脉冲偏压电弧离子镀C-N-V薄膜的成分、结构与性能

用脉冲偏压电弧离子镀方法在硬质合金基体上制备了一系列不同成分的C-N-V薄膜.用X射线光电子能谱、激光Raman光谱、 X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和纳米压痕等方法分别研究了薄膜的成分、结构与性能.Raman光谱,XRD和TEM结果表明,所制备的薄膜为在类金刚石(DLC)非晶基体上匹配有VN晶体的碳基复合薄膜.随V和N含量的增加,薄膜硬度与弹性模量先增加后下降,在N含量为204%,V含量为218%时薄膜硬度与弹性模量具有最大值,分别为368和5697 GPa,高于相同条件下制备的 关键词： C-N-V薄膜 类金刚石薄膜 纳米复合薄膜 电弧离子镀     

Age-structured social interactions enhance radicalization

Disaffected youth are among the most susceptible in espousing extremist ideals, as confirmed by demographic studies. We study age-dependent radicalization via a three-stage model where individuals progress through non-radical, activist, and radical states while also aging. Transitions are modeled as age-dependent interactions that are maximized for individuals of the same age and that are enhanced at early adulthood. For comparison, we also derive the age-independent formulation corresponding to our model. We find that age dependence enhances radicalization and leads to waves of radical behavior ebbing and flowing over generational cycles, realizing well-known sociological paradigms. While government intervention is most effective when the appropriate ages are targeted, whether preventive or corrective action is preferable depends on the aggressiveness of the radicalization process.

微波ECR磁控溅射制备SiNx薄膜的XPS结构研究

利用微波电子回旋共振等离子体增强非平衡磁控溅射法在不同N₂流量下制备无氢SiN_x薄膜.通过X光电子能谱、纳米硬度仪等表征技术,研究了不同N₂流量下制备的SiN_x薄膜的化学键结构、化学键含量、元素配比及各元素沿深度分布.研究结果表明,N₂流量是影响SiN_x薄膜化学键结构、元素配比、元素延深度分布等性质的主要因素.在N_{2关键词： x}')" href="#">SiN_x 磁控溅射 XPS 化学键结构     

Kinetic theory of （2＋4）-level atom in σ^＋ -σ^- laser fields

The kinetic theory of (2+4)-level atoms in σ + σ- laser fields is presented.We systemically discuss friction coefficient,momentum diffusion tensor and atomic temperature based on the Fokker-Planck equation.This cooling system is much like that of a (1+3)-level atom,and the temperature is still limited to the Doppler temperature.Since this cooling system has not been investigated before,this work may be regarded as a necessary complement to the laser cooling theory.     

基于带状弹簧的空间望远镜精密展开技术进展

采用带状弹簧构造的可折叠多杆并联结构对卡塞格林型望远镜的次镜进行支撑,并结合在轨调节,可以实现口径＜1 m的可展开空间望远镜。描述了基于带状弹簧的可展开空间望远镜的结构特点,介绍了近年来发表的四杆支撑、八杆支撑、三杆支撑和六杆支撑等4种基于带状弹簧的空间望远镜精密展开技术的研究进展。建议针对带状弹簧空间望远镜的精密展开技术,应进一步开展结构动力学建模、结构优化以及误差的光电测量和校正等方面的研究。此外,在模拟微重力环境下展开实验也有助于推动展开动力学和展开精度的研究,而非对称展开结构将是今后该项技术的研究方向之一。认为开展基于带状弹簧的空间望远镜精密展开技术的研究将促进基于微小卫星平台的高分辨率遥感成像和自由空间光通信技术的发展。     

Tripotency of a linear combination of two involutory matrices and a tripotent matrix that mutually commute

This paper concerns with the tripotency of a linear combination of three matrices, which has a background in statistical theory. We demonstrate all the possible cases that lead to the tripotency of a linear combination of two involutory matrices and a tripotent matrix that mutually commute. By utilizing block technique and returning the partitioned matrices to their original forms, we derive the sufficient and necessary conditions such that a linear combination of three mutually commuting involutory matrices is tripotent.
