[TpPh,MeNi(Cl)PzPh,MeH] (1) has been synthesized by the reaction of hydrotris(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazol-1-yl) borate [TpPh,Me], NiCl2 · 6H2O and 3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazole [PzPh,MeH]. The reaction of 1 with variously substituted sodium p–X–benzoates resulted in the formation of complexes of the type [TpPh,MeNi(p–X–OBz)PzPh,MeH] (X = H for 2, F for 3, Cl for 4, NO2 for 5, Me for 6, OMe for 7, OH for 8, CHO for 9 and CN for 10). Single crystal X-ray studies suggest that all these complexes have a five-coordinate metal center and the benzoate groups
are monodentate in a square pyramidal geometry. The X-ray studies also reveal that the uncoordinated oxygen atom of the benzoate
forms intramolecular hydrogen-bonds with the NH group of the coordinated pyrazole. The substituents present on the benzoate
ring are involved in different types of intermolecular interactions and the complexes exhibit different crystal packing. Complexes
2–10 were tested for superoxide dismutase activity.

A rapid, sensitive, and reproducible pre-column derivatisation procedure has been established for the simultaneous determination of 20 amino acids by high-performance liquid chromatography using fluorescence detection. The amino acids were derivatized using o-phthalaldehyde and 9-fluorenylmethyl-chloroformate reagents. The optimal conditions for simultaneous separation and detection of both primary and secondary amino acids were investigated. The developed method has several advantages, namely automated pre-column derivatization, short analysis time with optimal separation, a simple and economical mobile phase, high level of precision for peak area and retention time, and higher sensitivity with more reliability of peak identification. The biological media development is the key parameter for macromolecule drug discovery. Biological media amino acids in three consecutive discovery batches were determined and the results showed a good agreement with hypothetical value. The method appears suitable for application to measure biological media amino acids at various stages of macromolecule drug discovery. 相似文献

The structure activity relationship between the C??-C?? methylene double bond on the aglycone of steviol glycosides and the corresponding impact on their sweet taste has been reported here for the first time. It has been observed that converting stevioside and rebaudioside A to their corresponding ketones by switching the doubly bonded methylene on C-17 for a ketone group actually removes the sweet taste properties of these molecules completely. Regenerating the original molecules tends to restore the sweet taste of both the steviol glycosides. Thus this C??-C?? methylene double bond in rebaudioside A and stevioside can be regarded as a pharmacophore essential for the sweetness property of these molecules. 相似文献

Let D be a directed graph of order n. An anti-directed (hamiltonian) cycle H in D is a (hamiltonian) cycle in the graph underlying D such that no pair of consecutive arcs in H form a directed path in D. In this paper we give sufficient conditions for the existence of anti-directed hamiltonian cycles. Specifically, we prove that a directed graph D of even order n with minimum indegree and outdegree greater than ${\frac{1}{2}n + 7\sqrt{n}/3}$ contains an anti-directed hamiltonian cycle. In addition, we show that D contains anti-directed cycles of all possible (even) lengths when n is sufficiently large and has minimum in- and out-degree at least ${(1/2+ \epsilon)n}$ for any ${\epsilon > 0}$ . 相似文献

A high-throughput and sensitive bioanalytical method using liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC/ESI-MS/MS) has been developed for the estimation of sibutramine and its two metabolites (M1 and M2). The extraction of sibutramine, its metabolites and imipramine (internal standard (IS)) from the plasma involved treatment with phosphoric acid followed by solid-phase extraction (SPE) using a hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced HLB cartridge. The SPE eluate without drying and reconstitution was analyzed by LC/MS/MS, equipped with a with turbo ion spray (TIS) source, operating in the positive and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) acquisition mode. Sample preparation by this method yielded extremely clean extracts with quantitative and consistent mean recoveries; 95.12% for sibutramine, 92.74% for M1, 95.97% for M2 and 96.60% for the IS. The total chromatographic run time was 3.0 min with retention times of 2.51, 2.13, 2.09 min for sibutramine, M1, M2 and imipramine, respectively. The developed method was validated in human plasma matrix, with a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL (coefficient of variance (CV), 2.07%) for sibutramine, 0.1 ng/mL (CV, 3.59%) for M1 and 0.2 ng/mL (CV, 4.93%) for M2. Validation of the method for its accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effect and stability was carried out especially with regard to real subject sample analysis. The response was linear over the dynamic range 0.1 to 8.0 ng/mL for sibutramine and M1, and 0.2 to 16.0 ng/mL for M2 with correlation coefficients of r > or = 0.9959 (sibutramine), 0.9935 (M1) and 0.9943 (M2). The method was successfully applied for bioequivalence studies in 40 human subjects with 15 mg capsule formulations. 相似文献

These receptors bind anions through hydrogen bonds utilizing two imidazolium (C-H)(+) and inwardly directed methylene hydrogens of both acetyl groups. The recently proposed fermion-bag approach is a powerful technique to solve some four-fermion lattice field theories. Because of the existence of a duality between strong and weak couplings, the approach leads to efficient Monte Carlo algorithms in both these limits. The new method allows us for the first time to accurately compute quantities close to the quantum critical point in the three dimensional lattice Thirring model with massless fermions on large lattices. The critical exponents at the quantum critical point are found to be ν=0.85(1), η=0.65(1), and η(ψ)=0.37(1). 相似文献

CuCl/bpy-promoted halogen atom transfer radical cyclization of 2-allylaryl trichloroacetates in refluxing benzene gave benzannulated chloroarenes and benzannulated symmetrical biaryls along with reductive dehalogenation products. The unusual decarboxylative benzannulation and biaryl formation might be explained by a further intramolecular radical addition on the benzene ring of the eight-membered lactone intermediate, initially formed through 8-endo-trig halogen atom transfer radical cyclization, followed by decarboxylation, radical dimerization and dehydrochlorination reactions. 相似文献
