A series of coumarins with two aryl moieties was constructed from 3-azide-6-bromocoumarin scaffold by means of two sequential reactions, Huisgen 1,3-cycloaddition and Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions. Evaluation of their fluorescence properties indicated that the mode of fluorescent change by substituted group on each aryl group would be different. So this structure could be promising candidates as multi-analyte type fluorescent sensors, whose mode of spectroscopic changes, such as fluorescence intensity, and absorption or fluorescence maximum wavelength, are different for each analyte.  相似文献

The reactions of (±)-α-epoxy drimenol (4) and (±)-α-epoxy drimenyl cyanide (6) with acids (proton acid or Lewis acid) selectively gave the rearranged aldehyde (±)-13 and (±)-15 having the hydroindane skeleton, respectively, while the reactions of (±)-4 and (±)-6 with Dibal-H selectively afforded the allyl alcohol (±)-14 and (±)-16, respectively. The reactions of (8aR)-6 and (8aS)-6 with Dibal-H were applied for the determination of the absolute structure of natural 7β-acetoxy-ent-labda-8(17),13(14)E-dien-15-ol (18). The reaction of (±)-α-epoxy bicyclofarnesol (5) and (8aS)-5 with proton acid selectively provided the rearranged ketol (±)- and (8aS)-31 having the hydroindane skeleton, respectively. The optically active (8aS)-31 was converted to the natural (9S)-austrodoric acid (33).  相似文献

Novel block copolymers using the monomers 5‐(2‐methoxyethyoxymethyl)‐5‐methyl‐[1,3]‐dioxa‐2‐one (TMCM‐MOE1OM) as a hydrophilic segment and lactides as a hydrophobic segment were designed in order to prepare controllable degradation polymers by dynamic polymer rearrangement based on the hydrophilicity. When the copolymer film contacted water, the hydrophobic polylactide (PLA) segments tend to be buried under the TMCM‐MOE1OM segments due to the hydrophilicity of the methoxyethoxy groups. The copolymers were hardly degraded by both proteinase K and lipase, while both of their homopolymers, poly(trimethylene carbonate) and PLA, were degraded, which suggests that the rearrangement of the TMCM‐MOE1OM segments at the outermost surface significantly improved the degradation ratio.

New square-pyramidal bis(ene-1,2-dithiolate)MoSe complexes, [Mo(IV)Se(L)(2)](2-), have been synthesised along with their terminal sulfido analogues, [Mo(IV)S(L)(2)](2-), using alkyl (L(C(4)H(8))), phenyl (L(Ph)) and methyl carboxylate (L(COOMe)) substituted dithiolene ligands (L). These complexes now complete three sets of Mo(IV)O, Mo(IV)S and Mo(IV)Se species that are coordinated with identical ene-1,2-dithiolate ligands. The [alkyl substituted Mo(S/Se)(L(C(4)H(8)))(2)](2-) complexes were reported in prior investigations (H. Sugimoto, T. Sakurai, H. Miyake, K. Tanaka and H. Tsukube, Inorg. Chem. 2005, 44, 6927, H. Tano, R. Tajima, H. Miyake, S. Itoh and H. Sugimoto, Inorg. Chem. 2008, 47, 7465). The new series of complexes enable a systematic investigation of terminal chalcogenido and supporting ene-1,2-dithiolate ligand effects on geometric structure, electronic structure, and spectroscopic properties. X-ray crystallographic analysis of these (Et(4)N)(2)[MoEL(2)] (E = terminal chalocogenide) complexes reveals an isostructural Mo centre that adopts a distorted square pyramidal geometry. The M≡E bond distances observed in the crystal structures and the ν(M≡E) vibrational frequencies indicate that these bonds are weakened with an increase in L→Mo electron donation (L(COOMe) < L(Ph) < L(C(4)H(8))), and this order is confirmed by an electrochemical study of the complexes. The (77)Se NMR resonances in MoSeL complexes appear at lower magnetic fields as the selenido ion became less basic from MoSeL(C(4)H(8)), MoSeL(Ph) and MoSeL(COOMe). Electronic absorption and resonance Raman spectroscopies have been used to assign key ligand-field, MLCT, LMCT and intraligand CT bands in complexes that possess the L(COOMe) ligand. The presence of low-energy intraligand CT transition in these MoEL(COOMe) compounds directly probes the electron withdrawing nature of the -COOMe substituents, and this underscores the complex electronic structure of square pyramidal bis(ene-1,2-dithiolate)-Mo(IV) complexes that possess extended dithiolene conjugation.  相似文献
