Electroluminescent (EL) properties of Ir(III) complex, [(2,4-diphenylquinoli-ne)]2Iridium picolinic acid N-oxide [(DPQ)2Ir(pic-N-O)] were investigated using PEDOT:PSS and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) as a hole transport layer for solution processable phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). High performance solution-processable PhOLED with PEDOT:PSS and (DPQ)2Ir(pic-N-O) (8 wt%) doped CBP:TPD:PBD (8:56:12) host emission layer were fabricated to give a high luminance efficiency (LE) of 26.9 cd/A, equivelent to an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 14.2%. The corresponding PhOLED with rGO as a hole transport layer exhibited the maximum brightness and LE of 13540 cd/m2 and 16.8 cd/A, respectively. The utilization of the solution processable rGO thin films as the hole transport layer offered the great potential to the fabrication of solution processable PhOLEDs. 相似文献

The asymmetric pinacol coupling of aromatic aldehydes by chiral salan–vanadium complexes as effective catalysts is reported. Chiral 1,2-diols were obtained with high diastereoselectivities (up to 90/10) and moderate to high enantioselectivities (up to 82% ee). Shuttle-like Fe2O3 nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by microwave-assisted synthesis and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The NPs were immobilized on a glassy carbon electrode and then covered with dsDNA. The resulting electrode gives a pair of well-defined redox peaks for Pb(II) at pH 6.0, with anodic and cathodic peak potentials occurring at ?0.50?V and ?0.75?V (vs. Ag/AgCl), respectively. The amperometric response to Pb(II) is linear in the range from 0.12 to 40?nM, and the detection limit is 0.1?nM at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Amorphous aluminate YAlO3 (YAO) thin films on n-type silicon wafers as gate dielectric layers of metal–oxide–semiconductor devices are prepared by pulsed laser deposition. As a comparison, amorphous aluminate LaAlO3 (LAO) thin films are also prepared. The structural and electrical characterization shows that the as-prepared YAO films remain amorphous until 900 °C and the dielectric constant is ∼14. The measured leakage current of less than 10-3 A/cm2 at a bias of VG=1.0 V for ∼40-nm-thick YAO and LAO films obeys the Fowler–Nordheim tunneling mechanism. It is revealed that the electrical property can be significantly affected by the oxygen pressure during deposition and post rapid thermal annealing, which may change the fixed negative charge density at the gate interface. In this paper, the classical least-squares (CLS) method with molecular absorption spectrophotometric measurement was used to determine simultaneously paracetamol (PAR), ibuprofen (IBU), and caffeine (CAF) in tablets. The absorbance spectra of the standard solutions and samples were measured over a wavelength from 220 to 300 nm with a 0.5 nm step. The concentration of PAR, IBU, and CAF in the sample solutions was calculated by using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and a program called CLS-Excel written in Microsoft Excel 2016. The method and the CLS-Excel program were tested on mixed standard laboratory samples with different PAR, IBU, and CAF concentration ratios, and they showed only small errors and a satisfying repeatability. An analytical procedure for tablets containing PAR, IBU, and CAF was developed. The reliability of the procedure was proved via the recovery and repeatability of the analysis results with an actual tablet sample and by comparing the mean contents of active substances in the tablets obtained from the analytical procedure with the HPLC method. The procedure is simple with a reduced cost compared with the HPLC standard method. 相似文献
