Orientation control of perovskite compounds was investigated by the application of a seed layer prepared from oxide nanosheets.
An aqueous suspension of oxide nanosheets was prepared by the exfoliation of a layered compound of KCa2Nb3O10 oxide grains. A seed layer composed of (TBA)Ca2Nb3O10 nanosheets (TBA = tetrabutylammonium) was formed on a glass substrate by simply dip coating it in the suspension. Two kinds

The rare earth(III) salt catalysed asymmetric Diels–Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene with a chiral dienophile in supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) proceeded rapidly to give the adduct with a higher diastereoselectivity than that in dichloromethane; Yb(ClO4)3 gave the endo adduct with value up to 77% de at 40°C, 8 MPa. The chiral rare earth diketonate catalyzed hetero Diels–Alder reaction of the Danishefsky's diene with benzaldehyde gave a higher yield and an enantioselectivity in scCO2 than that in dichloromethane. Scandium/pybox 8a complex catalysed asymmetric Diels–Alder reaction of 3-crotonoyl-2-oxazolidinone with cyclopentadiene in the presence of MS4A proceeded smoothly in scCO2 to give the endo adduct 10 in a good yield with up to 88% ee. 相似文献

Molecular absorptions of monohalides (MX; X = F, Cl and Br) of alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals and Group IIIB elements produced in a conventional electrothermal graphite furnace atomizer have been observed by a rapid measurement system. Their characteristic data are summarized as appearance and peak temperatures and the analytical sensitivities. Furthermore, molecular absorptions ofAlF and InF are utilized to study the interference of fluoride with aluminum and indium atomic absorptions. Although the formations of AlF and InF suppress the atomic absorptions ofAl and In, respectively, the time-overlap in signal appearance of atomic absorptions of these two elements and molecular absorptions of their monofluorides is not observed. This is contradictory to pure “vapor phase mechanism”, and indicates that processes occurring on the graphite surface are also important. We have previously established a rapid catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) assay using norepinephrine (NE) as a natural substrate and flow-injection analysis. In this study, the method is improved for screening of COMT inhibitors or activators using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic separation with fluorescence detection. The excess substrate, NE, was removed by the addition of borate in the eluent for HPLC to make an ionic complex with NE, which was eluted faster than the enzymatic product, normetanephrine. The method had good precision and accuracy, and was able to assay one sample in 5 min, showing the usability for screening of COMT inhibitors or activators. 相似文献

A column-switching high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-fluorescence detection method for the determination of three methylated arginines, N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA), N(G),N(G)-dimethyl-L-arginine (asymmetric dimethyl-L-arginine, ADMA), and N(G),N(G)'-dimethyl-L-arginine (symmetric dimethyl-L-arginine, SDMA), which are endogenous nitric oxide synthase inhibitors, was developed. After fluorescence derivatization of plasma samples with 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-F), the samples were injected into the HPLC system. The NBD-derivatized methylated arginines were trapped on a cation exchange column with filter to remove proteins, separated within 42 min on a reversed-phase column, and detected at an emission wavelength of 530 nm with excitation at 470 nm. The detection limits were 10 fmol for L-NMMA and 20 fmol for ADMA and SDMA with a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. A good linearity for calibration curves for each methylated arginine was observed within the range of 50-5000 fmol using homoarginine as an internal standard. The proposed method was applied to the quantitative determination of L-NMMA, ADMA and SDMA in rat plasma. The concentrations of L-NMMA, ADMA and SDMA in rat plasma were 0.16 +/- 0.01, 0.73 +/- 0.02 and 0.41 +/- 0.05 micromol l(-1), respectively (n= 5). 相似文献

The synthesis and properties of a novel type of bis(heteroazulen-3-yl)methyl cations, bis(2-oxo-2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-3-yl)methyl cation salt and nitrogen analogues, (9a-c·PF6−) and (9a-c·BF4−), as well as bis(heteroazulen-3-yl)ketones (12a-d) are studied. The synthetic method was based on a TFA-catalyzed electrophilic aromatic substitution on the heteroazulenes (6a-d) with paraformaldehyde to afford the corresponding disubstituted methane derivatives 7a-d, followed by oxidative hydrogen abstraction with DDQ, and subsequent exchange of the counter-anion by using aq. HPF6 or aq. HBF4. In addition, the reaction of 7a-d with 2.2 equiv. amounts of DDQ afforded carbonyl compounds 12a-d. The delocalization of the positive charge of 9a-c was evaluated by the 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. The thermodynamic stability of cations 9a-c was evaluated to be in the order 9a<9b<9c on the basis of their reduction potentials measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and pKR+ values (2.6-10.3) obtained spectrophotometrically. The reduction waves of cations 9a-c were irreversible, suggesting the dimerization of the radical species generated by one-electron reduction. This was demonstrated by the reduction of 9a·BF4− with Zn powder to give dimerized product 14a. In addition, the quenching of 9a·BF4− with MeOH/NaHCO3 gives ether derivative 15a, which is proposed for the precursor for synthesizing tris(heteroazulene)-substituted methyl cations bearing two different heteroazulene-units. 相似文献
