The new boron-doped nanocrystalline diamond microelectrode arrays (BNCD-MEAs) with 16 channels were designed to detect biological signals from some activated cancer cells. Upon recordings of the released H2O2 from cancer cells stimulated by ascorbic acid (AA), it can readily detect the reactive oxygen species (ROS) released from target cells, which will be helpful for the cancer cell recognition and also beneficial for further studying the cause of relevant disease.  相似文献

We report an efficient and consistent method for the solution of Schrödinger wave equation using the Green's function technique and its successful application to the nonrelativistic radial wave equation of hydrogen atom. For the radial wave equation, the Green's function is worked out analytically by means of Laplace transform method and the wave function is proposed under the boundary conditions. Computationally the product of potential term, the proposed wave function and the Green's function are integrated iteratively to get the nonrelativistic radial wave function. The resultant wave after each iteration is normalized and plotted against the standard nonrelativistic radial wave function. The solution converges to the standard wave with the increasing number of iterations. Results are verified for the first 15 states of hydrogen atom. The method adopted here can be extended to many‐body problem and hope that it can enhance our knowledge about complex systems.  相似文献

High-spin states in 161Lu and 162Lu have been investigated using the GASP γ-ray spectrometer array. Excited states in these nuclei have been populated through the 100Mo(65Cu, xn) reaction at a beam energy of 260 MeV. Four presumably triaxial superdeformed bands, three in 162Lu and one in 161Lu, have been observed. This is the first evidence for triaxial superdeformation in the two isotopes. The quadrupole interaction of high-spin isomers in 193Pb implanted into solid Hg cooled at a temperature T = 170 K has been investigated by the time-differential perturbed -ray angular-distribution method. Spectroscopic quadrupole moment values of eb and 0.45(4) eb have been deduced for the 21/2- and 33/2 + three-neutron states, respectively. To study basic properties of the fusion reaction dynamics for heavy compound systems the partial-wave distribution can be employed as an alternative to the classically used fusion/fission excitation functions. High-spin states in the 97Tc nucleus have been studied by in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy with the reaction 82Se(19F,4nγ) at 68 MeV incident energy. Excited states have been observed up to about 8 MeV excitation and spin 43/2. The observed level scheme is compared with results of shell model calculations. Gamma ray transitions de-exciting states in the N = Z nucleus 70Br have been identified for the first time using the GASP and EUROBALL arrays coupled with ancillary detectors. The level scheme of 70Br has been established by means of particle-gated γ-γ and γ-γ-γ coincidences. The Coulomb energy differences between isobaric analogue states in 70Br and 70Se show a deviation from the expected behaviour which could be related to dripline effects. In the current study simultaneous reactions of hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) and reforming of methanol in a micro-autoclave reactor were studied over bi-metallic(Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Ni-Mo/Al2O3) and tri-metallic(Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3) catalyst systems which were prepared by incipient impregnation method.In situ hydrogen utilization and low Pd loadings were the major targets of this study.For comparison purpose,catalytic activity was separately determined for both the methanol reforming and HDS of DBT reactions as well.Ni based catalysts were confirmed with better activity than Co ones for both the reactions with Pd promoted ones ranking at the top i.e.Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 > Co-Mo/Al2O3 where Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 showed 91% DBT conversion at 380 ℃ and 12 h reaction time.Some of the selected organic additives on catalytic activity were tested for their effect toward HDS reaction which was unique with close relation to their chemical nature.Reaction products were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed via HPLC and GC-MS techniques respectively which helped in elucidating reaction mechanism.  相似文献

Stereoselective synthesis of (1S,3R,5R,7S)-(+)-sordidin, the natural male-produced aggregation pheromone of the banana weevil Cosmopolites sordidus (Germar) starting from 5-benzyloxy-(2E)-pentene-1-ol is described. The effect of thermal quenching on physical properties of morphotropic phase boundary BiFeO3-0.35PbTiO3 composition, composed of Pnma, R3c and P4mm phases, has been investigated in detail. We detected and quantified role of quenching through investigation of magnetic, dielectric and ferroelectric anomalies. Quenching significantly i) enhances the tetragonal phase percentage (hence affects domain structure), ii) reduces domain wall clamping with a large increase in electrical polarization, iii) increases magnetization at the structural phase transition temperature (tunable magneto-electric coupling), iv) magnifies intrinsic property i.e. intra grain relaxation dynamics (which are otherwise suppressed due to the pinning of the defect dipoles), etc. All these findings clearly verify the role of quenching which noticeably enhances multiferroic properties at the well-known morphotropic phase boundary.  相似文献
