合成了化学式为[(η~5一RC_5H_4)NiPh_2P(CH_2).PPh_2]Cl的六个配合物(式中R=Me,Et;n=2(dppe ).n=3(dppp),n=4(dppb).并用IR和~1H NMR对其进行了表征.考察并讨论了它们对苯基溴化镁与氯化苄和反式-均二氯乙烯交叉偶联反应的催化活性.     

Simultaneous determination of thymidylate and thymidine diphosphate by capillary electrophoresis as a rapid monitoring tool for thymidine kinase and thymidylate kinase activities

A simple and rapid capillary electrophoretic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of thymidylate (TMP) and thymidine 5'-diphosphate (TDP) in enzyme assays without using radioactive-labeled substrates. Prior to electrophoretic separation, addition of acetonitrile and sodium chloride to the assay solution and brief centrifugation are recommended for the purpose of sample cleanup and sample stacking. The separation of micromolar TMP and TDP from millimolar adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) was performed at 25 degrees C using sodium tetraborate as the background electrolyte. Under the optimal condition, a good separation with high efficiency was achieved in 6 min. Several parameters affecting the separation were studied, including the pH of electrolyte, the applied voltage, and acetonitrile-salt sample stacking. The fronting of the ATP peak resulting from the interference of magnesium ion in the enzyme assay buffer was suppressed by the addition of sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate to the sample solution. Using deoxyadenylate as an internal standard, the linear range of the method was 5-200 microM, and the concentration limits of detection of TMP and TDP were 2.6 and 3.8 microM, respectively. Application of the proposed method for simultaneous determination of TMP and TDP in enzyme assays was demonstrated by the activity assays of thymidine kinase and thymidylate kinase from white spot syndrome virus. This is a sensitive, nonradioactive method for thymidine kinase and thymidylate kinase assays.     

Pyranoxanthones from Calophyllum Inophyllum

Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark of Calophyllum inophyllum resulted in the isolation of a new dipyrenoxanthone, calophinone ( 1 ), together with four related xanthones ( 2–5 ). Identification of the isolated compounds was achieved through intensive studies of their spectral data, especially 2D NMR.

Lamellar Organo-Bridged Silicones

The acid-hydrolysis of an organo-bridged bisdiethoxysilylated molecular precursor bearing urea groups, (EtO)₂MeSi(CH₂)₃NHCONH(CH₂)₁₂NHCONH(CH₂)₃SiMe(OEt)₂, has been performed in pure aqueous medium. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the resulting insoluble solid revealed plate-like forms with a lamellar structure as determined by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) studies with a sharp peak at 28.5 Å. The solid state ²⁹Si MAS-NMR spectrum of this bridged siloxane hybrid is consistent with a moderately condensed material with complete preservation of the Si–C bonds throughout the hybrid network. In comparison, the classical sol–gel hydrolysis-condensation of the molecular precursor in ethanol with stoichiometric amount of water and fluoride anion as catalyst produced an amorphous featureless solid.     

ABS blends with phenoxy: morphology,thermal, mechanical and rheological properties

Blends of ABS (acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene) with phenoxy(poly(hydroxyether bisphenol A)) were prepared using a Branender single screw extruder. Scanning and transmission electron micrographs (SEM, TEM) showed a typical two-phase morphology; particle-in-matrix (90/10) (ABS/phenoxy by weight), 70/30, 10/90), island/sea (30/70) and co-continuous (50/50) morphologies. The glass transition temperature (T_g) of SAN was almost unchanged in the blends, while the T_g of phenoxy increased by about 5 °C in the blends. The synergistic effect of tensile modulus and strength was noted in ABS-rich blends, where a drastic drop of ductility was seen, and the results were interpreted in terms of rubber particle migration form SAN to phenoxy phase, which was visualized by TEM. Melt viscosity showed yield in ABS-rich blends, and generally followed the log additivity.

在 p H1 0 .5的 NH3- NH4 Cl缓冲溶液中 ,在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,乙基罗丹明 B与大豆甙形成 1∶ 1有色缔合物。其最大吸收波长为 5 65 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2 .0 1× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1,大豆甙在 1 .6～ 6.2 mg/L范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于大豆提取液中大豆异黄酮甙的测定 ,结果满意     

The exterior Dirichlet problem for quasi-linear elliptic equations with small boundary data

It is shown that if the order of non-uniformity of a quasi-linear elliptic equation is h,10,2(h–1)/h norm. For 0h1,existence of a bounded solution is guaranteed without any smallness assumption on the given boundary data.More precise information is given for the special case of the minimal surface equation.     

Cu(OTf)2-catalyzed Et3SiH-reductive etherification of various carbonyl compounds with trimethylsilyl ethers

A triethylsilane-reductive etherification of the trimethylsilyl ethers with a variety of carbonyl compounds in good yields at room temperature employing 0.5 mol% Cu(OTf)₂ as an extremely efficient catalyst is described here.
