NMR detection of thermal damage in carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resins

Composite materials of epoxy resins reinforced by carbon fibers are increasingly being used in the construction of aircraft. In these applications, the material may be thermally damaged and weakened by jet blast and accidental fires. The feasibility of using proton NMR relaxation times T1, T1rho, and T2 to detect and quantify the thermal damage is investigated. In conventional spectrometers with homogeneous static magnetic fields, T1rho is readily measured and is found to be well correlated with thermal damage. This suggests that NMR measurements of proton T1rho may be used for non-destructive evaluation of carbon fiber-epoxy composites. Results from T1rho measurements in the inhomogeneous static and RF magnetic fields of an NMR-MOUSE are also discussed.

One-pot synthesis of benzo[e]1,4-oxathiepin-5-ones under solvent-free condition via self-promoted thiolysis of 1,2-epoxides

Under solvent-free conditions, thiosalicylic acid (2) efficiently self-promotes the thiolysis of 1,2-epoxides 1, anti-stereoselectively and generally totally beta-regioselectively. The resulting beta-hydroxysulfide products 3 have been obtained in very good yields. Benzo[e]1,4-oxathiepin-5-ones 4 have been easily prepared in a regio- and diasteroselective manner and in satisfactory yields under SFC by a one-pot protocol including nucleophilic ring opening of 1,2-epoxides 1 by thiosalicylic acid (2) and thermally induced lactonization of beta-hydroxy arylsulfides 3. Solvent-free condition and the absence of any catalyst make this procedure atom-economical and environmentally friendly.     

5-氯水杨醛缩硫脲Schiff碱与锰配合物的合成及其对超氧离子的抑制作用

目前人们普遍认为引起炎症、衰老、癌症、肿瘤的原因之一是生物体内存在过量的超氧阴离子自由基(O-2)[1～2].文献表明Schiff碱类及其过渡金属配合物对O-2具有一定的抑制率[2],特别是含O、N、S的Schiff碱类配合物具有很高的抗癌活性 [3～4],锰也有一定的生物活性.本文合成出了目前未见文献报道的5-氯水杨醛缩硫脲Schiff碱配体及其锰(Ⅱ)配合物,测定了其组成与结构,探讨了对O-2的抑制作用 ,结果表明该种配合物结构稳定,生物活性高,在医学及生物学上可能具有一定的应用前景.     

铝合金Whipple防护结构高速撞击实验研究

为了掌握航天器防护结构受空间碎片高速撞击的损伤破坏模式及其防护性能，采用二级轻气炮发射球形弹丸，对铝合金Whipple防护结构进行高速撞击实验研究。根据实验结果分析了铝合金Whipple防护结构的防护屏和舱壁在不同速度区间的损伤模式特征，以及薄铝板防护屏高速撞击穿孔和舱壁弹坑分布随弹丸直径、弹丸撞击速度变化的规律。通过固定弹丸直径，改变弹丸撞击速度，寻找临界撞击速度的方法获得了铝合金Whipple防护结构在0.5~5.5 km/s撞击速度区间内的撞击极限曲线，并与由Christiansen撞击极限方程得到的撞击极限曲线进行了比较，结果表明，实验最小临界弹丸直径略大于预测值。     

单层5A06铝合金板高速撞击实验研究

采用非火药驱动二级轻气炮发射球形弹丸,对单层5A06铝合金板进行高速撞击实验研究,从而模拟空间碎片对航天器防护结构的高速撞击作用。实验得到了该铝合金板在不同的速度区间的损伤模式。结果表明,弹丸撞击速度一定时,弹坑深度和弹坑直径均与弹丸直径呈线性关系。当撞击速度在4km/s至5km/s时,靶板上的弹坑深度和弹坑直径随撞击速度的增大而减小,在其它速度范围内,弹坑深度和弹坑直径随撞击速度的增大而增大。通过固定弹丸直径,变化撞击速度,寻找临界撞击速度的方法获得了该铝合金板在弹丸撞击速度为1.0km/s至4.2km/s时的撞击极限曲线,并将实验弹坑深度与由Cour-Palais方程得到的预测弹坑深度进行了比较,实验弹坑深度大于预测值。     

木质素磺酸盐表面活性剂的研究和应用进展

论述了木质素磺酸盐结构方面的研究、木质素磺酸盐的分离纯化和化学改性制备表面活性剂的方法、木质素磺酸盐表面活性剂应用取得的进展和研究面临的挑战。最后总结认为:进一步加强木质素磺酸盐结构和性能的基础研究,结合界面化学的最新理论成果和现代分析测试手段,通过改性解决木质素磺酸盐的颜色和活性问题,开发可用于日用领域的新型环保的木质素磺酸盐表面活性剂,是木质素磺酸盐这一绿色资源得到高值化利用的一个重要方向,同时木质素磺酸盐在导电高分子等先进材料制备领域具有重大的研究潜力。     

Selective optical generation of coherent acoustic nanocavity modes

Femtosecond pump-probe experiments on a Ga0.85In0.15As nanocavity enclosed by two Ga(0.85)In(0.15)As/AlAs phonon Bragg mirrors reveal selective generation of terahertz confined acoustic modes and regular folded phonons. Selective generation of the confined modes alone is achievable for laser excitation at certain energies below the mirror absorption edges, corresponding to electronic transitions within the cavity layer only. Calculations based on the photoelastic effect explain the experimental results. Decay times of cavity and regular modes evidence longer decay times and anharmonic effects for the cavity mode.     

Sc(III)-catalyzed enantioselective addition of thiols to α,β-unsaturated ketones in neutral water

This report concerns Lewis acid catalyzed enantioselective sulfa-Michael addition in neutral water by using a very efficient Sc(OTf)(3)/bipyridine 1 catalytic system. It is noteworthy that the protocol presented employs water as a reaction medium and allows us to obtain very high stereoselectivity and satisfactory yields for β-keto sulphides deriving from aliphatic thiols. The recovery and reuse of both the aqueous medium and the catalytic system is also reported.     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源食品中粘杆菌素、多粘菌素B的残留量

建立了动物源食品中粘杆菌素和多粘菌素B残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品用V(10%三氯乙酸水溶液):V(乙腈)=30:70提取,Oasis WCX SPE柱净化,LC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式(ESI+-MRM)检测。分析物在0～250μg/kg的浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数>0.995。方法的定量限为10μg/kg。方法在三个添加水平的平均回收率在71.6%～78.9%之间,相对标准偏差在6.2%～12%之间。方法适用于动物源食品中粘杆菌素和多粘菌素B的定量及确证检测。
