An on-line purification method for catecholamines was studied using a flow system equipped with an alumina microcolumn. The procedure involves catecholamine adsorption, column washing and catecholamine elution steps. The system is designed not to decompose catecholamines under alkaline conditions in the adsorption step. Flow-rates and times for different solutions delivered in each step (alkaline buffer for adsorption, water for washing and an acidic solution for elution), column length and sample volume to be loaded were systematically investigated by liquid chromatography. Under optimum conditions, norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine and 3,4- dihydroxybenzylamine (internal standard) can be purified with recoveries of ? 90% within 11 min with manual operation. This method was efficiently applied to urine samples and the results indicate the possibility that catecholamines in biological samples are automatically purified.  相似文献

The irradiation of substituted (Z)-N-aroyl-α-dehydronaphthylalaninamides [(Z)-1] in methanol containing triethylamine (TEA) with Pyrex-filtered light was found to give 3,4-dihydrobenzoquinolinone derivatives (2) in high yields along with minor amounts of 4,5-dihydrooxazole derivatives (3). Analysis of the substituent effects on product composition revealed that both the photoreactivity of 1 and the selectivity of 2 are decreased with increasing electron-withdrawing ability of the substituent introduced at the para-position on the N-benzoyl benzene ring. From the analysis of the dependence of the quantum yield for the formation of 2 on the TEA concentration, it was found that back electron transfer occurs efficiently within an (E)-1 anion radical-TEA cation radical pair intermediate.  相似文献

Abstract

Bacteriochlorophyll d analogues that possessed a series of bulky substituents of OMe, OCOMe, and OCO t Bu at the C71-position were synthesized (Zn-complexes of methyl 71-substituted-3-(1-hydroxy-methyl)pyropheophorbide a). Aggregation behavior of these pigments was examined in comparison with a natural-type compound (C71-H) to elucidate the effects of size of the C71-moiety on self-assembly of the chlorins. These C71-substituted Zn-chlorins formed self-aggregates in 1% THF/hexane. The aggregates gave almost the same visible absorption bands, especially a ca. 2000-cm?1 red-shifted Qy peak; the spectra were essentially similar to those of the natural-type Zn-chlorin (C71-H). All the aggregates of the C71-substituted compounds showed similar exciton-type CD couplets in the red-shifted Qy region, which were different from the feature of the couplet of the C71-H Zn-chlorin aggregate. These spectral data suggested that the C71-moiety did not interrupt the intermolecular linkages between chlorin molecules but altered the supramolecular structure which influences the long-range chirality.  相似文献

Few solvents are capable of dissolving polyketones (PKs). 1,1,1,3,3,3‐Hexafluoro‐2‐propanol (hexafluoroisopropanol, HFIP) is a better solvent than trifluoroethanol and m‐cresol. When HFIP was evaporated from a PK/HFIP solution, a porous cast‐film with a microparticle structure was formed because the isotactic PKs adopted a helical conformation, and convection during evaporation of the high polarity and low‐boiling‐point HFIP caused aggregation and rolling of the polymer molecules. The addition of plasticizer suppressed particle formation, improving the surface structure and mechanical properties of the film. In particular, the dielectric properties of the film improved significantly. This will enable PKs, which are rigid insulating materials, to be used as dielectric materials, broadening their range of applications. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. The α-phosphonovinyl anions, generated in situ from treatment of β-hetero-substituted vinyl-phosphonates 1a-c with LDA (or LTMP), were trapped with various electrophiles such as chlorotriorganosilanes, chlorotrimethylgermane, chlorotriorganotins, dimethyl disulfide, and halogen to afford the corresponding β-hetero-substituted α-functionalized vinylphosphonates 2–14 in good to excellent yields. The Friedel-Crafts reaction of α-(silyl) or α-(germyl)phosphonoketene dithioacetals 2, 9 or 4 with acid chlorides gave α-acylated phosphonoketene dithioacetals 15–19 in 53–91 % yields. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of β-ethoxy-α-(tributylstannyl)vinylphosphonate 13 with a variety of organic halides (R = acyl, allyl, aryl etc.) provided β-ethoxy-α-substituted vinylphosphonates 20–25 in good to moderate yields. The palladium-mediated cross-coupling reaction of α-(iodo)-vinyl-phosphonates 7, 14 with terminal acetylenes afforded α-alkynylated vinylphosphonates 26–29 in 69–83 % yields.  相似文献

Various N‐3‐alkylated thiazolidenesulfonamide derivatives were efficiently prepared by the direct endo‐selective alkylation of thiazolylsulfonamides.
