A general and efficient methodology has been developed to prepare the C4-substituted dipeptide reverse-turn mimetics unsaturated (9a, 10a) and saturated (11a) azabicyclo[4.3.0] alkane amino acid derivatives. The side chain was introduced by bromination of dehydroamino acid intermediates followed by Suzuki coupling. Hydrogenation of the bicyclic dehydroamino acid 9a afforded saturated bicyclic lactam 11a. This approach can be further explored for the synthesis of a variety of such beta-turn mimetics with aryl and alkyl side chain functionalities. [reaction: see text]  相似文献

An efficient semiclassical approach is developed and used to calculate the coherent-control map and time dependent decoherence measure for the excited-state proton transfer dynamics associated with the keto-enolic tautomerization reaction of 2-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)-oxazole. The method extends the usual bichromatic coherent-control scenario to simulate control at finite times after photoexcitation of the system. Extensive coherent control is demonstrated in a large molecule despite the ultrafast decoherence phenomena, providing results of broad theoretical and experimental interest.  相似文献

We show numerically and experimentally that spatial trapping can be induced in quadratic media even if the pump pulse's duration is shorter than the group-delay mismatch between fundamental wave and second-harmonic components. The influence of phase mismatch and pulse power on the trapping effect is discussed. Spatial, temporal, and spectral behaviors that accompany self-trapped propagation are highlighted.  相似文献

The flow of an ideal fluid in a domain with a permeable boundary may be asymptotically stable. Here the permeability means that the fluid can flow into and out of the domain through some parts of the boundary. This permeability is a principal reason for the asymptotic stability. Indeed, the well-known conservation laws make the asymptotic stability of an inviscid flow impossible, if the usual no flux condition on a rigid wall (or on a free boundary) is employed. We study the stability problem using the direct Lyapunov method in the Arnold's form. We prove the linear and nonlinear Lyapunov stability of a two-dimensional flow through a domain with a permeable boundary under Arnold's conditions. Under certain additional conditions, we amplify the linear result and prove the exponential decay of small disturbances. Here we employ the plan of the proof of the Barbashin-Krasovskiy theorem, established originally only for systems with a finite number of degrees of freedom. [SbF3·H2O·L1], 1, (L1 = 12,13-benz-1,10-di(azamethyl)-4,7-dioxacyclotetradecane-1,14-dione), triclinic, , a = 11.234(2), b = 11.691(2), c = 8.869(2) Å, = 94.66(3), = 113.12(3), = 67.82(3)°, Z = 2. [SbF3Cl·H2O·(HL2)], 2, (L2 = monoaza-18-crown-6), orthorhombic, P212121, a = 8.763(2), b = 13.003(3), a = 16.836(3) Å, Z = 4. [(SbF3)2Cl2·(H2L3)], 3, (L3 = 1,10-diaza-18-crown-6), triclinic, , a = 8.284(2), b = 9.016(2), c = 9.134(2) Å, = 82.92(3), = 65.24(3), = 63.38(3)°, Z = 1. All three structures include SbF3 neutral molecules in the pyramidal mode and the antimony second coordination sphere is completed up to six in different fashions. In 1 the dimeric (SbF3)2 adducts are made up due to the involvement of the symmetry-related fluorine atom in coordination. The distorted octahedron is then completed by water molecule and carbonyl oxygen of L1. The neutral molecules are joined by coordination and hydrogen bonds in the infinite ribbons. 2 and 3 are both comprised of neutral and charged species also bounded via coordination and hydrogen bonds. L2 and L3 in the complexes adopt the form of single and double-charged cations, respectively. The inorganic backbone unites the neutral SbF3 molecules and chloride anions in the alternative mode. The sixth coordination site in the antimony polyhedron is completed by the water molecule in 2 and the ethereal oxygen atom in 3. Alignment of the inorganic entities within the structures of 2 and 3 is strikingly similar. Hydrogen bonding patterns are discussed.  相似文献
