1-(2′-Deoxy-2′-fluororibofuranosyl)pyrimidines were synthesized and incorporated into an RNA oligonucleotide to give 5′-r[CfGCf(UfUfCfG)GCfG]-3′ (Cf: short form of C = 2′-deoxy-2′-fluorocytidine; Uf: short form of U = 2′-deoxy-2′-fluorouridine). The oligomer was investigated by means of UV, CD, and NMR spectroscopy to address the question of how F-labels can substitute 13C-labels in the ribose ring. Through-space (NOE) and through-bond (scalar couplings) experiments were performed that make use of the ameliorated chemical-shift dispersion induced by 19F as an alternative heteronucleus. A comparison of the structures of fluorinated vs. unmodified oligomer is given. It turns out that the fluorinated oligonucleotide exists in a 14:3 equilibrium between a hairpin and a duplex conformation, in contrast to the unmodified oligonucleotide which predominantly adopts the hairpin conformation. Furthermore, the fluorinated hairpin structure adopts two distinct conformations that differ in the sugar conformation of the U and C nucleoside units, as detected by the 19F-NMR chemical shifts. The role of the 2′-OH group as stabilizing element in RNA secondary structure is discussed.  相似文献

In order to study absorption line profiles using the stabilized diode laser spectrometer of Laboratoire de Physique Moléculaire et Applications (LPMA), a reliable determination of the emission line shape of different diodes laser is needed. In the near infrared region (1.39 and 1.66 microm) we used Distributed Feed Back diode lasers which operate around room temperature and in the middle infrared (5 and 8 microm) we used lead salt diode lasers cooled in a helium closed cycle cryostat or in a liquid nitrogen dewar. Some results obtained in H2O line profile studies in the 1.39 and 5 microm regions are presented as examples demonstrating how absorption line profile measurements can lead to erroneous values of the spectroscopic parameters when the contribution of the diode laser emission line width is neglected.  相似文献

Development of sustainable bio-based materials for removal of toxic contaminants from water is a high priority goal. Novel bio-based binary and ternary copolymers with enhanced ion-exchange, adsorption and antibacterial properties were obtained by using plant biomass-derived diallyl esters of furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) as crosslinking agents and easily available vinyl monomers. The synthesized copolymer materials showed higher sorption capacities for NiII, CoII and CuII compared to the commercial ion-exchange resins, and they maintained their high metal adsorption capacities for over 10 cycles of regeneration. The synthesized copolymer gels containing 1–5 wt % of the crosslinker showed excellent water absorption capacities. The synthesized copolymers with 1 % crosslinker content showed swelling ratios high enough to also act as moisture absorbents. Synthesized copolymers with crosslinker content of 10 wt % performed as contact-active antibacterials by inhibiting the growth of Gram-positive (S. aureus) and Gram-negative bacteria (E. coli, K. pneumonia) in suspension tests.  相似文献

A series of six new Fe(II)NHC-carboxylic sensitizers with their ancillary ligand decorated with functions of varied electronic properties have been designed with the aim to increase the metal-to- surface charge separation and light harvesting in iron-based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). ARM130 scored the highest efficiency ever reported for an iron-sensitized solar cell (1.83 %) using Mg2+ and NBu4I-based electrolyte and a thick 20 μm TiO2 anode. Computational modelling, transient absorption spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) revealed that the electronic properties induced by the dimethoxyphenyl-substituted NHC ligand of ARM130 led to the best combination of electron injection yield and spectral sensitivity breadth.  相似文献

In this paper we analyze the Cauchy problem for the Einstein equation in the case of a non-characteristic initial hypersurface. To find the correct notions for the characteristic and Cauchy data we introduce a complex, which we call the Einstein complex. Then the Cauchy problem acquires correctness in terms of the associated spectral sequence.
