土壤硝态氮反映土壤短期氮素供应水平,实时了解土壤硝态氮的含量为精准农业和农业面源污染防控提供支撑,因此,在线实时检测土壤硝态氮方法突破就显得十分迫切。土壤硝态氮中的硝酸根离子在土壤中的高水溶性和流动性为全固态硝酸根离子选择电极高敏感检测土壤中硝态氮提供了条件,固态硝态氮离子选择电极的离子选择膜反应硝酸根离子在被测溶液中的浓度。采用全固态硝酸根离子选择电极,且与温度电极和pH电极融合组成电极阵列对土壤饱和溶液中的硝态根离子进行检测。设计了高输入阻抗运算放大电路对电极信号进行采集,并通过微处理控制蠕动泵完成土壤硝态氮待测溶液连续流动测量及实时传输结果。实验结果表明,电极响应时间≤15 s,斜率-51.63 mV/decade,线性范围10-5-10-2.2 mol/L,最低检测限10-5.23 mol/L。相对标准差在0.78%-4.47%范围内,加标回收率均在90%-110%以内。与国家标准紫外可见分光光度法测试结果相比,相关系数(R2)为0.9952,为土壤硝态氮在现场检测奠定技术基础。  相似文献

We investigate the spectrum and decay rates of charmonium states within the framework of the non relativistic quark model by employing a Coulomb like potential from the perturbative one gluon exchange and the linear confining potential along with the potential derived from instanton vacuum to account for the hyperfine mass splitting of charmonium states in variational approach. We predict radiative E1, M1, two-photon, lepton and two-gluon decay rates of low lying charmonium states. An overall agreement is obtained with the experimental masses and decay widths.We have estimated the branching ratio of two gluons decaying into light hadrons.  相似文献

A highly sensitive, rapid assay method has been developed and validated for the estimation of omeprazole (OPZ) in human plasma with liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization in the positive-ion mode. The assay procedure involves alkalinization of plasma followed by simple liquid-liquid extraction of OPZ and lansoprazole (internal standard, IS) from human plasma with acetonitrile. Chromatographic separation was achieved with 0.01 M ammonium acetate:acetonitrile (40:60, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min on an Inertsil ODS 3 column with a total run time 2.5 min. The MS/MS ion transitions monitored were 346.1 --> 198.1 for OPZ and 370.1 --> 252.1 for IS. Method validation and clinical sample analysis were performed as per FDA guidelines and the results met the acceptance criteria. The lower limit of quantitation achieved was 0.05 ng/mL and the linearity was observed from 0.05 to 10.0 ng/mL. The intra-day and inter-day precisions were in the ranges 2.09-8.56 and 5.29-8.19%, respectively. This novel method has been applied to a pharmacokinetic study of OPZ in humans.  相似文献

In this communication we describe a new chemical encapsulation and release platform using 3D microfabricated nanoliter scale containers with controlled porosity. The containers can be fabricated of magnetic materials that allow them to be remotely guided using magnetic fields. The favorable attributes of the containers that include a versatile highly parallel fabrication process, precisely engineered porosity, isotropic/anisotropic chemical release profiles, and remote magnetic guiding provide an attractive platform for engineering spatially controlled chemical reactions in microfluidic systems.  相似文献

In numerous applications in microfluidics, cell growth, soft lithography, and molecular imprinting, the surface of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) is modified from a hydrophobic methyl-terminated surface to a hydrophilic hydroxyl-terminated surface. In this study, we investigated molecular structural and orientational changes at the PDMS-air interface in response to three commonly used surface modification processes: exposure to long-wavelength ultraviolet light (UV), exposure to short-wavelength UV that generates ozone (UVO), and exposure to oxygen plasma (OP). The surfaces of two PDMS compositions (10:1 and 4:1 of base polymer/curing agent) were probed during modification, using monolayer-sensitive IR + visible sum frequency generation (SFG) vibrational spectroscopy, with two different polarization combinations. During PDMS surface modification, the peak intensities of CH3 side groups and CH2 cross-link groups decreased, while peak intensities of Si-OH groups increased. There was no significant change in the average orientation of the CH3 groups on the PDMS surface during modification. The concentration of CH3 groups on the surface decreased exponentially with time, for all three UV, UVO, and OP modification processes, with first order kinetics and time constants of approximately 160, 66, and 0.3 min, respectively. At steady state, residual CH3 groups were detected at the PDMS surface for UV and UVO treatments; however, there were negligible CH3 groups detected after OP modification.  相似文献

In an effort to develop novel anti-inflammatory agents, we synthesized phosphorylated derivatives of febuxostat using various phosphates/phosphonites by Michaelis-Arbuzov reaction. Their inhibitory activity on nitric oxide (NO) production, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and cytotoxicity were evaluated using lipopolysaccharide (LPS) activated macrophages RAW264.7 assay, flow-cytometry analysis and MTT method respectively. Some of these compounds showed potent inhibition of NO and ROS production without obvious cytotoxicity. Furthermore, docking simulations were performed to positional compounds 3g, 3h, 3i and 3j into the COX-2 active site to determine the probable binding model. Physicochemical parameters revealed that most of the compounds possessed drug-like properties.  相似文献

A standard HPLC was adapted to polymer supported oligosaccharide synthesis. Solution-based reagents are delivered using a software-controlled solvent delivery system. The reaction progress and completion can be monitored in real time using a standard UV detector. One pot synthesis of three structurally different Ni(II) thiosemicarbazone complexes 1, 2 and 3 were obtained from the reaction between [NiCl(2)(PPh(3))(2)], 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, and [H(2)-(Sal-tsc)]. The obtained products were characterized by various spectral and analytical techniques. From the X-ray crystallographic analysis, an unexpected N-arylation on the coordinated salicylaldehydethiosemicarbazone was found in complex 2. The comparative biological evolutions such as DNA/protein binding, antioxidant, cytotoxicity (MTT, LDH, and NO) and cellular uptake studies have been examined for [Ni(Sal-tsc)(PPh(3))] (1) and [(Ni(Sal-tsc))(2)(μ-dppe)] (3). When comparing the cytotoxicity of the complexes, 1 exhibited higher activity than 2 and 3 and by comparing with standard cis-platin, both of them were found to exhibit better activity under identical conditions.  相似文献

The ternary lead bismuth magnesium borophosphate glass system (LBMBPE) with molar concentrations of (50-x) PbO-xBi2O3-25MgHPO4-24B2O3-1Er2O3 (x=10, 20, 30 and 40) was prepared using Melt quenching technique. The amorphous nature of these glass samples were confirmed with XRD studies, The spectral data from the optical absorption studies was employed to compute the spectroscopic parameters such as Racah coefficients (E1, E2 and E3), spin-orbit coupling (ξ4f), configuration interaction factor (α) and Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters (Ωλ, λ=2, 4 and 6). The IR spectra exhibit the presence of vibrational modes of phosphates, borate radicals, bismuth, lead and magnesium ions. The Judd-Ofelt parameterization indicates the covalency and vibrationonic frequencies of the ligands with rare earth ions. The radiative parameters such as radiative transition probabilities (A), the total radiative transitional probabilities (AT), radiative life times (τR), branching ratios (β) and absorption cross sections (∑) were computed for certain lasing levels. The effect of compositional changes on the optical band gap is also reported. The glass systems thus developed indicate their potential lasing candidature.  相似文献
