Four new complexes having general formula [CoL2(acr)2] (L: 1H-pyrazole (Hpz) (1); 3-methyl-1H-pyrazole (3-Me-Hpz) (2); 4-methyl-1H-pyrazole (4-Me-Hpz) (3); 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole (Hdmpz) (4); acr: acrylato ion) were synthesised and characterised. The infrared and UV–vis spectral data indicate that these pyrazole derivatives act as unidentate while acrylato ions act as bidentate chelate ligands generating Co(II) complexes with octahedral stereochemistry. TG experiments revealed the nature of complex species as anhydrous and confirmed those compositions. The biological assays revealed a good activity against Bacillus subtilis for all complexes.  相似文献

The covalent attachment of various organic molecules on conductive supports including indium tin oxide (ITO) using diazonium chemistry has been known for many years. A commonly used method to achieve this is the electrochemical reduction of diazonium compounds leading to radicals, followed by binding of the radicals to the support. In the present report, an alternative method using ultrasound at different frequencies (20, 582, 863, and 1142 kHz) to induce the surface grafting of nitrobenzene diazonium onto an ITO surface is described. It is shown that the grafting on ITO is more efficient in the lower ultrasonic frequency range that is ascribed to changes in the balance between the physical and chemical effects of cavitation with frequency. Both the physical and chemical effects of cavitation play important roles at all frequencies, but at high ultrasound frequencies, the physical effects are relatively small. At 20 kHz, the physical component, including mass transport, is larger than at higher frequencies, and mechanisms based on these observations have been proposed. Ultrasonic grafting has an advantage over electrografting in that it may provide more control over surface coverage, thus it is suggested that the ultrasonic method is used where the surface concentration of the organic layer must be controlled.  相似文献

In this study, the trend of VOCs of dietary fiber samples, coming from three different watermelon cultivars Citrullus lanatus L. (variety Gavina®®, Crimson Sweet, and Asahi Miyako) was investigated. This foodstuff, obtained as a by-product of residual agri-food production, has gained increasing attention because of its many bioactive components and high dietary fiber content. The result is a fibrous material for specific applications in food manufacturing, such as corrector for some functional and technological properties. In this study, a method based on headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) was used to characterize the aromatic profiles of the dried raw materials. Therefore, the VOCs of the samples of the three cultivars were investigated. Experimental results have shown that watermelon fibers generate VOCs, which can be grouped into six common classes of analytes. The different distributions of the identified compounds made it possible to effectively differentiate the three cultivars studied based on their peculiar aroma profiles. In particular, Gavina®® fiber is distinguished by the high content of terpenes, Asahi Miyako by the presence of aldehydes generated as fatty acid metabolites, and Crimson Sweet by the higher content of acetyl esters.  相似文献

The cannabinoid system is independently affected by stress and chronic ethanol exposure. However, the extent to which co-occurrence of traumatic stress and chronic ethanol exposure modulates the cannabinoid system remains unclear. We examined levels of cannabinoid system components, anandamide, 2-arachidonoylglycerol, fatty acid amide hydrolase, and monoacylglycerol lipase after mouse single-prolonged stress (mSPS) or non-mSPS (Control) exposure, with chronic intermittent ethanol (CIE) vapor or without CIE vapor (Air) across several brain regions using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry or immunoblotting. Compared to mSPS-Air mice, anandamide and 2-arachidonoylglycerol levels in the anterior striatum were increased in mSPS-CIE mice. In the dorsal hippocampus, anandamide content was increased in Control-CIE mice compared to Control-Air, mSPS-Air, or mSPS-CIE mice. Finally, amygdalar anandamide content was increased in Control-CIE mice compared to Control-Air, or mSPS-CIE mice, but the anandamide content was decreased in mSPS-CIE compared to mSPS-Air mice. Based on these data we conclude that the effects of combined traumatic stress and chronic ethanol exposure on the cannabinoid system in reward pathway regions are driven by CIE exposure and that traumatic stress affects the cannabinoid components in limbic regions, warranting future investigation of neurotherapeutic treatment to attenuate these effects.  相似文献

According to the 2021 World Drug Report, around 275 million people use drugs of abuse, and 36 million people suffer from addiction, fostering a thriving market for illicit substances. In Italy, 30,083 people were reported to the Judicial Authority for offenses in violation of the Italian Law D.P.R. 309/1990. These offences are sentenced after a qualitative–quantitative analysis of seized materials. Given the large quantity of seized drugs and the need to perform accurate analytical determinations, Italian forensic laboratories struggle to complete analyses in a short time, delaying the entire reporting process needed to achieve sentencing. For this purpose, an UHPLC-MS/MS-based platform was developed at the University of Milano-Bicocca to support law-enforcement authorities. Software was designed to easily manage street seizure acquisition, documentation registration, and sampling. A sensitive UHPLC-MS/MS method was fully validated for the quantification of the traditional illicit substances (cocaine, heroin, 6-MAM, morphine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, ketamine, GHB, GBL, LSD, trans-∆9-THC, and THCA) at the ppb level. The final report is relayed to the Prefecture in 3–4 days, even within 24 h for urgent requests. The platform allows for semi-automatic data handling to minimize erroneous results for an accurate report generation by standardized procedures.  相似文献

The dynamics of overtone-excited pyruvic acid (PA) is studied using a combination of experimental and theoretical methods. It is experimentally observed that high overtone excitation of the OH-stretching mode of PA in the gas phase leads to a unimolecular decarboxylation reaction. An RRKM analysis of the rate is consistent with previous experiments for the thermal reaction but is inconsistent with the present overtone chemistry; from this it is concluded that the overtone-induced reaction is likely to be a direct reaction. Using a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and a cavity ring-down spectrometer, the spectrum for the OH-stretch fundamental and overtone transitions is measured. We assign two conformers of PA in the spectrum, the Tc and Tt, corresponding to distinct orientations of the OH-group. The spectral peaks for the Tc-conformer broaden dramatically at the third and fourth overtones while those of the Tt-conformer remain relatively narrow. Using a three-mode quantum mechanical model for the vibrational states, the line positions and intensities are well reproduced by theory. The line widths, and the associated dynamical interpretation, are provided by a direct dynamics calculation, where the potential is computed "on-the-fly" and all degrees of freedom are included. It is found that the line broadening is due to the onset of H-atom chattering between the two O-atoms, an effect that occurs for the Tc-conformer but not the Tt-conformer. This H-atom-transfer process is the first step of the decarboxylation reaction mechanism, which subsequently involves breaking the C-C bond. The theoretical and experimental line widths agree but do not correspond to the full reaction time which is much longer than the initial chattering step.  相似文献

In the present work, Fe3+ doped TiO2 coatings on glass substrates were prepared by dip-coating from a sol-gel solution. The influence of the dopant concentration on the structure, optical, photocatalytic and photothermal properties of the films was studied. The results obtained have shown a strong correlation between the catalytic properties and the amount of iron dopant and the temperature of the thermal treatment.  相似文献

Alternariol (AOH) and alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) are among the main mycotoxins formed in apples and other fruits infected by Alternaria alternata. For determination of AOH and AME by LC, apple juice and other fruit beverages were cleaned up on C18 and aminopropyl solid-phase extraction columns. Positive and negative ion mass spectra of AOH and AME under electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) conditions were obtained. Collision-induced dissociation of the [M+H]+ and [M-H]- ions for both compounds were also studied. The phenolic anions of both compounds are more stable with less fragmentation. In quantitative analysis, negative ion detection also offers lower background and better sensitivity. Sensitive LC-MS and LC-MS-MS confirmatory procedures based on APCI with negative ion detection were applied to confirm the natural occurrence of AOH in nine samples of apple juice and in single samples of some other clear fruit beverages--grape juice, cranberry nectar, raspberry juice, red wine, and prune nectar (which also contained 1.4 ng AME/ml)--at levels of up to 6 ng AOH/ml. Electrospray LC-MS-MS with negative ion detection and in multiple reaction monitoring mode offers higher sensitivity and specificity. Absolute detection was better than 4 pg per injection for both compounds.  相似文献
