酰亚胺及磺酰苯酰亚胺的氰甲基化新方法

二乙胺基乙腈分別与苯邻二酰亚胺、丁二酰亚胺或邻-磺酰苯酰亚胺反应后,可生成相应的N-氰甲基苯邻二酰亚胺、N-氰甲基丁二酰亚胺,N-氰甲基邻磺酰苯酰亚胺及O-氰甲基邻磺酰苯酰亚胺。酰亚胺或磺酰苯酰亚胺的氰甲基化反应活性,随氮负离子的稳定性及其酸性增强而增大。     

Structural basis for discriminative regulation of gene expression by adenine- and guanine-sensing mRNAs

Metabolite-sensing mRNAs, or "riboswitches," specifically interact with small ligands and direct expression of the genes involved in their metabolism. Riboswitches contain sensing "aptamer" modules, capable of ligand-induced structural changes, and downstream regions, harboring expression-controlling elements. We report the crystal structures of the add A-riboswitch and xpt G-riboswitch aptamer modules that distinguish between bound adenine and guanine with exquisite specificity and modulate expression of two different sets of genes. The riboswitches form tuning fork-like architectures, in which the prongs are held in parallel through hairpin loop interactions, and the internal bubble zippers up to form the purine binding pocket. The bound purines are held by hydrogen bonding interactions involving conserved nucleotides along their entire periphery. Recognition specificity is associated with Watson-Crick pairing of the encapsulated adenine and guanine ligands with uridine and cytosine, respectively.     

Spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum based on charge transfer complex in PVA medium

A very simple, selective and sensitive method was developed for the spectrophotometric determination of Mo in the presence of W. The method was based on the formation of color charge transfer complex, molybdotungstophosphate-3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbezidine anion, which was solubilized and stabilized in PVA medium. Following the recommended procedure, molybdenum could be determined in the linear range of 0.04-2.5 mug ml(-1) and the molar absorptivity was 1.47x10(4) l mol(-1) cm(-1) at 660 nm. The proposed method had been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in tungsten ore with satisfactory results.     

肝素化壳聚糖季铵盐／壳聚糖复合膜抗凝血性能的研究

以壳聚糖季铵盐，壳聚糖为基本原材料，选用戊二醛为交剂剂及固定剂，制备一种物理机械性能较优的抗凝血材料。探讨了戊二醛及肝素钠两者用量对肝素化程度及血液生的影响。     

Synthesis and photoluminescence of single crystals europium ion-doped BaF2 cubic nanorods

In this work, we used the hydrothermal method to synthesize Eu³⁺ ion-doped cubic BaF₂ nanorods, which is a luminescent material. The clubbed structures were well crystallized and exhibited face-centred cubic structures, as indicated by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. The luminescent properties were studied, and local symmetry surrounding Eu³⁺ ions and electronic transition processes included. The results indicated that Eu³⁺ occupied only one C_4ν site in nanorods.     

Microwave‐assisted synthesis of phenylenedi(4′,4“‐tetrahydroquinoline) and di(4′,4”‐tetrahydropyridine) derivatives

The synthesis of bifunctional pyridine and quinolione derivatives were investigated using terephthalic and isophthalic aldehydes as a precursor. The reaction proceeds under microwave irradiation with good yield (70–92%) and short reaction time (7–9 min.). We provide a rapid and efficient method of synthesizing a range of bifunctional monocyclic and bicyclic products related to 1,4‐dihydropyridines (1,4‐DHPs).     

BaB2O4—CdO和BaB2O4—ZnO二元系相图的研究

本文用差热分析和X射线衍射方法测定了BaB_2O_4-CdO和BaB_2O_4-ZnO二元系相图。在BaB_2O_4-CdO体系中存在着一新化合物BaCdB_2O_5,在785±3℃同成份熔化。在BaB_2O_4-ZnO体系中,由包晶反应形成一新化合物BaZn_3B_2O_7,反应温度为903±3℃。在富BaB_2O_4区形成一个宽的低温相BaB_2O_4固溶区。研究结果表明,用Zn~(2 )替代BaB_2O_4中Ba~(2 )形成固溶体,不能将高温相BaB_2O_4稳定到室温,证实了“经验函数关系式”的预测结果。

Phosphoric acid at levels above 10^-3 M depresses the S₂ emission from sulphate, but concentrations up to 0.1 M may be necessary to eliminate cationic interferences.     

过敏性哮喘患者血清中10种必需微量元素水平的研究

３４例过敏性哮喘患者血清中铁，锌、铜，锰硒铬，钴镍，钡，钼的含量水平与对照组比较，揭示：（１）铁，铜，铬的含量升高；（２）硒，镍，钴、钒的钼的含量降低；（３）锌和锰的含量差异无显著性，Ｐ〉０．０５。     

SMAI法制备的Cu催化剂的CO加氢催化

用溶剂化金属原子浸渍（SMAI）法制备了SiO2、Cr2O3负载Cu催化剂.XPS测定表明三种载体上的Cu几乎全部以零价态存在．X射线增宽法测定表明随着Cu含量增加Cu颗粒增大．Cu催化剂在CO加氢中的催化活性与载体、Cu颗粒大小和Cu价态有关．Cr2O3对Cu催化活性有促进效应．Cr2O3负载Cu催化剂活性随Cu颗粒减小而增大，而SiO2作载体时，颗粒大小对活性无影响，零价Cu0为催化活性中心
