An efficient and multicomponent method has been developed for the synthesis of functionalized tricarboxamides at room temperature using CuI nanoparticles as catalyst. This method involved fivecomponent coupling reactions of Meldrum's acid, isocyanides with aromatic aldehydes and amines at room temperature. Atom economy, wide range of products, excellent yields in short time and mild reaction conditions are some of the important features of this protocol. Notably, this catalyst could be recycled and reused for several times without significantly decreasing the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Visual classification of Ventricular Fibrillation (VF) and Ventricular Tachycardia (VT) patterns is a hard task for cardiologists. VT and VF signals are apparently similar in the time domain but their underlying information is totally different. In this paper, an image-based technique is presented which extracts discriminative information from the trajectories of VT and VF signals in the state space. In this way, first, signals are sketched in the state space by the delay time method. Then, the state space is considered as an image and trajectories of VT and VF signals are considered as two different images. The purpose is to design some masks, apply them on the images, and finally classify these masked images by a box counting method. These masks are designed to remove the common information between the two patterns and just discriminative pixels are flagged. After applying the masks, flagged pixels are counted and a threshold is determined through the cross validation phase under the receiver operator curve (ROC) criterion to classify the VT and VF trajectory images. The signals are selected from two different data sets include MIT/BIH and CCU of the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. Our experiments show brilliant results which provide 100% classification rate on the training and testing phases. Even, through the cross validation phase, the results remained the same also, so thep value is determined as less than 0.0001, that experimentally shows no over-fitting is occurred.  相似文献

This study investigates the effect of utilizing variation theory approach (VTA) on students' algebraic achievement and their motivation in learning algebra. The study used quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group research design. It involved 114 Form Two students in four intact classes (two classes were from an urban school, another two classes from a rural school). The first group of students from each school learnt algebra in class which used the VTA, while the second group of students in each school learnt algebra through conventional teaching approach. Two-way analysis of covariance and two-way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used to analyse the data collected. The result of this study indicated that the use of VTA has significant effect on both urban and rural students' algebraic achievement. There were evidences that VTA has significant effect on rural VTA students' overall motivation in its five subscales: attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction and interest but it was not so for urban VTA students' motivation. This study provides further empirical evidence that utilization of variation theory as pedagogical guide can promote the teaching and learning of Form Two Algebra topics in urban and rural secondary school classrooms.  相似文献

In this work, a novel Cu?zeolite A/graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was applied for the determination of rutin. The Cu?zeolite A/graphene composites were prepared using copper doped zeolite A and graphene oxide as the precursor, subsequently reduced by chemical agents. Based on the Cu?zeolite A/graphene modified electrode, the overpotential of the rutin oxidation was lowered by ~300 mV. Also the proposed Cu?zeolite A/graphene modified electrode showed higher electrocatalytic performance than zeolite A/graphene electrode or graphene modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of copper incorporated in the zeolite A modified electrode illustrated the adsorption-controlled reaction at the modified electrode. The behavior of electrocatalytic oxidation of rutin at the modified electrode was investigated. The diffusion coefficient of rutin was equal to 4.2 × 10–7 cm2/s. A linear calibration graph was obtained for rutin over the concentration range of 2.3 × 10–7–2.5 × 10–3 M. The detection limit for rutin was 1.2 × 10–7 M. The RSDs of 10 replicate measurements performed on a single electrode at rutin concentrations between 2.3 × 10–7–2.5 × 10–3 M were between 1.1 and 2.1%. Study of the influence of potentially interfering substances on the peak current of rutin showed that the method was highly selective. The proposed electrode was used for the determination of rutin in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MMIP) was fabricated and used as the sorbent for the MMIP-dispersive solid-phase microextraction of fenitrothion prior its determination by high-performance liquid chromatography equipped with an ultraviolet detector. The MMIP was prepared using functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles as the magnetic supporter. Methacrylic acid, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and fenitrothion were used as the functional monomer, the cross-linker and the template, respectively. The properties of the resultant MMIP were evaluated using X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The sorbent exhibited high selectivity and affinity toward fenitrothion compared to other organophosphate pesticides with the maximum adsorption capacity of 31.5 mg g?1. The effective variables on the extraction were optimized by univariable and MultiSimplex methods. The calibration curve exhibited linearity over the concentration range of 0.3–50.0 μg L?1 with the limit of detection of 0.1 μg L?1. The relative standard deviations at 10.0 μg L?1 level of FNT (n = 5) for intra- and inter-day assays were 1.6 and 3.1%, respectively. The proposed method was successfully used for the determination of trace amounts of FNT in food and water samples.  相似文献

A vortex-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method in combination with UV–Vis spectrophotometry was developed for the simultaneous extraction and determination of iron species. In this method, Fe2+ and Fe3+ were complexed with pyridine-2-amidoxime, neutralized through ion pair formation with sodium dodecyl sulfate, and extracted into the fine droplets of chloroform. After centrifugation, the absorbance of the extracted complexes was recorded in the wavelength range of 360–700 nm. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency such as the pH, the type and volume of the extraction solvent, ligand concentration, and sample volume were optimized. The individual iron species was then determined by means of the orthogonal signal correction–generalized partial least squares method. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curves were linear over the range of 2.0–100 and 3.0–200 µg L?1 with detection limits of 0.4 µg L?1 for Fe2+ and 0.8 µg L?1 for Fe3+, respectively. The relative standard deviations for intra- and inter-day assays (n = 5) were 2.3 and 4.0 for Fe2+ at 50 µg L?1 and 2.7 and 4.3 for Fe3+ at 30 µg L?1, respectively. The enhancement factors of 77 and 69 were achieved for Fe2+ and Fe3+, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of iron species in water samples.  相似文献

An on-line double-sensor turbidimeter for estimating the solids concentration or the mean particle size in a saturated slurry system in the presence of foreign insoluble particles is proposed. The correlation representing the operation of the double-sensor turbidimeter for on-line implementation is also developed. The technique relies on measuring the transmittance of an infrared light beam through the suspension, once in the presence of soluble particles and a second time when the soluble particles have completely dissolved. The device can be easily implemented on a crystallization system for monitoring and control applications. The maximum errors for solids concentration and mean particle size measurements were 13% and 7%, respectively.  相似文献
