The reaction of 1-silylcyclopropyl anions with dichloromethyl methyl ether is described. The reaction with an excess amount of dichloromethyl methyl ether gives the corresponding cyclopropyl silyl ketones in low yields. On the other hand, the reaction under basic conditions proceeded smoothly to afford the corresponding cyclopropylidene derivatives, exclusively. The resulting cyclopropylidene compounds are subjected to hydrolysis or trapping with electrophiles easily to give the cyclopropyl silyl ketone derivatives in good yields. 相似文献

Although mesoporous metals have been synthesized by electrochemical methods, the possible compositions have been limited to noble metals (e.g., palladium, platinum, gold) and their alloys. Herein we describe the first fabrication of continuously mesoporous Cu films using polymeric micelles as soft templates to control the growth of Cu under sophisticated electrochemical conditions. A new pentacene‐type silaborin, in which three benzene rings are bridged by silicon and boron atoms, has been synthesized and characterized by using NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The precursor, 1,4‐bis(dimesitylboryl)‐2,5‐bis(phenylsilyl)benzene ( 4 ), was prepared by stepwise introduction of a silyl group and a boryl group to a benzene ring starting from 1,4‐dibromobenzene. Double cyclization of 4 proceeds by a H‐Mes exchange and a B‐H/C‐H dehydrogenative condensation to afford pentacene‐type silaborin 5 . X‐ray crystal structure analysis reveals that 5 adopts a bent structure rather than a planar one. UV/Vis spectra and DFT calculations for 5 reveal a lowering of the LUMO energy level compared with corresponding anthracene‐type 3 . 相似文献

Enolate generated from O-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)hydroxyacetone under thermodynamically controlled conditions (1.3 equiv of NaH, THF, 0 degrees C to rt) was allylated at the carbon bearing the protected hydroxy group with very high regioselectively. When tert-BuOH, equivalent to the excessive portion of initially added NaH, was introduced into the mixture followed by addition of aldehyde, aldol reaction took place on the methyl group to give 1-substituted 4-hydroxy-(1E),6-heptadien-3-one in acceptable yields after acidic treatment of the mixture for dehydration and deprotection. Introducing a chiral auxiliary protecting group into hydroxyacetone led to asymmetric allylation though stereoselectivity was around 50% ee. Thus, the hidden aspect of the chemoselective nature of protected hydroxyacetone-derived enolate generated under thermodynamically controlled conditions has opened a new avenue for two-directional elaboration of hydroxyacetone that should be potentially useful in organic synthesis. 相似文献

The magnetic interactions in a new series of isostructural imino nitroxide radical lanthanide(III) complexes, [Ln(hfac)3(IM2py)] (Ln = Gd–Yb: IM2py = 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,5-dihydro-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1H-imidazoline-1-oxy; hfac = 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedione), are examined by considering the intrinsic paramagnetic contribution of the Ln(III) ion from the corresponding [Ln(hfac)3(pybzim)] with a diamagnetic pybzim(2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole) ligand; the Ln(III)–IM2py interaction being antiferromagnetic for the 4f7 to 4f13 Ln(III) complexes and negligibly small for the other complexes. This series is the first example reverse to the previous cases for the series of Ln–Cu or Ln–aminoxyl(NIT) radical (4,5-dihydro-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1H-imidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxy) complexes, other than only a few examples of semiquinone Ln complexes. This reverse nature of the magnetic interaction, as compared with the NIT complexes, validates the empirical approach by O. Kahn et al. [Inorg. Chem. 38 (1999) 3692; J. Am. Chem.
