The study of D(?)-ribose complexing with calcium in aqueous solutions less than 1.64 × 10?1M by potentiometric measurements with a calcium selective electrode afforded the value of K1 = 1.70 liters × mole?1 (SD = 1.05 × 10?3). Numerical analysis indicated that complex species with 1:1 and 1:2 calcium to D(-)-ribose ratios are present simultaneously: k1 = 1.13 liters × mole?1 and K2 = 8.47 liters × mole?1 (SD = 0.95 × 10?3).In methanolic medium 1.24 × 10?2M with regard to calcium chloride both stoichiometric proportions were evidenced. A large error accompanying the stability constant K1 = 28 kg × mole?1 (RSD = 82%) renders unreasonable the K2 value obtained from the product K1 × K2 = 96.5 kg2 × mole?2.The results are discussed with respect to the data published for more concentrated (1.27 M) aqueous solutions obtained on the basis of 1H-NMR spectroscopic investigations.  相似文献

A new, sensitive spectrophotometric determination of palladium has been developed, based on the extraction of the red Pd(II) chelate with 4-(2-pyridylazo)resorcinol in the presence of N,N′-diphenylguanidine into n-butanol; the sensitivity of the method according to Sandell is S = 1.12 μg cm?2, ?530 = 9.4 × 104 liters mol?1 cm?1, and palladium can be determined at concentrations from 0.21 to 1.91 μg ml?1.  相似文献

The title substances1 and2 were prepared by acylation of the corresponding ethyl 2-amino-thiophene- (or:-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo[b]thiophene)-3-carboxylates, in some cases followed by reactions introducing a basic substituent.Additionally a group of 2-aroylamino-thiophene-(or:-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo[b]thiophene)-3-carboxamides was subjected to ring closure reactions, yielding the corresponding 2-aryl-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones and 2-aryl-[1]benzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones (both:3).

The stability of poly(N-methylaniline) (PNMA) as electrode material has been studied in aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid with the use of electrochemical and in situ Raman spectroscopic techniques. It has been shown that the electrochemical decomposition of electrodeposited PNMA films follows a first-order reaction kinetics. The decomposition rate constants vary between 1.2 × 10−5 and 2.0 × 10−3 s−1 for electrode potential varying between 0.2 and 1.0 V vs Ag/AgCl, respectively. In situ Raman spectroscopy has been applied in obtaining kinetic data at selected electrode potentials, and good correlation of these data with the corresponding data obtained by cyclic voltammetry has been found. As compared to polyaniline, the decomposition of PNMA proceeds at nearly the same rate at electrode potentials not exceeding 0.5 V. The decomposition of PNMA proceeds faster within the potential limits of 0.5 to 0.8 V and slower at electrode potentials exceeding 0.8 V as compared to polyaniline. Zusammenfassung 1,3-Dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil (DAL) hat sich als sehr empfindliches Reagens zum selektiven Nachweis von Co2+-Ionen im stark alkalischen Medium einer Phosphatpufferlösung (pH=11,20) erwiesen. Es wurden vier Additionsverbindungen von DAL mit den Zentralatomen Cd(II), Pd(II), Ni(II) und Co(II) im Verhältnis Me DAL=1 2 hergestellt. Spektrophotometrische Untersuchungen weisen darauf hin, daß bei pH 6 bis 7 eine Komplexverbindung im Verhältnis CoDAL=12 gebildet wird.
Summary 1,3-dimethyl-4,5-diaminouracil (DAL) has been found to be a very sensitive reagent for the selective detection of Co2+ ions in strong alkaline medium of a phosphate buffer solution (pH=11.20). Four addition compounds of DAL with the central atoms Cd(II), Pd(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) with the ratio MeDal=12 have been prepared. Spectrophotometric studies indicate that at pH=6–7, complex compound is produced with the ratio CoDAL=12.

The fluorescence (FL) and roentgenoluminescence (XRL) spectra of yellow aqueous solution of hexahydrate of uranyl nitrate phosphoric acid solution have been measured. The XRL spectrum was compared with the XRL of the green alkali alumino-phosphate glasses doped with uranium. It was shown that both the FL and XRL were due to uranyl groups. An ultraviolet-photochemical generator (UV-PVG) capable of post-column on-line transformation of both organic and inorganic mercury species to cold vapor (Hg0) with subsequent detection by quartz tube-atomic absorption spectrometry (QT-AAS) was developed. Mercury(II), methylmercury(I), ethylmercury(I), and phenylmercury(I) were successfully detected after separation by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Two types of AAS detectors were compared. The first was a commonly used line-source instrument while the second was a high-resolution continuum source (HR-CS) AAS. The latter provided better limits of detection: 0.47?µg?L?1 for Hg(II), 0.84?µg?L?1 for methylmercury(I), 0.80?µg?L?1 for ethylmercury(I), and 2.0?µg?L?1 for phenylmercury(I). The repeatability at 30?μg?L?1 was 3.6%, 4.1%, 6.2%, and 4.5% for these species (n?=?10). These figures of merit were comparable with those reported for more sensitive atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Nine sample extraction procedures were investigated. Extraction by tetramethylammonium hydroxide and HCl at 75?°C was selected as the only method compatible with the proposed separation and detection steps providing high extraction efficiency and no changes in mercury speciation. The applicability of the proposed high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet-photochemical vapor generation–quartz tube-atomic absorption spectrometry method was demonstrated using fish samples and certified reference materials (CRM) DOLT-4 (dogfish liver) and ERM-CE464 (tuna fish). The results were comparable to those obtained by a reference method based on L-cysteine extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography–inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (HPLC–ICP-MS) determination.  相似文献

Summary The sorption of Ce3+ from hydrochloric acid and its chromatography on a column filled with Dowex 50 X8 was studied. The break-through volumes and elution volumes, together with the sorption profile and band broadening were determined at different temperatures and are discussed. The Chromatographic results are interpreted in terms of cerium complex formation.

Zusammenfassung Die Sorption von Ce3+ aus salzsaurer Lösung in einer mit Dowex 50 X8 gefüllten Säule sowie dessen Chromatographie wurden untersucht. Die Durchbruchs- und Elutionsvolumina wurden bestimmt und diskutiert. Die Ergebnisse wurden im Sinne einer Komplexbildung interpretiert.
