 The chemical composition of BiPbSrCaCuO precursors prepared by different syntheses has to be checked analytically before further application to production of superconducting (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox tapes. Carbon species in concentrations below 0,1%(w/w) were observed to be possibly a source of gas evolving reactions during the heat treatment procedures for the superconducting phase formation. A method that allows the temperature controlled detection of CO2 resulting from reactions of various carbon species was developed based on an commercial C/H2O-analyser with IR gas detectors. By means of this method it is possible to relate the carbon content to the conditions of synthesis and technological steps of the tape production. The phase formation mechanism of the superconducting (Bi,Pb)2223 phase from a multiphase precursor strongly depends on its elemental composition. Titrimetric and ICP spectrometric methods that allow the determination of the content of the main components Bi, Pb, Ca, Sr, and Cu with high precision and accuracy were developed and their results were compared. The best results were obtained with a combined chemical-spectrometric procedure. The relative standard deviations (RSD) for all metallic elements do not exceed 1%. The analytical results of the main components and specific trace determinations are essential for the functioning of superconducting tapes.  相似文献

Five novel dimeric naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids, shuangancistrotectorines A ( 3 a ), B ( 3 b ), C ( 4 ), D ( 5 a ), and E ( 5 b ), have been isolated from the twigs of the Chinese plant Ancistrocladus tectorius. Their absolute stereostructures were determined by spectroscopic and chiroptical methods in combination with quantum chemical CD calculations. In contrast to all other known dimeric naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids, in which the central binaphthalene axis is 6′,6′′‐coupled and thus not rotationally hindered, the dimers described here are linked via the sterically more hindered 3′,3′′‐ or 1′,1′′‐positions of the naphthalene units. They are thus the first such dimers—and even the very first natural products at all—that have three consecutive stereogenic axes. Hence, including the stereogenic centers, they have up to seven stereogenic units in total. Some of the compounds, in particular shuangancistrotectorines A, B, and D ( 3 a , 3 b , and 5 a ) exhibit very good, and specific, antiplasmodial activities.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) chemical information was obtained by means of a combination of two-dimensional attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FT-IR) imaging with a focal plane array detector and variable angle depth profiling. Since the penetration depth of the evanescent wave in ATR spectroscopy is not limited by diffraction, it was possible to resolve thin sandwiched polymer layers nondestructively within a stack of polymer layers. Chemical images were obtained from layers of different thickness of the laminate by moving a custom-made aperture to specific positions on the condenser lens of the ATR accessory. Sequences of absorption images detect the successive appearance of thin, buried layers of polybutylmethacrylate (d(PBMA) = 400 nm) and polycarbonate (d(TMPC) = 300 nm) in different depths of the stack of polymer layers. The depth resolution of variable-angle ATR-FT-IR imaging is sufficiently high to detect surface roughness at the interface between different polymer layers. Two different stacks of polymers with reordered sandwich-layers were imaged simultaneously, demonstrating the potential of variable angle ATR-FT-IR for 3D-imaging of a sample with xyz-heterogeneity, which can be a powerful analytical technique for materials science and biomedical research.  相似文献

A multi‐analyte screening method for the quantification of 50 acidic/neutral drugs in human plasma based on on‐line solid‐phase extraction (SPE)–HPLC with photodiode array detection (DAD) was developed, validated and applied for clinical investigation. Acetone and methanol for protein precipitation, three different SPE materials (two electro‐neutral, one strong anion‐exchange, one weak cation‐exchange) for on‐line extraction, five HPLC‐columns [one C18 (GeminiNX), two phenyl‐hexyl (Gemini C6‐Phenyl, Kinetex Phenyl‐Hexyl) and two pentafluorophenyl (LunaPFP(2), KinetexPFP)] for analytical separation were tested. For sample pre‐treatment, acetone in the ratio 1:2 (plasma:acetone) showed a better baseline and fewer matrix peaks in the chromatogram than methanol. Only the strong anion‐exchanger SPE cartridge (StrataX‐A, pH 6) allowed the extraction of salicylic acid. Analytical separation was carried out on a Gemini C6‐Phenyl column (150 × 4.6 mm, 3 µm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile–water 90:10 (v/v) and phosphate buffer (pH 2.3). Linear calibration curves with correlation coefficients r ≥ 0.9950/0.9910 were obtained for 46/four analytes. Additionally, this method allows the quantification of 23 analytes for therapeutic drug monitoring. Limits of quantitation ranged from 0.1 (amobarbital) to 23 mg/L (salicylic acid). Inter‐/intra‐day precisions of quality control samples (low/high) were better than 13% and accuracy (bias) ranged from ?14 to 10%. A computer‐assisted database was created for automated detection of 223 analytes of toxicological interests. Four cases of multi‐drug intoxications are presented. In the absence of X‐ray data, the exploration of compound binding modes continues to be a challenging task. For structure‐based design, specific features of active sites in different targets play a major role in rationalizing ligand binding characteristics. For example, dibasic compounds have been reported as potent inhibitors of various trypsin‐like serine proteases, the active sites of which contain several binding pockets that can be targeted by cationic moieties. This results in several possible orientations within the active site, complicating the binding mode prediction of such compounds by docking tools. Therefore, we introduced symmetry in bi‐ and tribasic compounds to reduce conformational space in docking calculations and to simplify binding mode selection by limiting the number of possible pocket occupations. Asymmetric bisbenzamidines were used as starting points for a multistage and structure‐guided optimization. A series of 24 final compounds with either two or three benzamidine substructures was ultimately synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of five serine proteases, leading to potent symmetric inhibitors for the pharmaceutical drug targets matriptase, matriptase‐2, thrombin and factor Xa. This study underlines the relevance of ligand symmetry for chemical biology.  相似文献

The new tetracyanoborate K[B(CN)4]·CH3CN was synthesized by dissolution of the solvent‐free K[B(CN)4] in acetonitrile and subsequent careful crystallization. The crystal structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with Z = 4. Some comparisons with related structures are made, and the vibrational spectrum is discussed.  相似文献

The recent developments in the application of single-crystalline (SC) cathode materials in solid-state batteries are discussed in this mini-review. The characteristics of SC and poly-crystalline (PC) cathode materials are explored, with emphasis on the kinetic and mechanical properties. The critical factors influencing their performance in liquid electrolyte and solid-state battery cells are investigated. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of both morphologies are discussed and considerations to ensure a fair comparison between SC and PC cathodes in different systems are raised.  相似文献

Conducting polymer diffraction gratings on Au substrates have been created using microcontact printing of C18-alkanethiols, followed by electropolymerization of either poly(aniline) (PANI) or poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Soft-polymer replicas of simple diffraction grating masters (1200 lines/mm) were used to define the alkanethiol template for polymer growth. Growth of PANI and PEDOT diffraction gratings was followed in real time, through in situ tapping-mode atomic force microscopy, and by monitoring diffraction efficiency (DE) as a function of grating depth. DE increased as grating depth increased, up to a limiting efficiency (13-26%, with white light illumination), defined by the combined optical properties of the grating and the Au substrate, and ultimately limited by the loss of resolution due to coalescence of the polymer films. Grating efficiency is strongly dependent upon the grating depth and the refractive index contrast between the grating material and the surrounding solutions. Both PEDOT and PANI gratings show refractive index changes as a function of applied potential, consistent with changes in refractive index brought about by the doping/dedoping of the conducting polymer. The DE of PANI gratings are strongly dependent on the pH of the superstrate solution; the maximum sensitivity (DeltaDE/DeltapH) is achieved with PANI gratings held at +0.4 V versus Ag/AgCl, where the redox chemistry is dominated by the acid-base equilibrium between the protonated (emeraldine salt) and deprotonated (emeraldine base) forms of PANI. Simulations of DE were conducted for various combinations of conducting polymer refractive index and grating depth, to compute sensitivity parameters, which are maximized when the grating depth is ca. 50% of its maximum obtainable depth.  相似文献
