Total synthesis and structure confirmation of the annonaceous acetogenins 30(S)-hydroxybullatacin,uvarigrandin a,and 5(R)-uvarigrandin a (narumicin I?)

A synthesis of the bistetrahydrofuran Annonaceous acetogenins 30(S)-hydroxybullatacin, uvarigrandin A, and 5(R)-uvarigrandin A through application of a previously disclosed four-component modular approach is described in which extended core segments are coupled to a C4- or C5-hydroxy butenolide terminus. The butenolide termini segments were prepared from (S)- or (R)-malic acid. Spectral properties of synthetic 30(S)-hydroxybullatacin and uvarigrandin A, as well as their Mosher ester derivatives, were in close agreement to the reported values for the natural substances. The synthetic 5(R)-uvarigrandin A is possibly identical to narumicin I, but subtle differences in the reported NMR spectra prevented an unambiguous assessment of this point.     

Enantioselective Divergent Syntheses of Several Polyhalogenated Plocamium Monoterpenes and Evaluation of Their Selectivity for Solid Tumors

The family of polyhalogenated monoterpenes from Plocamium counts over a hundred known members. Using glyceraldehyde acetonide as a chiral‐pool precursor, an enantioselective and divergent strategy was developed that provides a blueprint for the synthesis of many of the small yet complex acyclic members of this family. The broad applicability of this approach is demonstrated with the short, eight‐step synthesis of four natural products and three analogues. These syntheses are the first of any members of the acyclic polyhalogenated Plocamium monoterpenes and permitted the evaluation of their selectivity against a range of tumor cell lines.     

改性纳米TiO2固相光催化降解废弃聚氯乙烯

用偶联剂改性的纳米TiO2作催化剂，采用包埋法制备了一种新型的可光催化降解的纳米PVC-M-TiO2复合薄膜．在空气中紫外光照的条件下进行了该薄膜的光催化降解实验，并与以末改性的TiO2为催化剂的PVC-Un-TiO3复合薄膜的降解效率进行了比较，利用光照失重、傅立叶红外（FT-IR）光谱和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）等方法对光照前后复合薄膜进行厂分析表征．实验结果表明PVC-M-TiO2复合薄（TiO2质量百分含量为2％）膜在空气中能被有效的降解，连续光照480h后降解效率达到36．9％，明屁高于纯膜及未改性的PVC-Un-TiO2复合膜。     

光学耗散系统的准热力学模型及其在光学双稳性相变问题上的应用

本文以光学耗散系统为范例,论证在满足细致平衡原理的条件下,可以与传统热力学相平行地发展一种“准热力学”模型。然后运用此模型系统而普遍地讨论了光学双稳系统的临界现象与相变。又借助Ginzburg-Landau模型处理了光学双稳性(第二类)临界点附近的涨落与关联。将平衡热力学的Landau相变理论推广到具有双稳性并远离热平衡的耗散系统。     

Minimal sets and varieties

The aim of this paper is twofold. First some machinery is established to reveal the structure of abelian congruences. Then we describe all minimal, locally finite, locally solvable varieties. For locally solvable varieties, this solves problems 9 and 10 of Hobby and McKenzie. We generalize part of this result by proving that all locally finite varieties generated by nilpotent algebras that have a trivial locally strongly solvable subvariety are congruence permutable.

纳米SiO2在钧瓷釉料中的应用及对釉料性质的影响

在钧瓷基础釉中加入过渡金属氧化物可以使钧瓷呈现出丰富多彩的釉色,但同时也会造成严重的流釉现象.在传统钧瓷中,适当的流釉可以给瓷器带来艺术的美感,严重的流釉反而影响钧瓷的艺术效果和产品质量.通过在钧瓷釉料中添加纳米SiO2,并控制其质量比例在2wt;和4wt;,研究纳米SiO2对钧瓷釉料性质的影响.添加纳米SiO2前后的钧瓷釉料的结构和性质通过X-射线衍射仪、扫面电子显微镜和X-射线电子能谱仪进行表征分析.对比发现,纳米SiO2的添加可提高釉的化学稳定性和热稳定性,有效地改善钧瓷制品的流釉现象,并且能够提高釉层的亮度.     

Reflection of Electromagnetic Waves by a Nonuniform Plasma Layer Covering a Metal Surface

Reflection coefficients of electromagnetic waves in a nonuniform plasma layer with electrons, positive ions and negative ions, covering a metal surface are investigated by using the finite-difference-time-domMn method. It is shown that the reflection coemcients are influenced greatly by the density gradient on the layer edge, layer thickness and electron proportion, i.e., the effect of the negative ions. It is also found that low reflection or high attenuation can be reached by properly choosing high electron proportion, thick plasma layer, and smooth density gradient in the low frequency regime, but sharp density gradient in the high frequency regime.     

On Solvable Congruences in Finitely Decidable Varieties

In this paper we establish the (1, 2)- and (2, 1)-transfer principles for finitely decidable locally finite varieties, where a class of structures is finitely decidable if the first order theory of its finite members is recursive. 毛细管离子色谱-串联质谱法测定热纤梭杆菌发酵液中的低相对分子质量有机酸

建立了一种测定热纤梭杆菌发酵液中的低相对分子质量有机酸的毛细管离子色谱-串联质谱方法。探索优化了色谱和质谱的检测条件,在最佳分析条件下同时检测8种有机酸。离子色谱以KOH水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱;用IonSwift MAX-100毛细管柱进行分离;在喷雾电压为3.0 kV、喷雾气压强为2 000 kPa、成源温度为275℃的条件下,选择离子监测(SIM)模式下运行质谱。结果表明,柠檬酸和异柠檬酸两种同分异构体能够得到很好的分离,8种有机酸在一定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差为1.45%~5.99%,相关系数为0.9696~0.9986,平均加标回收率为89.0%~110.0%,8种有机酸的检出限为0.01~0.50 mg/L。该方法进样量少,灵敏度高,重现性好,能够满足实际样品的检测要求,可用于嗜热厌氧菌发酵液中低分子量有机酸的测定。
