An all-fiber-integrated linear chirped-pulse amplifier system generating microjoule pulse energies is reported. It is seeded by an all-fiber dissipative-soliton laser and incorporates a newly developed fiber stretcher, whose dispersive properties match that of the grating compressor. Pulse durations of 189 fs with energies of 2.2 μJ were achieved after compression. The average power was 9.8 W at the repetition rate of 4.5 MHz.  相似文献

According to the international standard ISO 15472 the energy scale of an XPS instrument, type Physical Electronics Quantum 2000, was calibrated. It is shown, how the procedures of the ISO 15472 were adapted to the hardware and software design of the Quantum 2000. The long time stability of the energy scale calibration of the XPS instrument was investigated. The instrumented was operated with a satisfying energy scale calibration over a period of 8 years. All the time energy differences between certain peaks could be measured with the chosen precision of the energy scale calibration.  相似文献

The dynamics of the photoionization of the two outermost orbitals of C(60) has been studied in the oscillatory regime from threshold to the carbon K edge. We show that geometrical properties of the fullerene electronic hull, such as its diameter and thickness, are contained in the partial photoionization cross sections by examining ratios of partial cross sections as a function of the photon wave number in the Fourier conjugated space. Evaluated in this unconventional manner photoemission data reveal directly the desired spatial information.  相似文献

In this contribution we review our latest achievements of combined experimental and theoretical studies to tailor the properties of optical metamaterials(MMs) at will. We give three examples of metamaterial designs that have been realized by means of electron-beam lithography and whose spectroscopic characteristics have been comprehensively investigated. In every case, our experiments are complemented by rigorous numer ical simulations. Particular emphasis is put on the significance of such tailored effective properties of optical MMs  相似文献

We employ Monte Carlo simulations to study the relaxation properties of the two-dimensional Coulomb glass in disordered semiconductors and the three-dimensional Bose glass in type-II superconductors in the presence of extended linear defects. We investigate the effects of adding non-zero random on-site energies from different distributions on the properties of the correlation-induced Coulomb gap in the density of states (DOS) and on the non-equilibrium aging kinetics highlighted by the density autocorrelation functions. We also probe the sensitivity of the system’s equilibrium and non-equilibrium relaxation properties to instantaneous changes in the density of charge carriers in the Coulomb glass or flux lines in the Bose glass.  相似文献

In this article, we report on a new one‐step synthetic route to obtain multi‐functional silica‐coated hematite particles using a water‐based surfactant‐free technology. The synthesis and properties of uniform silica‐coated hematite particles with adjustable size, morphology, and silica shell thickness are discussed in detail. The developed method allows simultaneous formation of the silica shell around hematite core and incorporation of reactive groups on the surface of core–shell nanoparticles. Vinyl groups are introduced to the silica surface at once by pre‐functionalization of a water‐soluble hyperbranched polyalkoxysiloxanes with active double bonds. The reactivity of these surface‐immobilized vinyl groups is demonstrated by covalent attachment of rhodamine B using a thiol‐en click reaction.  相似文献

We study both theoretically and experimentally typical operation regimes of 40 GHz monolithic mode-locked lasers. The underlying Traveling Wave Equation model reveals quantitative agreement for characteristics of the fundamental mode-locking as pulse width and repetition frequency tuning, as well as qualitative agreement with the experiments for other dynamic regimes. Especially the appearance of stable harmonic mode-locking at 80 GHz has been predicted theoretically and confirmed by measurements. Furthermore, we derive and apply a simplified Delay-Differential-Equation model which guides us to a qualitative analysis of bifurcations responsible for the appearance and the breakup of different mode-locking regimes. Higher harmonics of mode-locking are predicted by this model as well.  相似文献

Summary In a previous paper we obtained upper and lower class type results refining the bounded LIL for sums of iid Hilbert space valued mean zero random variables, whose covariance operators satisfy certain regularity assumptions. We now establish precise convergence rates for the bounded LIL in the non-regular case.
