The chromatographic behavior of 8 lanostanoid triterpenes including 4 pairs of C-3 epimers and 2 pairs of C-3/C-15 positional isomers was studied by reversed phase HPLC. A consistent elution sequence of these paired isomers in all combination of three distinct solvent systems was observed. The mobile phase selectivity to separate specific, paired isomers was mainly dependent on the polarity difference contributed by C-3/C-15 hydroxyl and acetoxyl groups. The stereochemistry at C-3 played more profound role in guiding the hydrophobic interaction with C18 stationary phase in the separation of C-3/C-15 positional isomers.  相似文献

A silicon nitride (SiNx) membrane diffractive optical element (DOE) designed to exhibit beam-splitting and focusing behavior at visible wavelengths has been fabricated and tested. Since the fabrication process is based on silicon micromachining technology, the DOE is easily integrated with a laser diode chip and a photodiode chip on a silicon substrate to function as the hologram-laser-photodiode unit for use in the pickup head of a CD or DVD system. The SiNx film is deposited with low-pressure chemical-vapor deposition and the free-standing membrane is formed by KOH etching. The transmissive DOE showed a high diffraction efficiency (>20% for a binary-phase-level element). The experimental evaluation was in good agreement with the designed and modeled predictions.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die periodische laminare Strömung einer zähen inkompressiblen Flüssigkeit in der Eintrittspartie eines zylindrischen Rohres wird auf Grund der linearisierten Gleichungen vonNavier undStokes berechnet. Es wird dabei angenommen, dass im Eintrittsquerschnitt in jedem Zeitpunkt eine über den Querschnitt konstante Geschwindigkeit herrsche, die jedoch eine Funktion der Zeit ist. Formeln für den Druckgradienten und die Geschwindigkeitskomponenten in Richtung längs der Rohrachse werden erhalten. Ebenso wird die Einlaufstrecke berechnet.

A unified approach to interacting vacuum excitations and quark confinement is formulated in quantum field theories with symmetry breakdown. Vacuum excitations are shown to be coherent clouds of Goldstone bosons or gauge bosons and are interpreted as new asymptotic extended particle states. They correspond to all dynamically possible space-time dependent Bose condensations of the Goldstone bosons in a given theory. Different configurations of vacuum excitations are connected to one another by a family of invariant boson transformations. As an example, the Nambu theory of interacting vortex strings is derived from a Nambu-Heisenberg quark-gluon field theory. The quarks can be completely confined to the strings while the gluons cluster in quantized magnetic flux bundles of penetration width mv?1 and provide a short range interaction force.  相似文献

New polyethers ( P2 , P4 ) with isolated emitting distyrylbenzene derivatives and pendant aromatic 1,3,4‐oxadiazole chromophores have been prepared by the Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons olefination reaction. Polyethers P1 and P3 without oxadiazole groups have also been synthesized for comparison. The reduced viscosities were about 0.20–0.33 dL/g, and the solubility in organic solvents increased with a number of side methoxy or ethoxy substituents in the distyrylbenzene section. Absorption spectra showed two peaks at 371–388 and 304 nm that corresponded to the π‐π* transition of the conjugated distyrylbenzene derivatives and aromatic oxadiazoles, respectively. The band gaps were at 2.76–2.85 eV, which were calculated from onset absorption in the film state. The photoluminescence (PL) maxima were at 459–469 nm, indicating that they are blue‐emitting materials, and the relative PL quantum efficiencies were 0.62–0.77 and 0.23–0.40 in solution and the film state, respectively. Cyclic voltammetric investigations demonstrated that oxadiazole moieties decrease the barrier of electron injection but also retard hole injection. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Summary: A series of methacrylate copolymers containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) was synthesized from the free radical copolymerization of methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, and isobutyl propylmethacryl polyhedral oligosilsesquioxanes, and then were modified with glycidyl methacrylate to serve as negative‐type photoresists. The UV/Vis spectroscopy reveals that the incorporation of POSS moiety into the copolymer results in a slight decrease in transparency from 99 to 92.5% (at wavelength = 365 nm). The photosensitivity in terms of resist sensitivity (D), contrast (γ), and photopolymerization rate are significantly increased with increase in the POSS content. In addition, the induction time is reduced from 0.520 to 0.515 min after incorporating the POSS unit based on photo‐DSC analyses. These observed results can be rationalized as due to hydrogen bonding interactions between siloxane and hydroxyl groups in copolymers which tend to attract the methacrylate double bonds surrounding POSS units to crosslink, thereby enhancing the photopolymerization rate and sensitivity. We further evaluate the lithographic property of a photoresist under a collimated exposure.

In this study, we used click chemistry to synthesize new linear polypeptide‐g‐pyrene polymers from a mono‐azido‐functionalized pyrene derivative (N3‐Py) and several poly(γ‐propargyl‐l ‐glutamate) (PPLG) oligomers. Incorporating the pyrene units as side chains enhanced the α‐helical conformations of these PPLG oligomers in the solid state, as determined using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy; it also increased the temperature stability of the α‐helical secondary structures of the grafted PPLG oligomers, relative to those of the pure PPLG species, as revealed through temperature‐dependent FTIR spectroscopic analyses. In addition, the thermal properties of the PPLG‐g‐Py polypeptides (e.g., glass transition temperatures increased by ca. 100 °C) were superior to those of pure PPLG oligomers. Mixing the PPLG‐g‐Py oligomers with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) in dimethylformamide led to the formation of highly dispersible PPLG‐g‐Py/MWCNT organic/inorganic hybrid complex materials. Fluorescence emission spectra revealed significant π–π stacking between the PPLG‐g‐Py oligomers and the MWCNTs in these complexes. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. A simple, rapid, specific and reliable high‐performance liquid chromatographic assay of meloxicam in human plasma has been developed using a C18 reversed‐phase analytical column. Reversed‐phase chromatography was conducted using a mobile phase of 0.02 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid)–acetonitrile–triethylamine (35:65:0.05, v/v) with UV detection at 354 nm. The drug in human plasma was deproteinized using a combination of methanol and chloroform. This method is simple, rapid and consistent with a high recovery of meloxicam in human plasma ranging from 93.29 to 111.09%. Regression analysis for the calibration plot for plasma standards obtained for the drug concentrations between (25–4000) ng/mL indicated excellent linearity (r ≥ 0.9997). The proposed method was applied to study the bioequivalence between Mobic (original) and Melocam (generic) products. The study was conducted on using two tablets (4 × 7.5 mg) of each of the commercial product and the reference standard in a two‐way open randomized crossover design involving 20 volunteers. Area under the concentration–time curve, peak concentration (Cmax) and time to reach Cmax were 72,868.61 ng h/mL, 2133.93 ng/mL and 4.06 h for Mobic, and 78,352.52 ng h/mL, 2525.18 ng/mL and 3.61 h for Melocam.
