Template-induced synthetic routes for azacalix[n](2,6)pyridines (n = 3, 4) have been elaborated. The proton and nickel ion served as the efficient template for the cyclization reactions, and the presence of the templates preferentially afforded the cyclic trimers and tetramers in moderate to good yields, respectively. Total synthesis of the proposed structure of yuremamine has been achieved for the first time based on the intermolecular [3+2]‐cycloaddition reaction of the platinum‐containing azomethine ylide. All the possible diastereomers of yuremamine were also synthesized via the common intermediate. The living radical photocopolymerization of 2-(N,N-diethyldithiocarbamyl)ethyl methacrylate (DCEM) as inimer and stearyl methacrylate (STM) as comonomer was carried out under UV irradiation. According to this method, we synthesized hyperbranched polymers (HP) consisting of a STM sequence having a long alkyl side chain. The gel permeation chromatography distribution of hyperbranched polymers had a unimodal pattern. The reactivity ratios (r(1)=0.79 and r(2)=0.81) were estimated by the Kelen-Tüd?s method (DCEM: [M](1) and STM: [M](2)). These values indicated that the two monomers showed almost equal reactivity toward propagating radical species. The radius of gyration (R(g)) and the hydrodynamic radius (R(h)) of copolymers were determined by static and dynamic light scattering (SLS and DLS), and the values of R(g)/R(h) changed from 0.79 to 1.59 with an increment of the feed amount of STM. These results indicated that the copolymer structures changed from hard spheres to loose branched molecules in solution. 相似文献

By use of electrostatic interactions of dye molecules and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA), the spin-coating technique has been successfully applied to the preparation of stable J-aggregate thin films of thiacarbocyanine dyes on a polycarbonate or quartz plate. The J-aggregate thin films were prepared by the spin-coating of PDDA aqueous solution on dye thin films prepared on a substrate by the spin-coating of 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propanol solution of dyes. Photophysical properties of the dye thin films and J-aggregate thin films were studied by measuring the fluorescence spectra, quantum yields, and lifetimes. Coherent size of the J-aggregates was estimated to be 3-12 by means of the absorption bandwidth (full width at half maximum) or radiative lifetime. Photostability of the J-aggregate thin films was also studied in terms of photodegradation efficiency under argon and oxygen in comparison with the dye thin films, and J-aggregate thin films were found to be more stable than the corresponding dye thin films. 相似文献

The pH dependence of the structures of {Mo(154-x)} mixed-valence oxomolybdate giant clusters were investigated by synchrotron X-ray diffraction of systematically prepared crystals containing [Mo138O410(OH)20(OH2)46](40-) (1), [Mo138O410(OH)20(OH2)38](40-) (2), [Mo138O406(OH)16(OH2)46](28-) (3), [Mo142O400(OH)52(OH2)38](28-) (4), [Mo142O432(OH2)58](40-) (5), [Mo148O436(OH)15(OH2)56](27-) (6), [Mo150O451(OH)5(OH2)61](35-) (7), and both [Mo150O442.5(OH)11.5(OH2)64](24.5-) and [Mo152O446(OH)20(OH2)54](28-) (8). Crystals 1, 4, and 5 contain discrete clusters while intercluster Mo-O-Mo bonds connect the clusters into chains in crystal 7, into two-dimensional networks in crystals 2 and 3, and into a three-dimensional framework structure in crystal 6. Crystal 8 contains both discrete and linearly catenated clusters: discrete {Mo150} are located between the chains of {Mo152}. Direct correlation was observed between the nuclearity of the clusters with the pH of the mother liquor. On the other hand, the geometries of extended structures do not show apparent correlation with the pH. They turned out to be governed by the tectonics of the component clusters. The pH of the mother liquor exerts influence on the extended structure through the structures of the constituent clusters. 相似文献

Two stable and optically active iridium-salen complexes were synthesized by introducing a tolyl or phenyl ligand at the apical position, respectively, via the S(E)Ar mechanism, and they were found to be efficient catalysts for cis-selective asymmetric cyclopropanation. The scope of the cyclopropanation was wide, and the reactions of not only conjugated mono-, di-, and trisubstituted olefins but also nonconjugated terminal olefins proceeded with high enantio- and cis-selectivity, even in the presence of a functional group such as an ether or ester. The utility of this cyclopropanation was demonstrated by a short step synthesis of 8-[(1R,2S)-2-hexylcyclopropyl]octanoate, isolated from Escherichia coli B-ATCC 11303, using the reaction as the key step. 相似文献

We report the formation of icosahedral B(12)H(8) (+) through ion-molecule reactions of the decaborane ion [B(10)H(x)(+) (x=6-14)] with diborane (B(2)H(6)) molecules in an external quadrupole static attraction ion trap. The hydrogen content n of B(12)H(n)(+) is determined by the analysis of the mass spectrum. The result reveals that B(12)H(8)(+) is the main product. Ab initio calculations indicate that B(12)H(8)(+) preferentially forms an icosahedral structure rather than a quasiplanar structure. The energies of the formation reactions of B(12)H(14)(+) and B(12)H(12)(+) between B(10)H(x)(+) (x=6,8) ions, which are considered to be involved in the formation of B(12)H(n)(+), and a B(2)H(6) molecule are calculated. The calculations of the detachment pathway of H(2) molecules and H atoms from the product ions, B(12)H(14)(+) and B(12)H(12) (+), indicate that the intermediate state has a relatively low energy, enabling the detachment reaction to proceed owing to the sufficient reaction energy. This autodetachment of H(2) accounts for the experimental result that B(12)H(8)(+) is the most abundant product, even though it does not have the lowest energy among B(12)H(n)(+). 相似文献

The cyclization reaction of diarylethenes having an azulene ring occurs only via higher excited states. Novel diarylethenes having an azulene ring with a strong donor or acceptor were synthesized and examined in these reactions. A derivative having an electron-donating 1,3-benzodithiol-2-ylidenemethyl group at the 1-position of the azulene ring showed photochromism, whereas neither a derivative having a π-conjugated electron-donating group at the 3-position of the azulene ring nor derivatives having a π-conjugated electron-withdrawing group at the 1- or 3-position of the azulene ring showed any photochromism. The photoreactivities of these compounds were explained by calculating forces and bond orders on the excited states using density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent (TD)-DFT. 相似文献
