solutions equivalent to those from other existing techniques can be obtained in significantly less time.  相似文献

In this paper, a variable-coefficient Benjamin-Bona-Mahony-Burger (BBMB) equation arising as a mathematical model of propagation of small-amplitude long waves in nonlinear dispersive media is investigated. The integrability of such an equation is studied with Painlevé analysis. The Lie symmetry method is performed for the BBMB equation and then similarity reductions and exact solutions are obtained based on the optimal system method. Furthermore different types of solitary, periodic and kink waves can be seen with the change of variable coefficients.  相似文献

Cu-Nanoparticles provide an efficient catalysis for the synthesis of 2-arylbenzoxazoles by the coupling of aromatic or heteroaromatic aldehydes with 2-aminophenol though the oxidative cyclization of the Schiffs’ bases using 10 mol % of the Cu-nanoparticles in the presence of K2CO3 in MeOH. This method avoids the use of metal oxide or organic oxidizing agents, namely, DDQ or strong acids such as polyphosphoric acid or boric acid.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and specific method to quantify pregabalin in human plasma using metaxalone as the internal standard is described. Sample preparation involved simple protein precipitation by using acetronitrile as solvent. The extract was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS–MS). Chromatography was performed isocratically on Thermo Hypurity C18 5 μm analytical column, (50 mm × 4.6 mm i.d.). The assay of pegabalin was linear calibration curve over the range 10.000–10000.000 ng mL−1. The lower limit of quantification was 10.000 ng mL−1 in plasma. The method was successfully applied to the bioequivalence study of pregabalin capsules (150.0 mg) administered as a single oral dose.

The removal of dyes from waste water before their discharge into aquatic ecosystems is of substantial concern. Amongst functional macromolecules, the combination of polymers with dyes is a research field of enormous potential with regard to high-performance materials. The present study investigates interactions strategies between P(AM-co-AA) polymer with pyrazolone azo dyes in water as green solvent. These interactions were confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy, Ultra-visible spectroscopy, EDAX analysis, and FE-SEM analysis. Polymer P(AM-co-AA) has porous structure in which dyes present in the water get absorb hence it is use to remove pyrazolone dyes from water.

Herein, we describe an efficient strategy for the construction of enzyme-metal biohybrid catalyst [Pd(0)-CALB@SiO2] via encapsulation of Candida antarctica lipase B and Pd(0) within silica. Next, the applicability of the newly constructed biohybrid was demonstrated by catalyzing the sequence of Groebke-Blackburn-Bienayme (GBB) multicomponent reaction and Suzuki-Miyaura coupling in a single-pot to produce clinically significant imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives. Interestingly, both entities, i.e., CALB enzyme and Pd(0)-metal of hybrid catalyst, exhibited good catalytic activity during this approach. Further, the generality of this protocol was explored by using differently substituted boronic acid, which gave related products in 49–87 % isolated yield. Next, the synthetic utility was proved by set-up a gram scale reaction which provided the complementary product in 81 % yield. Also, the developed biohybrid was found to be reusable up to five catalytic cycles.  相似文献

The reaction of organo(heterocyclic)tellurium(IV) derivative: C8H8TeI2(1,3-dihydro-2λ4-benzotellurole-2,2-diyl diiodide) with NH4S2CNC5H10 (ammonium piperidine dithiocarbamate) gives C8H8Te(S2CNC5H10)2 (1) and Te(S2CNC5H10)2 (2) or C8H8TeI(S2CNC5H10) (5) according to the reaction conditions. In such type of metathetical reactions, the formation of 2 is unprecedented and it corresponds to the first Te–C cleaved product. The reaction of 2 with CH3I, yields the oxidative addition product, CH3TeI(S2CNC5H10)2 (8). The formation of 2 is also supported through Quantum Chemical calculations. Another Te–C bond cleaved product TeI2[(C13H10N2S)2] · 4C4H8TeI2 (9) is obtained in the reaction of C4H8TeI2 (1,1,2,3,4,5-hexahydro-1,1-diiodotellurophene) with NH4S2CNHC6H5 (ammonium aniline dithiocarbamate). The reaction of 1,1,2,3,4,5,6-heptahydro-1-iodo-1-(morpholine dithiocarbamato) tellurane [C5H10TeI(S2CNC4H8O)] (10) with 1,10-phenanthroline gives an unusual product C12H8N2 · C4H10INO (11). The structures of the new complexes 2, 8, 9, 10 and 11 have been determined by the X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Designing reactions in aqueous media has been one of the major challenges in modern organic synthesis, especially to avoid the use of large amounts of organic solvents whose disposal is a matter of grave concern from an environmental perspective. The oxidation of alcohols and amines is an essential and important step in the synthesis of many valuable products including polymers and pharmaceuticals. In recent times, there has been a surge in the use of water as a solvent in many organic reactions.
