(R)-(+)-Seudenol (3-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-ol) and its antipode were synthesized from optically active forms of 3-iodocyclohex-2-en-1-ol by treatment with Me2CuLi. (±) - 33,7 - Trimethyl - 2,9 - dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.04,7]nonane 1 and (±) - 3,3,7 - trimethyl - 2,9-dioxatricyclo [4.2.1.04,7]nonane 2 were synthesized. The former was shown to be (±)-lineatin, an ambrosia beetle pheromone. A selective synthesis of (±)-lineatin was devised, which was modified to yield the both enantiomers of lineatin via optical resolution of an intermediate.  相似文献

Summary Several polystyrene gels of different pore sizes were packed into a 500 mm×2.1 mm I.D. column. Semi-micro size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) using these columns was carried out with a system consisting of a triple piston pump, a micro loop injector and a flow cell with 1.0-μl cell volume constructed for semi-micro HPLC, because the dead volume of the injector and the cell volume of flow cell for conventional HPLC caused a significant loss in column efficiency. The effects of sample amount, injection volume and mobile phase flow rate on column efficiency and retention volume were examined and the optimized operational variables of the sample amount (below 500 μg), the injection volume (less than 15 μl) and the flow rate range (30–70 μl/min) determiend for semi-micro SEC. Oligostyrene, epoxy resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin and phthalates were analyzed by the optimized semi-micro SEC system under the given conditions. In addition, molecular weight distribution of four different poly(ethylene terephthalate) films was successfully measured by using a mixture of chloroform and hexafluoroisopropanol as the eluent.  相似文献

Reduction followed by cyclization of (Z)-methyl 3-(6-azido-3-chloro-1-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydropyridazin-5-yl)-2-methylacrylate (I) to pyrido[2,3-c]pyridazines by treatment with triethyl phosphite or hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agents is described. Compound I was also reductively cyclized with sodium borohydride. Treatment of I with concentrated sulfuric acid gave 8-chloro-3,6-dimethyl-2,5-dioxo-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyrano[2,3-d] pyridazine (VII) which also could be synthesized by another independent route. A mechanism for the cyclization is proposed.  相似文献

2,6-Diacetylpyridine bis(benzoylhydrazone) (H2DPBH) is proposed as a ligand for the extraction of uranium(VI). Complete extraction from aqueous solutions into dichloromethane is achieved with a ligand/metal mole ratio of < for 10?5?10?4 M uranyl ion. Potentiometric measurements indicate that the extracted species is UO2 (DPBH). Uranium can be determined in the extract by spectrophotometric measurements at 420 nm and by differentail pulse polarography (Ep = ?0.67 V) with tetraethylammonium bromide as supporting electrolyte. For both methods, the detection limit is about 2 × 10?6 M in the extract.  相似文献
