A range of activated indole-2-carboxylate derivatives was prepared via the Hemetsberger indole synthesis. Vilsmeier formylation was explored to establish regioselectivity and to prepare a range of new indole carbaldehydes. The indole aldehydes were reduced to the corresponding hydroxymethylindoles in good yields by the use of sodium borohydride in THF. Symmetrical 4,4′-, 6,6′- and 7,7′-diindolylmethanes were prepared via the acid-catalysed reaction of the corresponding hydroxymethylindoles. Furthermore, the treatment of methyl 4-hydroxymethyl-5,6-dimethoxyindole-2-carboxylate and a range of methyl indole esters with acetic acid led to the formation of unsymmetrical 4,6′- and 4,7′-dindolylmethanes.  相似文献

Efficient and facile synthesis of 7H-benzopyrano[3,2-c]coumarins has been achieved by mild base promoted reaction of 4-chloro-3-formylcoumarin with diversely functionalized resorcinols. All the products were obtained as pure precipitates from the reaction mixture and the structure of the product was confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Sn(IV)Cl4 catalyst provided a rapid and efficient deprotection method for the phenolic THP and MOM ethers and sequel intramolecular Friedel–Crafts alkylation reaction of THP and MOM protected chalcone epoxides under mild conditions. The reaction took 2–3 min to give the products in excellent yield (90–98%) at 0 °C without affecting the other functional groups.  相似文献

A new and efficient protocol is described for the one-pot synthesis of benzimidazoles from a variety of aryl alcohols and 1,2-diaminoarenes. The yields were ranging from moderate to excellent. Moreover, the present method is utilizing alcohols instead of aldehydes and the reactions are carried out under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions, offering an environmentally benign process.  相似文献

Hybrid peptidic oligomers comprising natural and unnatural amino acid residues that can exhibit biomolecular folding and hydrogen‐bonding mimicry have attracted considerable interest in recent years. While a variety of hybrid peptidic helices have been reported in the literature, other secondary structural patterns such as γ‐turns and ribbons have not been well explored so far. The present work reports the design of novel periodic γ‐turns in the oligomers of 1:1 natural‐α/unnatural trans‐β‐norborenene (TNAA) amino acid residues. Through DFT, NMR, and MD studies, it is convincingly shown that, in the mixed conformational pool, the heterogeneous backbone of the hybrid peptides preferentially adopt periodic 8‐membered (pseudo γ‐turn)/7‐membered (inverse γ‐turn) hydrogen bonds in both polar and non‐polar solvent media. It is observed that the stereochemistry and local conformational preference of the β‐amino acid building blocks have a profound influence on accessing the specific secondary fold. These findings may be of significant relevance for the development of molecular scaffolds that facilitate desired positioning of functional side‐chains.  相似文献

A simple and practical method for the synthesis of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles via a crosscoupling reaction of 2-iodo anilines with isothiocyanates is envisaged using nano copper oxide as a recyclable catalyst and Cs2CO3as a base in PEG-400,as a bio-degradable,reusable,inexpensive and nontoxic reaction medium,under ligand-free conditions.The present tandem process underlines environmental acceptability to access a wide range of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Facile, efficient, four-component domino reaction of dialkylphthalates, hydrazine hydrate, indole-3-carboxaldehydes, and malononitrile/ethyl cyanoacetate leads to the formation of 1-(1H-indol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo [1,2-b] phthalazine-5,10-diones in the presence of InCl3 as catalyst in refluxing ethanol for 1 h in good yields. This four-component domino reaction transformation presumably proceeds via sequential addition, dehydration, condensation, and cyclization steps.  相似文献
