A new route for (2S,3S,4S)-form, the physiologically active stereoisomer of dehydroxymethylepoxyquinomicin (DHMEQ), a potent NF-κB inhibitor, was established by chemoenzymatic approach. Elaboration on the asymmetric epoxidation of a p-benzoquinone monoketal with benzylcinchonidinium tert-butylhydroperoxide yielded an epoxyenone, in 79.8% ee and 57% yield in reproducible manner. By way of the transformation of this key intermediate to enantiomerically pure (2S,3S,4S)-DHMEQ, the contaminating undesired enantiomer could be effectively removed by applying Burkholderia cepacia lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis of diacylated precursor. The above integrated combination of chemical asymmetric synthesis and enzyme-catalyzed kinetic resolution enabled us to prepare active DHMEQ in a large-scale.  相似文献

A new molecular dynamics simulation method was successfully applied to construct a homogeneous organic-inorganic hybrid silica membrane using the hybrid-pcff (h-pcff) potential function. Analysis suggested that the hybrid BTESE silica membrane provided a looser network and larger cavity size for the enhancement of gas permeability and selectivity.  相似文献

Oxygen-containing germanium (Ge) single crystals with low density of grown-in dislocations were grown by the Czochralski (CZ) technique from a Ge melt, both with and without a covering by boron oxide (B2O3) liquid. Interstitially dissolved oxygen concentrations in the crystals were determined by the absorption peak at 855 cm−1 in the infrared absorption spectra at room temperature. It was found that oxygen concentration in a Ge crystal grown from melt partially or fully covered with B2O3 liquid was about 1016 cm−3 and was almost the same as that in a Ge crystal grown without B2O3. Oxygen concentration in a Ge crystal was enhanced to be greater than 1017 cm−3 by growing a crystal from a melt fully covered with B2O3; with the addition of germanium oxide powder, the maximum oxygen concentration achieved was 5.5×1017 cm−3. The effective segregation coefficients of oxygen in the present Ge crystal growth were roughly estimated to be between 1.0 and 1.4.  相似文献

The synthesis of sialylated glycosides using saccharide primers and cells was investigated. α · and β · Saccharide primers were chemically synthesized and introduced into B16 melanoma cells to prime oligosaccharide synthesis. Incorporation of α‐ and β‐dodecyl lactosides into B16 cells resulted in the sialylation of the galactose residue to give GM3‐type oligosaccharides. The β‐dodecyl galactoside primer was sialylated but the α‐dodecyl galactoside primer was not. Both the α‐ and β‐dodecyl glucoside primers were not elongated. In the glycosylation of primers by cells, this research confirmed that sialyl transferases tolerate acceptor modifications and are permissive to primer elongation regardless of the α‐ or β‐linkage to the aglycon unit. However, the presence of the terminal galactose residue that is β‐linked to the adjacent saccharide or aglycon unit is essential for sialylation by cellular enzymes to occur.  相似文献

Two new classes of mono- and oligo(p-phenylene ethynylene)s grafted with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) were synthesized via ‘click’ chemistry and palladium-catalyzed Sonogashira cross-coupling. These materials with cubic silsesquioxanes are very robust with excellent thermal stability in air (T5%loss>330 °C) and exhibited Tg>80 °C. All the compounds showed high photoluminescence with a range of blue emission and quantum yield up to 80% in the solution. Extended π conjugation molecules of oligo-pPEs POSS maintain relatively high PL quantum efficiencies in the solid state, compared to mono-pPEs POSS. A preliminary report is made of some of the materials as multilayer OLED components with active dopants PVK and PBD.  相似文献

Three aromatic compounds (2-4) possessing a carbomethoxyl group or a dimethoxyphthaloyl group, prepared by the Diels-Alder reaction of the cardiac glycoside, proscillaridin (1), with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and methyl propiolate, were transformed into alcohols, carboxylic acids and amides. The biological activities of the resulting derivatives were evaluated by the use of Na+, K(+)-adenosine triphosphatase (Na+,K(+)-ATPase) from dog kidney and isolated guinea-pig papillary muscle. Although the biological activities of the resulting derivatives were less potent than that of 1, a para-substituted benzylalcohol (5), methylbenzamides (9a and 10a), and ethylbenzamides (9b and 10b) inhibited the activity of Na+,K(+)-ATPase almost as potently as naturally occurring cardiac glycosides such as digoxin and digitoxin.  相似文献

Ultrafast internal conversion of benzene and toluene from the S(2) states was studied by time-resolved photoelectron imaging with a time resolution of 22 fs. Time-energy maps of the photoelectron intensity and the angular anisotropy were generated from a series of photoelectron images. The photoelectron kinetic energy distribution exhibits a rapid energy shift and intensity revival, which indicates nuclear motion on the S(2) adiabatic surface, while the ultrafast evolution of the angular anisotropy revealed a change in the electronic character of the S(2) adiabatic surface. From their decay profiles of the total photoelectron intensity, the time constants of 48 ± 4 and 62 ± 4 fs were determined for the population decay from the S(2) states in benzene and toluene, respectively.  相似文献

In order to tackle both regional and global foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) epdimics, we hereby develop a rapid microfluidic thermal lens microscopic method to screen swine type O FMDV with good efficiency. The scheme has great merits in terms of field portability, sample volume, assay time, analytical sensitivity, and test reproducibility.  相似文献

Magnetic properties of new d-f cyanido-bridged 1D assemblies [RE(pzam)(3)(H(2)O)W(CN)(8)]·H(2)O (RE(III) = Gd, 1, Tb, 2, Dy, 3; pzam = pyrazine-2-carboxamide) were studied by temperature- and field-dependent magnetization measurements. No evidence for 3D interchain magnetic ordering is found above 2 K. Multiconfiguration ab initio calculations and subsequent modeling afforded simulation of the weak zero-field splitting effect in 1 and discussion of magnetic anisotropy in the f units of compounds 2 and 3. A semiquantitative corroboration with the experimental magnetic measurements is presented, performing the simulation of magnetic susceptibility vs temperature and magnetization vs field variation. The association into molecular and supramolecular architectures is analyzed by means of energy decomposition subsequent to the DFT calculations on idealized molecular models extracted from the experimental chain structure.  相似文献
