We performed high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy on Nd1.87Ce0.13CuO4, which is located at the boundary of the antiferromagnetic (AF) and the superconducting phase. We observed that the quasiparticle (QP) effective mass around (pi,0) is strongly enhanced due to the opening of the AF gap. The QP mass and the AF gap are found to be anisotropic, with the largest value near the intersecting point of the Fermi surface and the AF zone boundary. In addition, we observed that the QP peak disappears around the Néel temperature (TN) while the AF pseudogap is gradually filled up at much higher temperatures, possibly due to the short-range AF correlation.  相似文献

X-ray anomalous diffraction, together with a band-structure calculation, was employed to obtain a quantitative understanding of the charge-ordering state in a single-crystalline CaFeO3 thin film. The experimental result shows a characteristic energy dispersion of the nearly inhibited reflection at 150 K, implying Fe atoms split into two distinct states. The energy dispersion is in good agreement with the calculated spectrum based on the LDA+U scheme. The calculation also reveals an electronic structure of the system where holes in the oxygen orbital surround one of the distinct Fe atoms, in spite of the total electron number in both Fe atoms remaining unchanged.  相似文献

Nonlinear coefficient and group-velocity-dispersion of bismuth-based nonlinear fibers were determined by four-wave-mixing measurements. The wavelength dependence of refractive index of bulk bismuth-based glasses was also measured to estimate the material dispersion and waveguide dispersion. A newly developed bi-directional four-wave-mixing configuration enabled us to determine all fiber parameters simultaneously. The obtained fiber nonlinearity γ ∼ 1000 W−1 km−1 of bismuth-based nonlinear fiber is the highest one in the step-index fiber made of oxide glasses as expected from a high refractive index at 1550 nm. Dispersion analysis reveals that the both material dispersion and waveguide dispersion affect to the large group-velocity-dispersion of bismuth-based nonlinear fiber.  相似文献

A fluorescent probe, DPPEC (1,2-dipalmitoylglycerophosphorylethanolamine labeled with coumarin) was developed for detecting hydroxyl radical (*OH) in lipid membranes. The coumarin moiety contributes to the fluorescent detection of *OH and the phospholipids moiety gives a driving force to localize the probe in lipid membranes. DPPEC in liposomal membranes rapidly reacted with *OH and increased the fluorescence intensity, depending on the concentration of *OH. The increase in the fluorescence intensity induced by *OH was effectively suppressed by the addition of DMSO. The probe exhibited a higher fluorescence response to *OH over other reactive oxygen species, such as hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide, peroxynitrite, alkylperoxyl radical, and hypochlorite. DPPEC would be useful as a new type of fluorescent probe that can localize in lipid membranes and detect *OH efficiently.  相似文献

The hot water extracts of Chrysanthemum morifolium, Bixa orellana and Ipomoea batatas, were found to have potent inhibitory activity towards lens aldose reductase (AR). (+)-4(5)-[(2R,5R)-5-aminomethyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl]imidazole [(+)-1, imifuramine] and its 2R,5S-stereoisomer (+)-2 were expected as base compounds to develop selective human histamine H4-receptor ligands. The improved synthesis of (+)-1 was done via cyclization of a diazafulvene intermediate generated by Bu3P/N,N,N',N'-tetramethylazodicarboxamide (TMAD) treatment of a diol 17ab bearing an unsubstituted imidazole moiety in good yields. This methodology also afforded an alternative synthetic route to trans- and cis-ethyl 4(5)-(5-hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)imidazole carboxylates (5 and 6), reported previously. Also, 4(5)-[(2R,5S)-5-aminomethyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl]imidazole (+)-2 was synthesized from ethyl 4(5)-(2-deoxy-beta-D-ribofuranosyl)imidazole-1-carboxylate (35) via the four steps involving deoxygenation.  相似文献

The title reactions performed with (S)-α-amino acids or their derivatives as chiral sources were found to regioselectively give enantiomeric pairs of optically active 4-acetyl-3, 4-dimethyl-2-cyclohexenone (R)(+)- and (S)(?)-4), 16–25% e.e., and those of optically active 6-acetyl-3,6-dimethyl-2-cyclohexenone((R)(+)- and (S)(?)-5, 54–59% e.e., from the open chain triketone(3).  相似文献
