Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was evaluated for the simultaneous determination of five chlorophenols and seven haloanisoles in wines and cork stoppers. Parameters, such as the nature and volume of the extracting and disperser solvents, extraction time, salt addition, centrifugation time and sample volume or mass, affecting the DLLME were carefully optimized to extract and preconcentrate chlorophenols, in the form of their acetylated derivatives, and haloanisoles. In this extraction method, 1mL of acetone (disperser solvent) containing 30μL of carbon tetrachloride (extraction solvent) was rapidly injected by a syringe into 5mL of sample solution containing 200μL of acetic anhydride (derivatizing reagent) and 0.5mL of phosphate buffer solution, thereby forming a cloudy solution. After extraction, phase separation was performed by centrifugation, and a volume of 4μL of the sedimented phase was analyzed by GC-MS. The wine samples were directly used for the DLLME extraction (red wines required a 1:1 dilution with water). For cork samples, the target analytes were first extracted with pentane, the solvent was evaporated and the residue reconstituted with acetone before DLLME. The use of an internal standard (2,4-dibromoanisole) notably improved the repeatability of the procedure. Under the optimized conditions, detection limits ranged from 0.004 to 0.108ngmL(-1) in wine samples (24-220pgg(-1) in corks), depending on the compound and the sample analyzed. The enrichment factors for haloanisoles were in the 380-700-fold range.  相似文献

New bis‐ and tris(iminopyrrole)‐functionalized linear (1,2‐(HNC4H3‐C(H)?N)2‐C6H4 ( 2 ), 1,3‐(HNC4H3‐C(H)?N)2‐C6H4 ( 3 ), 1,4‐(HNC4H3‐C(H)?N)2‐C6H4 ( 4 ), 4,4′‐(HNC4H3‐C(H)?N)2‐(C6H4‐C6H4) ( 5 ), 1,5‐(HNC4H3C‐(H)?N)2‐C10H6 ( 6 ), 2,6‐(HNC4H3C‐(H)?N)2‐C10H6 ( 7 ), 2,6‐(HNC4H3C‐(H)?N)2‐C14H8 ( 8 )) and star‐shaped (1,3,5‐(HNC4H3‐C(H)?N‐1,4‐C6H4)3‐C6H3 ( 9 )) π‐conjugated molecules were synthesized by the condensation reactions of 2‐formylpyrrole ( 1 ) with several aromatic di‐ and triamines. The corresponding linear diboron chelate complexes (Ph2B[1,3‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐phenyl]BPh2 ( 10 ), Ph2B[1,4‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐phenyl]BPh2 ( 11 ), Ph2B[4,4′‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐biphenyl]BPh2 ( 12 ), Ph2B[1,5‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐naphthyl]BPh2 ( 13 ), Ph2B[2,6‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐naphthyl]BPh2 ( 14 ), Ph2B[2,6‐bis(iminopyrrolyl)‐anthracenyl]BPh2 ( 15 )) and the star‐shaped triboron complex ([4′,4′′,4′′′‐tris(iminopyrrolyl)‐1,3,5‐triphenylbenzene](BPh2)3 ( 16 )) were obtained in moderate to good yields, by the treatment of 3 – 9 with B(C6H5)3. The ligand precursors are non‐emissive, whereas most of their boron complexes are highly fluorescent; their emission color depends on the π‐conjugation length. The photophysical properties of the luminescent polyboron compounds were measured, showing good solution fluorescence quantum yields ranging from 0.15 to 0.69. DFT and time‐dependent DFT calculations confirmed that molecules 10 and 16 are blue emitters, because only one of the iminopyrrolyl groups becomes planar in the singlet excited state, whereas the second (and third) keeps the same geometry. Compound 13 , in which planarity is not achieved in any of the groups, is poorly emissive. In the other examples ( 11 , 12 , 14 , and 15 ), the LUMO is stabilized, narrowing the gap between the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO–LUMO), and the two iminopyrrolyl groups become planar, extending the size of the π‐system, to afford green to yellow emissions. Organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) were fabricated by using the new polyboron complexes and their luminance was found to be in the order of 2400 cd m?2, for single layer devices, increasing to 4400 cd m?2 when a hole‐transporting layer is used.  相似文献

A new class of globular polybranched macromolecules that contain multiple anionic metallacarborane clusters at the o‐carborane periphery is reported. The water soluble high boron rich containing molecules could be of interest for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) as well as for drug delivery. The reinforced electrostatic noncovalent interactions between anionic polyethylene glycol cobaltabisdicarbollide (PEG‐COSAN) branches and the ammonium cation have been shown using ESI‐MS.  相似文献

The potential of 1.7 μm ethylene bridged hybrid silica phase was investigated for the separation of twelve imidazolium-based ionic liquid cations. U-shaped retention profile was observed for all solutes with an increase in retention at both low and high acetonitrile content. Chromatographic behaviour of imidazolium cations in both hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) and per aqueous liquid chromatography (PALC) modes was studied by varying key parameters such as buffer concentration and pH, acid additive, organic modifier and column temperature. Experimental data provided some evidences that under PALC conditions cationic solutes are retained predominantly by mixed hydrophobic/ion-exchange interactions. In the HILIC mode, both partitioning and ion-exchange interactions are responsible for the retention of solutes. Compared to PALC, HILIC provided significantly higher efficiencies with less or even no peak tailing, better separation selectivity and greater resistance to overload. In PALC mode gradient elution was required to achieve adequate retentivity of all solutes but selectivity was not sufficient to distinguish between solutes with very similar hydrophobicity. In contrast, under HILIC conditions twelve solutes were almost completely resolved in less than 4 min by using isocratic elution. Summarizing, it could be concluded that ethylene bridged hybrid silica column providing a dual retention mechanism offers the possibility of selecting between the two retention modes with opposite separation selectivity, just by changing the composition of the mobile phase.  相似文献

A miniaturized liquid-phase extraction procedure based on directly suspended droplet microextraction is proposed for determining different classes of polyphenols. A derivatization reaction by means of in injection-port reaction with bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide is carried out to convert the polar non-volatile polyphenols into volatile derivatives. The separation and detection is carried out by coupling gas chromatography with mass spectrometry in the selected ion monitoring mode. The procedure uses undecanone, a low density organic solvent, and several factors influencing the extraction, collection efficiency and derivatization reaction are optimized. Excellent linearity was obtained for the range studied (0.05-500ngmL(-1)). The limits of detection are between 0.011 and 0.13ngmL(-1), depending on the compound, and the limits of quantification between 0.037 and 0.43ngmL(-1). The sensitivity and detection limits for polyphenols using the DSDME sample pretreatment method were very low. Enrichment factors are between 413 and 578. The recoveries obtained for spiked samples are satisfactory for all the compounds. The coupled miniaturized method is applied to the sensitive determination of both cis- and trans-resveratrol isomers, piceatannol, catechin, epicatechin, quercetin and fisetin in herbal infusions, fruits, juices and functional foods.  相似文献

Valuable amino benzo[g,h,i]perylenes have been obtained through a one pot electrophilic aromatic substitution--Scholl reaction sequence. Novel molecular architectures combining 3D-o-carborane and planar amino benzo[g,h,i]perylene units are described. We prove some Picone-type identities and inequalities for a class of first-order nonlinear dynamic systems and derive various weighted inequalities of Wirtinger type and Hardy type on time scales. As applications we study oscillatory and related properties of these systems including Reid's roundabout theorem on disconjugacy, Sturm's separation and comparison theorems, as well as a variational method in the oscillation theory.  相似文献

Biofilms are assemblages of microbial cells, extracellular polymeric substances (EPS), and other components extracted from the environment in which they develop. Within biofilms, the spatial distribution of these components can vary. Here we present a fundamental characterization study to show differences between biofilms formed by Gram-positive methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the yeast-type Candida albicans using synchrotron macro attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) microspectroscopy. We were able to characterise the pathogenic biofilms’ heterogeneous distribution, which is challenging to do using traditional techniques. Multivariate analyses revealed that the polysaccharides area (1200–950 cm−1) accounted for the most significant variance between biofilm samples, and other spectral regions corresponding to amides, lipids, and polysaccharides all contributed to sample variation. In general, this study will advance our understanding of microbial biofilms and serve as a model for future research on how to use synchrotron source ATR-FTIR microspectroscopy to analyse their variations and spatial arrangements.  相似文献
