Inorganic-organic hybrid membranes with anhydrous proton conduction were prepared from 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and H2SO4 by the sol-gel method. The membrane has a unique structure: a hexagonal phase formed by the stacking of rodlike polysiloxanes with ion complexes of ammonium groups and HSO4- extruded outside. The membranes showed high conductivity of 2 x 10-3 S cm-1 at 200 degrees C under dry atmosphere. In the membrane, protons probably migrate through the outside of the rodlike polysiloxanes along hydrogen-bond chains formed among HSO4- anions.  相似文献

A rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-addition of arylboronic acids to substituted maleimides has been described. The regioselectivity in this reaction is controlled by the choice of ligand (dienes or bisphosphines), and 1,4-adducts with a quaternary stereocenter can be obtained with high regio- and enantioselectivity by the use of (R)-H8-binap.  相似文献

In studying ultrafast electron transfer from a dye molecule to a nanosized semiconductor particle, pump-probe experiments are commonly used. In this system the electron transfer (ET) rate is faster than vibrational relaxation so that the ET rate should be described by a single-level rate constant and the probing signal (often in the form of time-resolved spectra) contains the contribution from the dynamics of both population and coherence (i.e., wave packet). In this paper, we shall present the theoretical treatments for femtosecond time-resolved pump-probe experiment and the dynamics of population and coherence by the density matrix method, and the calculation of single-level ET rate constant involved in a pump-probe experiment. As an application, we show the theoretical results using parameters extracted from experiments on a specific dye/semiconductor system.  相似文献

A hydroindation of 1,3-dienes by dichloroindium hydride (HInCl2) generates allylic indiums that react with carbonyl or imine moieties in a one-pot treatment. The former reaction proceeds in a radical manner, and the latter is ionic allylation. The first step is formation of the C8-C8' bond generating a biradical intermediate. Next, rotation about the C8-C8' bond occurs, and finally the C1-C1' bond is formed. Cytidine deaminase is known as an important enzyme responsible for the hydrolytic deamination of cytidine, which is applied as a key step to the conversion of the precursor of the cancer drug to an active form in the living body. Cytidine with water is efficiently converted to uridine with ammonia in the cleft of cytidine deaminase. In this work, the catalysis of cytidine deaminase for the hydrolytic deamination was examined using cytosine as a model of cytidine and the model molecules for the active site of cytidine deaminase by means of the quantum chemical method. We especially investigated the contribution of the water molecule from the solvent to the catalysis, because the X-ray diffraction analysis of a crystal structure has revealed the existence of the water molecule in the vicinity of the substrate bound to the active site inside the cleft. Our computations showed that the extra water molecule from the solvent has a possibility to support the catalysis of cytidine deaminase.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A rhodium complex coordinated with (S,S)-2,5-dibenzylbicyclo[2.2.2]octa-2,5-diene (Bn-bod) showed high catalytic activity and high enantioselectivity in the asymmetric 1,4-addition of arylboroxines to cyclic alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones, 0.005-0.01 mol % of the catalyst giving high yields of the addition products with not lower than 94% ee. The turnover frequency of the catalyst is up to 1.4 x 10(4) h(-1).  相似文献

A surface-wave sensor based on the resonant transmission characteristics of metal hole arrays is demonstrated in the terahertz (THz) region. Since the frequency of the transmission peak of a metal hole array, which corresponds to the resonant frequency of the surface waves, is particularly sensitive to the refractive index in the vicinity of the metal surface, a very small change in the substances attached to the surface can be detected by monitoring the transmission spectrum. By attaching a layer of substance (thickness t < 5 microm) much thinner than the wavelength of the THz wave (lambda(THz) = 1 mm at 0.3 THz) to the surface of a metal hole array, we demonstrated that the existence of such a small amount of substance can be detected more easily than without the metal hole array. This demonstration of THz sensing with metal hole arrays indicates the possibility of realizing THz surface-wave sensors for biochemical molecules in the THz region.  相似文献

Spectra of multi-bubble sonoluminescence (MBSL) were measured in argon-saturated water and ethanol solutions in the concentration range 2-100 mM at the frequencies of 116 kHz and 1.0 MHz. The spectral peaks from OH-radical emission near 310 nm were observed at relatively low ultrasonic power at both frequencies. The sub-peaks at 290 and 340 nm were also observed, which are attributed to OH-radical vibronic transition. The MBSL spectra from ethanol solutions indicated that the quenching of OH-radical emission was more efficient than that of underlying continuous spectrum. The continuous spectrum suggested the decrease in temperature with increasing ethanol concentration. The concentration dependence of spectrum quenching showed no frequency dependence. A new peak was observed at 385 nm only at small ethanol concentrations and at the frequency of 1.0 MHz, which attributed to CH or CN molecule emission.  相似文献

We calculate the limiting behavior of relative Rényi entropy between adjacent two probability distribution in a non-regular location-shift family which is generated by a probability distribution whose support is an interval or a half-line. This limit can be regarded as a generalization of Fisher information, and seems closely related to information geometry and large deviation theory.  相似文献
