A fast and accurate analytical method was established for the simultaneous direct determination of aluminum, calcium and iron in silicon carbide and silicon nitride powders by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using a slurry sampling technique and a Hitachi Model Z-9000 atomic absorption spectrometer. The slurry samples were prepared by the ultrasonication of silicon carbide or silicon nitride powders with 0.1 M nitric acid. Calibration curves were prepared by using a mixed standard solution containing aluminum, calcium, iron and 0.1 M nitric acid. The analytical results of the proposed method for aluminum, calcium and iron in silicon carbide and silicon nitride reference materials were in good agreement with the reference values. The detection limits for aluminum, calcium and iron were 0.6 microg/g, 0.15 microg/g and 2.5 microg/g, respectively, in solid samples, when 200 mg of powdered samples were suspended in 20 ml of 0.1 M nitric acid and a 10 microl portion of the slurry sample was then measured. The relative standard deviation of the determination of aluminum, calcium and iron was 5 - 33%. 相似文献

This study presents diffusion experiments of NiAl coupled with pure Ni (Ni/NiAl). The couple produces the Ni3Al-based intermetallic phase ( phase) as an intermediate layer at the interface during diffusion annealing. Analytical electron microscopy is used to examine microstructural features, crystallographic orientation and compositional variations across the interface. Interdiffusivities are measured from the compositional variations. It is shown that the growing behavior of the phase changes between higher and lower annealing temperatures. Hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]indoles 6 were synthesized in five steps from indolin-3-one 8 by a general and efficient method, in which elements of molecular diversity were readily added onto the 3a-position of the pyrrolo[2,3-b]indole ring system. Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction of 2-allyloxyindolin-3-ones 7, derived from indolin-3-one 8 and a variety of allylic alcohols, smoothly proceeded with successive Claisen rearrangement to give the corresponding 3-allyl-3-cyanomethylindolin-2-ones 15. Indolin-2-ones 15 were converted into pyrrolo[2,3-b]indoles 6 using partial hydrolysis followed by reductive cyclization with LiAlH(4). Synthesis of N-methylated pyrrolo[2,3-b]indole derivatives 23 and 26 is also described. 相似文献

Enantioselective syntheses of two 5, 9E diastereomers (1 and 2) of 223V (3) are described. Neither corresponded on GC-MS and GC-FTIR analyses to alkaloid 223I, previously tentatively proposed to be a 5,8-disubstituted indolizidine of the unusual 5, 9E relative stereochemistry. Clustered DNA damage sites induced by ionizing radiation have been suggested to have serious consequences to organisms, such as cancer, due to their reduced probability to be repaired by the enzymatic repair machinery of the cell. Although experimental results have revealed that clustered DNA damage sites effectively retard the efficient function of repair enzymes, it remains unclear as to what particular factors influence this retardation. In this study, approaches based on molecular dynamics (MD) simulation have been applied to examine conformational changes and energetic properties of DNA molecules containing clustered damage sites consisting of two lesioned sites, namely 7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine (8-oxoG) and apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) site, located within a few base pairs of each other. After 1 ns of MD simulation, one of the six DNA molecules containing a clustered damage site develops specific characteristic features: sharp bending at the lesioned site and weakening or complete loss of electrostatic interaction energy between 8-oxoG and bases located on the complementary strand. From these results it is suggested that these changes would make it difficult for the repair enzyme to bind to the lesions within the clustered damage site and thereby result in a reduction of its repair capacity. 相似文献

We succeeded in performing of hybrid Scanning Probe Microscopy (hybrid-SPM) in which mechanical-SPM andfluorescence microscopy are combined. This technique is able to measure simultaneously mechanical properties anddistribution of cytoskeletons of living cells by using green fluorescent protein. We measured evolution of both local elasticityand distributions of actin stress fibers in an identical fibroblast living in physiological conditions. The SPM experimentsrevealed that stiffer lines develop in living cells, which correspond to actin stress fibers. The elasticity of the actin stressfibers is as high as 100 kPa. We discuss mechanical effects on the development of actin filament networks. 相似文献

This paper describes an efficient preparation of 2-azulenylboronate (6) starting from 2-iodoazulene by halogen-metal exchange reaction using n-BuLi and subsequent quenching with 2-isopropoxy-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane. The boronate 6 has been found to undergo Pd-catalyzed Miyaura-Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with a range of aryl bromides including aromatic poly bromides utilizing Pd2(dba)3-P(t-Bu)3 as a catalyst and establishes a strategy to produce novel poly(2-azulenyl)benzenes, some of which are found to be insoluble in common organic solvents, however. The complexation behavior of a series of electron donor–accepter (D–A) covalently linked compounds with cyclodextrins (CyDs) has been reviewed. The structure of these complexes showed rotaxane type conformations, which were investigated by means of 1 H NMR spectrometry. Oligo(thienylfuran)s with thiophene rings at both ends ( SOSOSOS , DE‐SOSOS , DH‐SOSOS , DE‐SOSOSOS , and DH‐SOSOSOS ; S and O denote thiophene and furan rings, respectively, DE and DH denote diethyl‐ and dihexyl‐substituted, respectively) were newly synthesized by repetitive Stille coupling reactions. The UV/Vis maximum absorptions of the oligomers, SO , SOSO , SOSOS , SOSOSO , and SOSOSOS , exhibited a clear bathochromic shift with increasing number of heterocycles. The value of the oxidation peak potential (Epa1) determined by cyclic voltammetry decreased with an increase in the number of heterocycles by 0.06–0.08 V per heterocycle. The crystal‐packing structures of DE‐SOSOS and DH‐SOSOS determined by X‐ray crystallography have a herringbone motif and are denser than the reported structures of pentacene and α‐sexithiophene. The morphologies of thin films prepared by vacuum deposition and spin coating were investigated by atomic force microscopy and X‐ray diffraction. Among these films, those of DE‐SOSOS and DH‐SOSOS exhibited highly ordered arrangements. The devices based on vacuum‐deposited and spin‐coated films of DE‐SOSOS and DH‐SOSOS displayed the highest FET mobilities of 10?2–10?3 cm2 V?1 s?1 among the oligomers reported in this study. 相似文献
