An efficient preparation of pure ethyl Z- and E-alpha,alpha-difluoro-4-phenyl-3-butenoate 1a and 1b together with the corresponding acids 2a and 2b is described. The procedures involve stereocontrolled additions of *CF2CO2Et to phenylacetylene or beta-bromostyrene. Compound 1a is easily obtained by addition of *CF2CO2Et to phenylacetylene via a mechanism where the stereochemistry is controlled by an electron-transfer process to produce predominantly the Z vinyl anion. The product 1b is obtained by *CF2CO2Et addition-elimination to Z- or E-beta-bromostyrenes via a mechanism where the stereochemistry is controlled by steric factors in the conformational equilibration of the intermediates. 相似文献

Metabolomics has entered the well‐established omic sciences as it is an indispensable information resource to achieve a global picture of biological systems. The aim of the present study was to estimate the influence of blood removal from mice liver as part of sample preparation for metabolomic and proteomic studies. For this purpose, perfused mice liver tissue (i.e. with blood removed) and unperfused mice liver tissue (i.e. containing blood) were compared by two‐dimensional gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry (GC × GC‐TOFMS) for the metabolomic part, and by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) for the proteomic part. Our data showed significant differences between the unperfused and perfused liver tissue samples. Furthermore, we also observed an overlap of blood and tissue metabolite profiles in our data, suggesting that the perfusion of liver tissue prior to analysis is beneficial for an accurate metabolic profile of this organ. signal responded linearly to the concentration of cobalt(II) in the 1.0 × 10−9–3.0 × 10−7 g mL−1 range with a detection limit of 4.4 × 10−10 g mL−1 cobalt(II). Polylactide (PLA) is a potential candidate for the partial replacement of petrochemical polymers because it is biodegradable and produced from annually renewable resources. Characterized by its high tensile strength, unfortunately the brittleness and rigidity limit its applicability. For a great number of applications such as packaging, fibers, films, etc., it is of high interest to formulate new PLA grades with improved flexibility and better impact properties.In order to develop PLA-based biodegradable packaging, the physico-mechanical properties of commercially available PLA should be modified using biodegradable plasticizers. To this end, PLA was melt-mixed with blends of tributyl citrate and more thermally stable low molecular weight block copolymers based on poly(d,l-lactide) and poly(ethylene glycol) of different molecular weights and topologies. The copolymers have been synthesized using a potassium based catalyst which is expected to be non toxic and were characterized by utilization of TGA, GPC and NMR techniques.The effect of the addition of up to 25 wt% plasticizer on the thermo-mechanical properties of PLA was investigated and the results were correlated with particular attention to the relationship between properties and applications.To confirm the safety of the catalyst used for the preparation of the copolymers, in vitro cytotoxicity tests have been carried out using MTS assay and the results show their biocompatibility in the presence of the fibroblast cells.Compost biodegradation experiments carried out using neat and plasticized PLA have shown that the presence of plasticizers accelerates the degradation of the PLA matrix. 相似文献

Large amounts of stable β-anhydrite II (AII), a specific type of dehydrated gypsum and a by-product of lactic acid production process, can be melt-blended with bio-sourced and biodegradable polylactide (PLA) to produce economically interesting novel composites with high tensile strength and thermal stability.To enhance their toughness, while preserving an optimal stiffness, selected low molecular weight plasticizers (bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate and glyceryl triacetate) and polymeric adipates with different molecular weights have been mixed with a specific PLA (l/d isomer ratio of 96/4) and 40 wt% of AII using an internal kneader. Addition of up to 10 wt% plasticizer into these highly filled compositions can trigger a fourfold increase of the impact strength with respect to the compositions without any modifier, cold crystallization properties and a significant decrease of their glass transition temperature. Moreover, these ternary compositions (PLA-AII-plasticizer) are clearly characterized by easier processing, notable thermo-mechanical performances and good filler dispersion. A simple and reliable protocol for the synthesis of TADDOL-derived monodentate ligands is reported.
