Oxidative cyclization of morusin (I) by using one-electron transfer oxidizing agents (manganese dioxide, silver oxide) afforded morusin hydroperoxide (II). A similar reaction was carried out in the presence of 2,4,6-tri-t-butylphenol, a radical quencher, to give compounds (IV, V, VI and VII) coupled with the 2,4,6-tri-t-butylphenoxy radical. On the basis of above results, the possible mechanism of this oxidative cyclization was discussed. In addition, morusin hydroperoxide (II) was also obtained by photo-sensitized oxidation of morusin (I) in the presence of sensitizers (Rose Bengal, hematoporphyrin). To elucidate the reaction mechanism similar reactions were carried out in the presence of radical quencher (2,4,6-tri-t-butylphenol) or singlet oxygen quencher (triethylenediamine). From these results, the possible mechanism of the formation of morusin hydroperoxide (II) from morusin (I) was discussed. 相似文献

The title compound, (NEt(4))[[Mn(salen)](2)Fe(CN)(6)] (1), was synthesized via a 1:1 reaction of [Mn(salen)(H(2)O)]ClO(4) with (NEt(4))(3)[Fe(CN)(6)] in a methanol/ethanol medium (NEt(4)(+) = tetraethylammonium cation, salen(2)(-) = N,N'-ethylenebis(salicylidene)iminate). The two-dimensional layered structure of 1 was revealed by X-ray crystallographic analysis: 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with cell dimensions of a = 12.3660(8) A, b = 15.311(1) A, c = 12.918(1) A, beta = 110.971(4) degrees, Z = 2 and is isostructural to the previously synthesized compound, (NEt(4))[[Mn(5-Clsalen)](2)Fe(CN)(6)] (5-Clsalen(2-) = N,N'-ethylenebis(5-chlorosalicylidene)iminate; Miyasaka, H.; Matsumoto, N.; Re, N.; Gallo, E.; Floriani, C. Inorg. Chem. 1997, 36, 670). The Mn ion is surrounded by an equatorial salen quadridentate ligand and two axial nitrogen atoms from the [Fe(CN)(6)](3-) unit, the four Fe[bond]CN groups of which coordinate to the Mn ions of [Mn(salen)](+) units, forming a two-dimensional network having [[bond]Mn[bond]NC[bond]Fe[bond]CN[bond]](4) cyclic repeating units. The network is spread over the bc-plane of the unit cell, and the layers are stacked along the a-axis. The countercation NEt(4)(+) is located between the layers. Compound 1 is a ferrimagnet with T(c) = 7.7 K and exhibits hysteresis with a remnant magnetization of 13.44 cm(3).mol(-1) (M/N mu(B) = 2.4) at zero field and a coercivity of 1000 Oe when the powder sample was measured at 1.9 K. Magnetic measurements of a direction-arranged single crystal were also carried out. The orientation of the crystallographic axes of a selected single crystal was determined by X-ray analysis, and magnetization was measured when an external field was applied in the a*, b, and c directions. The magnetization in the a* direction increased more easily than those in the b and c directions below the critical temperature. No hysteresis was observed only for the measurement in the a* direction, indicating the presence of strong structural anisotropy with potential anisotropy on Mn(III) ions. 相似文献

A ruthenium complex catalyzes a new cycloisomerization reaction of 2,2′‐diethynylbiphenyls to form 9‐ethynylphenanthrenes, thereby cleaving the carbon–carbon triple bond of the original ethynyl group. A metal–vinylidene complex is generated from one of the two ethynyl groups, and its carbon–carbon double bond undergoes a [2+2] cycloaddition with the other ethynyl group to form a cyclobutene. A highly accurate and reliable screening method for enantiomeric excess of amine derivatives in the presence of water is reported. The fluorescence‐based screening system has been realized by self‐assembly of chiral diol‐type dyes (BINOL, VANOL and VAPOL), 2‐formylphenylboronic acid, and chiral amines forming iminoboronate esters. The structure and chirality of the amine analytes determine the stability of the diastereomeric iminoboronate esters, which in turn display differential fluorescence. The fluorescence signal reflects the enantiomeric purity of the chiral amines and was utilized in high‐throughput arrays. The arrays were able to recognize enantiomeric excess of amines, amino esters, and amino alcohols. In addition to qualitative analysis, quantitative experiments were successfully performed. Studies of the role of additives such as water or citrate were carried out to gain insight into the stability of the iminoboronate esters. It is shown that the above additives destabilize less stable esters while the stable esters remain unchanged. Thus, the presence of water and citrate leads to increased difference between the diastereomeric iminoboronates and contributes to the enantiodiscrimination of the chiral amines. 相似文献

A polycarbosilane having lactose‐derived structures was synthesized, and its thermal property, cytotoxicity, chemical crosslinking, and protein adsorption properties were investigated. The polycarbosilane (PSB‐Lac) was prepared by a thiol‐ene reaction between precursor poly(1‐(3‐butenyl)‐1‐methylsilacyclubane) (PSB) and heptaacetyl lactose that carried a thiol group at the anomeric position, and the successive deprotection of the acetyl groups. The lactose introduction efficiency determined by 1H NMR measurement was 75%. TGA and DSC revealed that the polymer had a 5 wt% decomposition temperature of 260 °C and glass transition temperature (Tg) of 84 °C, which indicated that PSB‐Lac was a thermally stable polymer. PSB‐Lac had no significant cytotoxicity, which was evaluated by human liver cancer cell line HepG2 cultivation on the polystyrene dishes coated with the polymer. Urethane‐crosslinked PSB‐Lac films were prepared by casting solutions of PSB‐Lac and hexamethylene diisocyanate and heating at 120 °C after evaporation of the solvent. The crosslinked PSB‐Lac showed higher adsorption of bovine serum albumin than the similarly crosslinked polycarbosilane that had a glucose structure (PSB‐Glc). © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Hyperbranched poly(ether sulfone)s were prepared by the self‐polycondensation of the novel AB2 monomer, 4‐(3,5‐hydroxyphenoxy)‐4′‐fluorodiphenylsulfone. The high‐molecular‐weight polymers were isolated in good yields. The degree of branching (DB) of the resulting polymers was investigated by the preparation of dendritic and linear model compounds. The DB determined by gated decoupling 13C NMR measurements was in the range 0.17–0.41 and was dependent on the base used for the self‐polycondensation. It was found that cesium fluoride was an effective base to form the polymer having the DB of 0.41. The resulting hyperbranched poly(ether sulfone)s showed good solubility in organic solvents. The solubility and the glass transition temperature of the polymers were influenced by the terminal functional groups. The unique thermal crosslinking phenomenon was observed during the DSC measurements of the hydroxyl‐terminated hyperbranched poly(ether sulfone) under air condition. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
